Polarity Paradox Going Back To Basics

Over time, our world has been crafted and developed; inventions and creativity has built a completely new domain, where what is natural and basic is forgotten and replaced. Things are changing. In fact, it is regressing. The idea of simple and natural produce has been imported from the US and is beginning to take over the food and drink industry in the UK. Being the best we can be, physically and mentally has now become a fashionable necessity for many. A passion for extreme wellbeing, nutrition and providing our bodies with what they need to thrive and to be healthy has totally consumed us. Taking care of our bodies inside and out has become an essential way of life and an incredibly stylish one: through celebrity endorsement and fashion lifestyle blogging. We have never witnessed so many yoga pants; detox juices and chocolate brownies made with avocado until now. This trend is causing confusion, as what we once thought constituted as a healthy, balanced diet is now blurred by the new trends of vegan, gluten free, detoxing and raw plant based products in the food industry. Carbs, and sugars are all drastically supplemented and our unhealthy favourites are re-created through the use of natural, whole foods. Healthy eating is no longer a fad or a phase; it is a happening extreme way of life, a fashionable, and tempting one, which is gaining popularity throughout the UK. It has taken over the food and drink industry and even the fashion industry with lifestyle becoming more dominant. This trend will grow and entirely modify our dining and food shopping experiences.

In an artificial world it is easy to forget the beauty around us. Constantly, we overlook the produce grown on planet Earth, showing a preference for man-made products. As we know, food trends are changing and reverting back to natural produce. Those who align to this way of life have witnessed a change known as ‘The Glow’. We are aware that the health conscious gain health and beauty benefits which have become addictive amongst the population. Using nutritious foods as beauty products to complete the overall living naturally lifestyle is increasing in popularity. Everyone aspires to achieve a “natural fix”’ and noticeable benefits obtained by adhering to healthy eating patterns, which have now become part of our lifestyle and our beauty regime. Appearance has become more important than ever. Glowing skin, nude colours and natural products are in demand and serve to guide our beauty to be its natural best and demonstrate the success of natural products. Brands, which accommodate the needs of natural lifestyle and have a fresh health benefit ethos, are becoming more and more prominent in the beauty and food industry. They are seen to complement our lifestyle. Super foods are consistently used in the production of beauty products. Some brands have caught on to this, whilst others have yet to understand the benefits and popularity of natural and organic products. For once we are going back to what planet earth grows for us and what was already here for us and are using it to enhance and provide a beauty regime that no making process and chemicals will ever achieve.
