Ingredients - 2 x 35cm baguettes - 150g butter, softened -4 garlic cloves, crushed - 2 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, finely chopped - 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives

Method Preheat oven to 220째C. Cut bread slices. Combine butter, garlic, parsley and chives in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Spread over cut sides of bread. Wrap each baguette in foil. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until butter is melted and bread crisp. Serve.

Ingredients: - 500g dried spaghetti - 1 brown onion - 2 garlic cloves, crushed - 500g beef mince - 1 140g tub tomato paste Spaghetti Bolognaise, such a mouth-watering meal that will leave your guests wanting more. An easy quick meal that you can just throw together. This is a type of meal that you can add a variety of ingredients to.

Method: Cook the spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling water. Drain. Meanwhile, combine the onion and garlic in a large non-stick frying pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until the onion is soft. Add the beef mince to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until the mince is cooked. Add the pasta sauce and stir to combine. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon the sauce over the spaghetti and serve.


Ingredients: - 2 cups (500ml) milk - 125g dark chocolate, chopped - 30g butter - 2 eggs - 1/3 cup brown sugar - 1/2 tsp cinnamon - 200g breadcrumbs - Double cream to serve What’s a better way to end a meal than with chocolate pudding? With such a warm, melting in your mouth experience, you’ll never want to say no.

Method: Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease 6 x 200ml ovenproof dishes. Place milk, chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat until chocolate and butter have melted. Beat eggs, sugar and cinnamon together with electric beaters until pale and very thick. Fold in chocolate mixture and breadcrumbs with a large metal spoon. Divide evenly between dishes. Sit dishes in a large, deep baking dish and place on the oven rack. Pour enough boiling water into the baking dish to come halfway up the sides of the dishes. Bake for 30 minutes until risen and set. Serve warm with a dollop of cream or ice cream.

Time: Would the food need to be photographed right away? The food will become hard and cold after awhile, but it shouldn’t change the effect of how it looks. The sauce although, may make some bits limp and not full looking. Style: The style is very circular with parmesan cheese grated on top with parsley leaves. Angle: The angle is taken from the side and is slightly slanted. Zoom: The photo is fairly zoomed out to capture the full image and to include the props.


Lighting: The lighting is darker compared to the other images but is still lighter around the focus area to give off the effect of what viewers are meant to be looking at. Props: The props being used is a plate, a bar of chocolate and spoons. Time: Would the food need to be photographed right away? It would need to be photographed right away, especially if cream is being used to decorate it, as the dessert would be rather warm and the cream would melt fairly quickly. Style: The style is very modern and also circular again, and is dusted with icing sugar and whipped cream. Angle: The angle is fairly straight on, but again has a slight slant to it Zoom: The photo is fairly zoomed in to get the view of the texture of the food, and to get a full grasp of how mouth-watering this dessert can be.
