INGREDIENTS For 6 persons - 4 bananas - 3 pears - 200 grams of chocolate pastry - 150 g of butter (very cold + a little for the mold) - 150 grams of flour - 150 grams of powdered sugar - 3 sp. tablespoons cocoa powder
PREPARATION Peel bananas and pears. Cut the sliced bananas and pears into small dice. Grate chocolate. Mix chocolate and fruit. Butter gratin dish to distribute fruit and chocolate in the background.
