Salida mixed medium artist Fay Golson works in oil, ink, graphite, pastel, gouache, encaustic, watercolor, and assemblage, fluctuating between Contemporary Realism and Abstract Expressionism. Golson’s composition, layered colors, and new interpretations of the subjects are unique. “I rarely have a vision of the finished work when beginning a painting.
