I-KONTROL, THE IKUSI TRANSMITTER CONTINUES TO INCREASE FEATURES Ikusi is completing the process for the launch early next year of its new i-KONTROL transmitter. A transmitter with an attractive exterior design that improves on numerous features. But i-KONTROL is, above all, a transmitter capable of growing steadily with new features and, as new electronics, both hardware and software develop it will incorporate more features than those supported by the current console from the TM70 series. In addition to this capacity for incorporating content progressively, i-KONTROL stands out as it provides important user benefits that favour its usability. i-KONTROL comes equipped with an EEPROM removable from the outside, it offers high impact resistance, grips with an integrated non-slip system, a wider TFT screen, a traditional belt with buckles or built into the transmitter, side buttons , optional cable connection, a built-in internal anti-condensation system and, in general, a more compact and lightweight design making it easier to use. Packaging has been designed specifically to market the i-KONTROL so customers can differentiate the telecontrols incorporated into the new transmitter from those which are not; besides the transmitter itself includes a receiver, a battery charger, rechargeable batteries and a tie belt.

REMOTE CONTROL, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THE AIM In its strategy of putting the customer at the centre of its activity, the Remote control unit is already lining up for the last leg of its CRM implementation (Customer Relationship Management). A tool which will provide comprehensive information on each customer, therefore providing them with the offers that best meet their real needs. In short, this is about using the information that every company has on its customers in a rational and systematic manner to offer them enhanced added value. This is one way of understanding customer relationships that aim to increase satisfaction and, of course, customer loyalty. Following along the same line and using a complementary CRM tool, a document manager has been enabled which is already uploading various contents such as project technical records and standards, both those which have already been constructed and those which are in the process as well as information on commercial and technical support, user manuals or sales presentations, among others. This information will be available to Ikusi dealers who can access it by requesting the Ikusi Commercial department to register them on the service. Thus, over the Internet, conveniently and simply, you will have access to large amounts of information, general and specific, resulting in a better service for your customers.

IKUSI DEVELOPS A TOOL TO MODEL HANHELD TRANSMITTERS The specific objective of this project is to model TM70 hanheld transmitters 1 and 2, i.e., both large and small hanheld transmitters, using the new configurator of the REPCOM commercial product to do this. This project, which has an estimated duration of five months, whose main objective is to provide a platform for the subsequent modelling of all systems that incorporate console model transmitters. This new tool which began its work as an internal Ikusi project plans in the future to also open up to the distribution network. As was done in the past, Ikusi will train various distributors in this new tool so that they themselves can carry out modelling tasks, to streamline and simplify all these processes. A simplification that will also benefit Ikusi internally, since the new tool will allow integration with the ERP of the Company in regard to the structure of materials, it will offer the possibility of generating commercial offers from within the configurator, it simplifies the generation of sales orders, minimizing the impact of maintenance of the product configurator and streamlines new product updates and the configuration of their systems.

TR 800 CE, A NEW MULTI-BAND RADIO The new TR 800 CE radio will also soon be available on the market. A new development from Ikusi to replace the current TR 800 radio. The new radio is currently in the process of certification and approval by a Spanish laboratory. Once this phase has been carried out, the TR 800 EC will gradually incorporate all the logical emitters and receivers both for the range of TM70 remote controls and the remaining Ikusi offer. With this new development, Ikusi intends to simplify the number of references and the integrated radio logics in its wide range of remote controls. Likewise the new I-KONTROL, the new radio is designed to easily incorporate new features in the future, and it has a microprocessor and associated firmware that allow it to manage independently from the radio features.

THE MO70, A FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE JOYSTICK After successfully submitting to more than one million operations, thereby passing mechanical fatigue testing, the Mo70 joystick enters its industrialization phase and will soon begin to be supplied with the T70 /3, T70/4 and i-KONTROL series. The MO70 offers distributors multiple benefits. One of the most obvious is that this is a fully customizable joystick, both mechanically and electronically. For this, the MO70 is distributed together with a kit that lets you customize the number of steps and the total length of the remote control on all its axes, without the need for intervention by Ikusi at any time in this process.
