controlled fermentation of selected strain of Aspergillus oryzae.

MODE OF ACTION :  Catalyzes the release of N-terminal amino acid, Xaa ┼Yaa, in which Xaa is

Applications:  Selectively hydrolyzes plants, fish, or animals proteins to produce de-
