Monthly Update
Alexis Faison Welcome back Division 1! I hope you are having a wonderful school year. This month has been extremely busy with Fall Rally and school work. Although I am always on my toes, Key Club is what keeps me somewhat sane but also sleep deprieved. This past month I attended Fall Rally Board & Fall Rally. Fall Rally was a great success with over 1500 members in attendance from over 50 clubs! I hope you enjoy the 7th issue of my newsletters, and if you are reading this tell me where you want the location of the next DCM to be. Have a gladsome day! - Alexis Faison

So You Want to Fundraise?
Fundraising Ideas (for Fall) Pumpkin Carving Contest Receive donations by having members pay a fee of $5-$10 to gain a profit. Ask a local pumpkin patch to donate pumpkins for the event. Involve the community as well!
Pie Eating Contest Receive donations by having members pay a fee of $5$10 to enter the contest. Ask a local bakery or market for a pie donation. Also another way to involve the community.
Fall Trivia Night Charge a team fee of $15. Create a google form to have people create teams. Host a trivia night in a school cafeteria or a popular community location. Ask questions about fall movies, songs or anything fallthemed.
Club Spotlight
Mainland Regional High School Key Club!
Mainland has been doing amazing so far in their service year. From attending Fall Rally, planning our divisional event, and co-hosting an event with Ocean City, I am extremely proud of them. I would also like to commend their Club President, Adam Nguyen, for balancing his busy schedule with band, Key Club and other matters. Great job everyone!

Fall Rally Recap
On October 7th, 2018, the New Jersey District held Fall Rally: one of the largest gatherings of Key Clubbers at Six Flags Great Adventure! The day was filled with laughter and excitement, but was also informative. We had the opportunity to hear from our Internatioanl Trustee Lamiya Kudrati and our International Vice-President Hannah Nivar. Thank you to everyone who came!
