The Broadmoor Estate House is a 12,000-square-foot, five-bedroom residence on The Broadmoor’s main campus surrounded by lush, meticulously landscaped gardens and lawns. This exquisite historic residence provides a timeless backdrop for romantic wedding celebrations and ample space for families to celebrate together. Each of the estate’s five bedrooms features a king or two queen beds and a private bathroom. Broadmoor chefs may also be engaged to prepare an intimate meal in the home’s gourmet kitchen, served in the formal dining room, which seats 16 guests. The grand parlor can accommodate 60 people for seated dinners or 120 for receptions.

The nearby Broadmoor Brownstones, each with two bedrooms, offer additional options for luxurious residential-style lodging. Unwind next to the fire in the elegant living room or entertain in the formal dining room, adjacent to a gourmet kitchen that opens onto a private terrace. On the fourth floor, a casual lounge opens onto a large patio with an outdoor fireplace and magnificent mountain views.

Fountain Room

Immerse your guests (100 to 150) in The Broadmoor’s rich history. In the Fountain Room, located in the resort’s original building, you’ll be surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, an ornately decorated ceiling, and the famous fountain the room was named after.

Mountain Clubhouse

The Mountain Clubhouse is perched on Cheyenne Mountain, with a refined, rustic look that offers unobstructed views of the Front Range. Anchored by a stone fireplace, this secluded space is excellent for a mountain-inspired welcome, rehearsal dinners, or receptions. It blends seamlessly into its natural setting. The clubhouse comfortably seats 60 to 80 people.
