ALESSANDRO CALASTRI As a professional in the hospitality industry, Alessandro Calastri is accustomed to working under pressure. He started his career in the restaurant industry when he was only twenty-one years old. He chose to pursue a career in the hospitality industry and attended the International Culinary Center in New York. In July of 2015, he began working as the assistant general manager of Frankie’s 570 Spuntino. He loves interacting with people and working in fine dining.

The wait staff needs to collect orders and deliver them to the kitchen in a timely manner, and the kitchen staff needs to prepare the meals and get them out to the patrons. A busy night could be highly profitable as well as stressful.
