smoked salmon bruschetta ½ cup cream cheese ½ cup dill 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tsp lemon zest 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 slices baguette 1 tbsp olive oil 100 g smoked salmon garnish sprig of dill and cracked black pepper the reason i went for this dish was it was a great dish to start off with and the appearance of the food will get people's attention for example if they saw someone next to their table and they would look at it and consider getting it just from the look of the food and not just that but the food combined on this plate will get all your taste buds going at once with the smoked salmon and cream cheese as the main elements of this dish this dish also goes well with white wine and will start your dining experience with a bang.
Crispy skinned salmon with potato and dill salad 800g of potato 1 cup of light sour cream 2 tbsp of lemon juice 1 green onion 150 g salmon fillet (skin on) 2 tbsp of olive oil 1 tbsp of fresh chopped dill the reason i chose to go with a salmon main is that i want to show how to dish you easy cooking food that its blows people's minds with the appearance of the food when it is sever to them and the combined food of potato salad and dill and the crispy skin salmon go well and is also good with all different types of white wines.
cherry marble cheesecake base 8 crushed up shortbread biscuits 90g melted butter filling 1 packet of philadelphia cream cheese 200g sweet condensed milk 1 lemon 670g jar pitted cherries with juice Âź cup white sugar Âź cup of cornflour the desert is the dish of the night it makes people feel like you are a home with your partner and sitting in front of a fire place and you just want to stay their the whole night. the cherry marble cheesecake appearance is the key to this desert due to the marbling effect though the cake and the rich taste from this cake is also one of the most important things to the success of this awesome cheesecake.
