There is no other case . Those who disputed from Saiyiduna: "Uth:ma:n RD: if they are S:h:abi: are in Error of 'Itihad, if not S:ha:bi then they are a M-k-r Error. Those who are the killers of "Uthma:n are like the Killers of H:usain RD: raither even worse than them. There Error is neither of 'Ijtiha:d not a M-nk-r Error but a Heresy and Apostasy or both. The Problem Of Interpretation There are two types of Maja:z or Ta'vi:l.
