marie laveau muse project 2014 Objective was to create draw a line inspired by a muse of our choice

As a project, we were asked to design an line inspired by a muse of our choice. We were challenged to pick someone who wasn’t considered to be an obvious fashion icon. I choose New Orlean’s voodoo prietest, Marie Laveau, who lived in the mid 1800’s. Marie Laveau was

st. louis cathedral architecture project 2014 Objective was to create draw a line inspired by a famous architect or piece of architecture.

Continuing with the theme of New Orleans, I based my artchitecture project off of the St. Louis Cathedral. This cathedral is an icon in the town of New Orleans. While it was designed with traditional Roman Catholic aspects, the church recognizes the many different characters New Orleans has to offer. It has become an meeting place to blend so many different cultures, races, and walks of life.So this line was created not only to be true to the style of the St. Louis Cathedral, but all of styles it’s people bring to it.
