Discussion First Preliminary Engineer “Ali: Mirza: Of Jhelum believes that IF any person who recites Kalimah [Calimah] and claims to be a Muslim believes in at least one Article of Shirk [Shirc/Schirc] continues to be a Muslim and does not cease to be a Muslim.

This is the most dangerous part of his heresy. What he want to convey to his Audiences that these believes /articles of Shirk are not Kufr. Since if a person believes in all Articles of ‘Isla:m but additionally believes in a single Article of Shirk, he/she becomes a Kafir. A single article f Shirk can make a Person Mushrik and Kafir both.

This means that Engineer “Ali: Mirza: of Jhelum does not believe some Shirk/Shirc/Schirc as Kurf/Cufr.

This is the only Possible reason which can explain why the Heretic From Jhelum does not declare such persons whether male or female as Kafir/Cafir and Mushrick/Mushrik.

For example Mirza:is are Kafir since they deny the finality of Prophethood of Holy Prophet .

This yields the dangerous fact that the Engineer Of Jhelum Nounly/Namely Engineer “Ali: Mirza: does not believe that some Shirk are Kufr.

To disbelieve that a Shirk is Kufr makes a Person as Kafir and Murtadd. It is not necessary that a person is Mushrik and Kafir only if he or she believes in an article of Kufr/Cufr or Shirk.

It is sufficient do deny that a Shirk is Shirk. Similarly it is Sufficient to be a Ka:fir ,Mushric and Murtadd if some one deny that a belief of Shirk is not Kufr.

So the Engineer’s Heresy is in regard to the the fact that he denies a Kufr from being a Kufr.

SECOND PREMILINARY Engineer “Ali: Mirza: must have to define and explain the Critical line of Shirk which expels a person from the Domain of ‘Isla:m and below which theShirk does not expel a person from the folds of ‘Isla:m.

It is evident that the Heretic Engineer of Jhelum does believe in at least one of the following believes.

1] Accodring to some Heretics Shirk is Confined [ H:-s:r] in only two believes.

1.1] To believe a Gh:airullah as Necessary Existent [Va:jib ‘al Vuju:d].

1.2] To believe that a Ghairullah deserves to be Worshipped [Must-h:-q ‘Al “Ibadah].

According to these Heretics there is no third belief which is Shirk.

2] According to an other Group of Heretics there is an other Shirk.

That is to believe that a Ghairullah is attributed by at least one Essential Attribute [‘As:s:ifah ‘Adh: Dh:a:ti:].

So it appears that Engineer of Jhelum does believe in both of these groups.

If Engineer “Ali: Mirza: claims that even such a person who holds such believes and recites Kalimah is a Muslim then the Kufr of the Heretic is Exposed .

But if Engineer of Jhelum claims that such a person is not a Muslim then indeed the Limits of the Heretic Man from Jhelum is discovered.

It is found that the noble Engineer is a Mushrik.

A Possible reply from the Heretic of Jhelum.

The heretic Engineer may say that he himself does not believe in any shirk but he only claims that any one who hold some Shirk apart from the stated above is still a Muslim and does not cease to be a Muslim.

Page 4 of 10 But even this believe is a Kufr and any one who so ever he may be if says such a sentence becomes a Kafir ,a Mushrik and a Murtadd immediately as soon as he/she utters such a sentence ora similar sentence, THIRD PRELIMINARY There are some more types of Shirks. To believe an Incommunicable Attribute of Deity as Communicable is also Kufr and Shirk.

For example only Divine Essence hath the Right to be asked for Assistance in events beyond reason [ Reason in the meaning of ‘Asba:b, and and not in the meaning of Argumentation, so Beyond Reasons means Ma: Fauq ‘Al ‘asba:b].

So this Divine Right is Incommunicable Attribute and any one who attribute this right to any Created Essence/Suppositum regardless of his belief that this right is bestowed [“Ata:’i] becomes a Kafir a Murtadd and a Mushrik..

Any one who does not hold this belief but consider it heresy, yet does not consider this belief as Kufr/Curf becomes a Pure Mushrik and Ka:fir/Ca:fir.” Man Shakka fi Kufrihi: Fa Qad Kafara”.

So Engineer “Ali: Mirza: is making his audiences as Ka:fir ,Mushrik and Murtadd.

The recitation of Holy Kalimah cannot make them a Muslim unless and otherwise they repent from this Kufr and reject the Kufr in EXPLICIT sentences. Even IMPLICIT sentences are not acceptable.

FOURTH PLRELIMINARY Engineer “Ali: Mirza: attempts do discuss many things implicitly. For example he says to the questioner that , if the questioner does not like to offer prayers behind a Mushrik then he may not offer it behind a Mushrik. But he skips the problem whether it is allowed to offer prayers behind a Musrik or not. This is the basic point. He skips the point.

FIFTH PRELIMINARY Engineer “Ali: Mirza: missed the point. Shirk is the worst Type of Kufr , even worse that Atheism. So to consider a person as Muslim and a Mushrik both simultaneously is a incorrect as to consider a person as a Muslim and Atheist simultaneously. It is impossible for a person to be Muslim and Mirza:’i: /Qa:dya:ni. Similarly . Muslim cannot be Mushrik and it is impossible for a person to be Muslim and Mushrik.

This does yield the hidden conspiracy if “Ali: Mirza: that he does not consider the believes of Those Mushriks who recite Kalimah as Kufr.

SIXTH PRELIMINARY What Engineer “Ali: Mirza want to implant in the minds of his audiences that the believes which are Shirk are just Heresies and Not Kufr. He did try to prove this point by arguing that Kharjites did declare some companions of Holy Prophet as Kafir like Saiyiduna: “Ali: RD:, Saiyiduna: Mu”a:viah RD: etc.but they were still considered in the domain of ‘Isla:m.

He attempt to declare a similarity in the case of Shirk.

To respond the Engineer, it may be noted that Shirk is more dangerous and is Kufr with certainty,

SEVENTH PRELIMINARY Engineer “Ali: Mirza: tried to deceive his audiences by claiming that to ask assistance in events beyond reason is the only Shirk which is committed by these Mushriks who recites Kalimah.

But there are some more types of Shirks which are listed below: 1] To believe that Gh:airullah is “A:limul Gh:aib [Omniscient]. (1) 2] To believe Ghairullah is Omnipresent [‘Al H:a:d:ir Van Na:zir].

3] To believe that Gh:airullah is Omnivolent [‘Al Mukh:ta:r ‘Al Cull].

[Not to be confused by Omnibenovolent].

4] To believe that Holy Prophet has Power to mutate Shar”iah. [‘Ikh:tiya:r “Alash Shara”].

5] To believe Holy Prophet is light issued from Divine Light.

6] To believe that Prophets and Saints have power over Nature and can suspend the Laws of Nature.

7] To believe that Prophets and Saints can hear any caller from any where in any time or in any space or both i.e space time manifold.

So there are some more believes which this person of Jhelum did not mentioned.

This is a great conspiracy.

EIGHT PRELIMINARY “Ali: Mirza: did mention some more problems but they shall be dealt in separate articles.

How ever it is reported that some of the close relatives of the Engineer held believes of Shirk till their entire life and the Engineer does not want to declare them as Kafir and Mushrik.So he is propagating that these article of Shirk are not Kufr, NINTH PREMILINARY It is possible that this man from Jhelum may try to defend his heresy [“Alimirzaian Heresy] by attemting to divide Shirk in to two types. 1] Major Shirk 2] Minor Shirk Then try to include these Shirks stated above in Minor ones. Any one who attempt to do such a thing becomes a Kafir and a Mushrik since these are Major Shirk [‘Ash Shirk ‘Al Jali:] with certainty and not Minor Shirk [‘Ash Shirk ‘Al Kh:afi:] with certainty.

Page 6 of 10 Engineer “Ali: Mirza: does not say which type of Shirk does these Mushrik reciters of Kalimah believes in. He calls this type of Shirk as an Error of Interpretation [Ta’vi:l]. But Shirk cannot be an error of interpretation. It is just like to say that Qa:dianis and Mirzais denounced Kh:atm ‘An Nabvah as an Error if Interpretation [Na”udh:u Billah]. Since to deny Kh:atm ‘An Nabvah is Kufr with Certainty and not an Error of Interpretation. So how can Shirk be an Error be interpretation. It appears that Engineer “Ali: Mirza: is deliberately speaking incorrectly since if he did believed such articles of Shirk as Shirk he would not have declared Shirk as Error of Interpretation.

ELEVENTH PRELIMINARY Lack of proper conception of Shirk has strange consiquences. For example Engineer “Ali: Mirza: claims that even if a Person who is initially a Muslim begins to believe in some articles of Shirkhe/she continues to be a Muslim just because he or she recites Kalimah. On the other hand it is obvious and evident that if a person who so ever he may be begins to believe in some Articles/Believes of Shirk, he orshe immediately becomes a Non Muslim and a Mushrik and ceases to be a Muslim. As a Muslim begins to believe in at least one article of Shirk he or she ceases to be a Muslim. Actually this conception is a modified form of ‘Al Manz-lah Bain Manz-latain. That is that there is a mention between ‘Isla:m and Kufr. Similarly borrowing from Mu”tazilah and with some modifications the Engineer of Jhelum opined that there are some Articles /Believes of SHIRK which if held by a claimant of being a Muslim remains a Muslim. But it must be noted once for all that If there is an article of belief which how so ever be heretic in nature if it believer is not a Mushrik then the belief is Heretic and Heterodox , an Innovation but not a Shirk. If a belief is Shirk then its believer who so ever he may be is a Musrik and a Ka:fir beyond any shadow of doubt. It is impossible that a person is a Mushrik and a Muslim simultaneously. Such a claim is an Innovation and a Heresy of highest degree and the believer of such a claim is not a Muslim in the least meaning of the word Muslim.

Engineer “Ali: Mirza: of Jhelum is just trying to make and to convert his audiences to pure form of Kufr in the Nouns/Names of Qur’a:n and ‘Ah:adi:th: .

It must be noted that if a person who so ever he or she be , if holds some [ at least one] beliefs of Shirk he or she is a ZNDI:Q . Who is a Z-ndi:q. A Z-ndi:q is a person who claims to be a Muslim yet holds some believes which are Kufr or Shirk or both. In reality every Shirk is Kufr. So Engineer’s claim implies that every Z-ndi:q is a Muslim just because he or she recites Kalimah or claims to be a Muslim or both. Such a claim is pure Heresy and it is Kufr.

So Engineer “Ali: Mirza: of Jhelum has strong tendencies towards shirk and tendencies towards shirk are Shirk themselves.

If Engineer “Ali: Mirza: persists on his claim that any one who claims to be a Muslim or who recites Holy Kalimah is a Muslim even if he or she does hold som Articles of Kufr or Shirk then sooner or latter he is going to claim that Mirzais and Qadya:ni Mirzais are [‘Astagh:farullah and Na”u:dh:ubillah ] in the folds of ‘Isla:m [Once again one must recite ‘Astagh:farullah and Na”u:dh:ubillah] . Since even they fulfil his self made criteria of being a Muslim. On the contrary Shirk is worst form of Shik and worst then denying the Prophethood of Prophets, or at least equal to the denial of Prophethood.

Can a Person be a Muslim if he or she denies the Prophethood of Holy Prophet[ Peace Be Upon Him]? The only answer is that such a person cannot be a Muslim. If so then how can a person be a Muslim if he or she believes in some Articles of Shirk?

If a person who claims to be a Muslim believes that a Gh:airullah whether he be a Prophet or a Saint has an Essential Knowledge of a SINGLE PARTICLE how so ever small the particle be, the person is Kafir ,even if the claimant of this belief does not believe in the Divinity of the Gh:airullah; Cannot be a Muslim , how can a Musrik who ascribes some Incommunicable Attributes to a Gh:airullah be a Muslim?

Page 7 of 10 This means that Engineer “Ali: Mirza: is working on a scheme that he wants to declare all those who are claimant of being Muslims as Muslims regardless of the Articles of Kufr or Shirk they believe in, and to declare great scholars of ‘Ahlussunnah as Ka:fir and Blasphemers [‘Astagh:farullah and Na”u:dh:ubillah]. It is just a matter of time that this followers and audiences shall become so obedient to him that they are likely to accept his such claims. At present they are so obedient to accept any thing with out any critical study of his lectures and sermons. His lectures to them are what the Sermon Of Mount to Christians. Rather his followers accept his lectures if not divine then almost Divine.

TWELVETH PRELIMINARY There are may other things which “Ali: Mirza: said in this question answer session, The shall be responded latter.

But one thing must be responded in essence and substance before the Epilogue.

This is that Engineer of Jhelum the Greatest Heretic Mind of the present century on the Planet Earth and the Worst Enemy of Tauh:i:d of ‘Isla:m at present, argued tfrom a Tradition that a Person who made a testament before his death that his body would be burned to ashes and would be dispersed in air so that Deity cannot make his resurrection. It is not reported about the degree of knowledge of the person. Was he a Theologist or a Philosopher who like Fad:l Haq Kh:airabadi considered may Self Possible [Mimkin Bdh: Dh:a:t] Events as Self Absurd [Muh:a:l Bidh: Dh:a:t], or was a believer in Divine Weakness [“Ijz]. As he be forgiven this means he did not belonged to the latter but to the former. So he was a Sinner whose Sin was to consider a Rational Possible [‘Al Mumkin ‘Al “Aqli:] as Rational Absurd [‘Al Muh:a:l ‘Aqli:]. This is the Only Tauji:h [ if not Ta’vi:l] of the event . The reason is that if he was the latter then he would never be forgiven since to believe in Divine Weakness is Pure Kufr . And Kufr is never Forgiven. It MAY BE THE CASE that even Zubair “Ali: Zai was of the View that “God /Deity does not have the Power to Forgive a Ka:fir eg Fir”aun , ‘Abu Jahl etc. Now Engineer “Ali: Mirza: is confusing two different Heresies, one that is Kufr which shall never be forgiven and the other one that is Fisq but forgivable and may be forgiven . So to consider an Absolute Contingent as an Absolute Absurd belongs to a separate category of Heresy other then the Shirk if this explanation of the Tradition is correct.

One may ask Engineer of Jhelum what is his ideas about the Tradition which he quoted . Is he opine that the man Stated in the Tradition was a believer of Divine Weakness and Feebleness [which is pure Kufr] or was a heretic who considered An Absolute Contingent as Absolute Absurd [Absolute Impossible]? So the Tradition [ reported inin Bukh:ari Shri:f and Muslim Shari:f] must be taken otherwise.

To use this tradition in support of Mushriks who recite Kalimah is an innovation of Ish:a:q Lyallpuri . Engineer is just repeating the argument of ‘Ish:a:q Lyalpuri and thus he is following this person , who was a great heretic.

This is the case of a Heretic following an other Heretic. How ever in this vedio Engineer “Ali: Mirza: claims that Divine Essence forgave a Kufr which was a Partial Kufr. This a a falsehood , a false sentence. Since Deity did not forgave any Kufr.

The thing which was forgiven was not Kufr but a Heresy. In must be noted that there is not a single evidence that Shirk shall be forgiven, To consider an Absolute Contingent [Absolutely Contingent] as Absolute Abrurd [Absolutely Absurd] is one thing and Shrik is an other thing. Even Zubair “Ali: Zai did not accepted Divine Powers over some Absolute Contingent Events yet he was not a Mushrik , or Engineer “Ali: Mirza: is going to declare Zubair “Ali: Zai as Mushrik and a Muslim both simultaneously ?

Page 8 of 10 A separate article may be written about the benefit of doubt given to Kh:ava:rij by some S:ah:a:bah RD:. But no benefit of doubt can be given to Mushriks.

CONCLUSION It is requested to any one who has listened to the lectures of the Engineer Muh:ammad “Ali: Mirza: of Jhelum that he or she must consider the following question.

If some recites Kalimah and claims to be a Muslim yet he or she believes in at least one Article of Kufr or Shirk he or she who so ever he or she be ceases to be a Muslim. His/Her Cessation of being a Muslim is instant and immediate. But if a peson who so ever he or she may be holds a heretic belief yet continues to be a Muslim then this means that the Heretic belief is neither Kufr nor Shirk but a Fisq. Additionally It is not an Error of ‘Ijtiha:d. So the believer is a Fa:siq but not a Kafir.

Example of such a person is Zubair “Ali: Zai who claimed to be an ‘Ahlul H:adith: yet he was a Semi –Ahlul H:adi:th: . His Tafarruda:t made him a Semi ‘Ahlul H:adi:ti:th:. Critics of Zubair “Ali: Zai do know that he was inspired not only be H:izbiah but also by Takfi:riah. How ever his followers are now returning to the folds of ‘Ahlul H:adi:th: once again after his death. Only they are making apologies for his Errors and are returning to the original form of ‘Ahlul H:adi:th: .

So it is evident

TO THE FOLLOWES OF ENGINEER ALI MIRZA OFJHELUM HOW MANY PROOFS DO YOU NEED TO CONVINCE YOU THAT ENGINEER ALI MIRZA IS A MUSHRIK Additionally Engineer “Ali: Mirza of Jhelum claims that ‘ALL-H Shall forgive sopme partial Kufrs. This is a Pure Kufr and this any one who agrees which the Engineer of Jhelum on this Isuue ceasth to be in the Domain of ‘Isla:m.

Also who is Engineer to decide what is Partial Kufr [‘Al Kufr ‘Al J-zvi:].
