This Wate ershed Plan will focus, in n particular, on open spaace parkland d and areas where storrmwater run noff drains directly to thee Creek and Bay. Parks is also workking in close partnership with NYC D DEP in their preparation n of a Long Term Controll Plan for Alley Creek thaat focuses on the combin ned sewer drrainage areaas.
