The Great Ipswich Bake Off is back for another year and we’re on the hunt for the town’s best baker. This year, we’re asking you to pull out the baking bowls and the wooden spoons and create a cake that says Ipswich on a plate. You could decorate your cake with boats and bunting to celebrate our maritime heritage. How about one with children enjoying a picnic in Christchurch Park? Or Ipswich Town fans gathering on the Cornhill to celebrate winning the FA Cup in ’78? Let your imagination and creativity run wild!
