GROW AFRICA The Global Talent Grow Africa programme offers companies of all sectors the opportunity to receive university graduates from different parts of the continent to work on projects related to marketing in the organisation, from market penetration to market research and brand positioning, and help build the internnational leadershiop pipeline. THE PROCESS
Agreement between both your company and AIESEC.
NEEDS IDENTIFICATION
Your company specifies the desired candidate profile and the duration of internship.
PROMOTION We administer promotional campaigns through our worldwide network.
PRE-SCREENING Short-Lists are made of best candidates of all applicants.
COMPANY INTERVIEW We forward the short-list to the company for internal interviews.
VISA/WORK PERMIT & RESIDENCY PERMIT We provide the necessary paperwork for all sides, file it accordingly, and walk the trainee through visa acquisition process.
ACCULTURATION Airport pick-up, pre-arrival education, help with housing, commuting and social network.
FEEDBACK AND EVALUATION Airport pick-up, pre-arrival education, help with housing, commuting and social network.
