NEWSLETTER Summer 2010

PRESIDENT’S LETTER Dear Friends,

Summer has arrived, and we have a lot of interesting news to share with you. Bertram had great success at the recently concluded 30th Anniversary/Annual Bertram-Hatteras Shootout, sweeping all divisions. Congratulations are extended to the Belloso and Sussman teams for their respective 1st and 3rd place finishes.

We shipped five new boats to our Sag Harbor location and have stationed a service technician and van there to continue expanding and supporting our presence in the North East. The marketing team has also planned multiple partnerships and events across the region where we invite all of our boat owners and friends to join us for the summer. I am excited to tell you that we have now reached into the Chicago market and have formed an alliance with Elite Yacht for promoting the Ferretti brands in their market place. Lead by the Walsh family, they have a new 44 Rivarama on display at the Burnham Harbor marina located in downtown Chicago. Having the right partner can make a huge difference to best represent the exclusive products of the FerrettiGroup. We believe Elite Yacht has the foundation to facilitate local sales opportunities and address customer concerns in a professional manner that is expected of our clients. We are also pleased to announce that last month Allied delivered its first new 92' Riva Duchessa in Italy. This spectacular boat will make its way to the USA to be on display along with a new Ferretti 560 and the new Bertram 800 at the Ft. Lauderdale Boat show in October. For our special customers who prefer to see the boats before the show, we will be extending VIP invitations to our Fall Preview at our newly renovated Showroom on October 15, 2010. These new models, in addition to many more that are on the way this year, represent Ferretti’s commitment to continuously improve and exceed our clients’ interests in the North American market. Further updates about our new model arrivals will be announced on the Allied Marine web site.

ALLIED MARINE’S SUMMER IN THE NORTHEAST Allied Marine moved five boats from Freeport, Bahamas to Newport, Rhode Island using Dockwise Yacht Transport, a unique cargo ship service that loads and off-loads boats via submergible cargo bays. From Newport, the SportRiva 56, Aquariva 33, Mochi 74 and Ferretti 510 cruised to the Allied Marine office at Sag Cove Yacht Club in Sag Harbor, New York where they will stay through mid September. The Mochi Long Range hybrid vessel went to the small town of Portsmouth Rhode Island, approximately 6 miles north of Newport, where it will be docked at the prestigious Carnegie Abbey for a summer of activities. The summer schedule in Rhode Island has thus been filled with a variety of events to showcase the boats as VIP host boats for the famous Bermuda Race, the Buckett Regatta, the Newport Private Viewing, and the Warwick TrawlerFest. In Watch Hill, R.I. Allied has also partnered with Ocean House, a truly historic and classic landmark, for their grand re-opening on June 24-27. Many of their guests enjoyed

experiencing the silent mode of the Hybrid Mochi Long Range while taking in the sights of Stonington and Watch Hill. Carnegie Abbey in Portsmouth, R.I. is another important partner where we are keeping the Mochi Long Range for the majority of the summer for various functions and activities with their members. All three locations will be stops on the Ferretti owners rendezvous this August. This summer also marks the second season for Allied Marine in Sag Harbor. Eric Frank, the Allied Marine broker on site said, “We have been very lucky this early in June as the boating has been stellar due to the great weather we have been having. We have seen so many of our customers in the area and the town has become another home for us as we have become very close with everyone.” Allied Marine’s service division headed by Robert Albright, has also sent a mobile service van and technician to the north east to be based out of the Sag Harbor office to help service our north east customers with their new boats.

ALLIED MARINE SPONSORS MIAMI BEACH HIGH GOAL POLO Allied Marine, debuted the Mochi Craft Polo team on the soft sands of South Beach in Miami Beach, Florida for the four day AMG Miami Beach Polo world Cup. Over 3000 guests were in attendance from Australia, Mexico, the UK and Palm Beach to witness high goal polo. The 5-star hotel, Setai, South Beach, served as the Clubhouse accommodating top executive corporate sponsors from Hublot, AMG, and high goal polo players and patrons from around the globe; including polo celebrity player Nacho Figueras of Argentina. The landscape: a beach sand polo field with a serene blue ocean backdrop flanked by a pristine white VIP tent. Guests enjoyed tapas and signature drinks while the VIP suites allowed for networking. In clear view from the VIP and polo field was a sleek Aqua Riva and hospitality tent hosted by Allied Marine. After the matches were played and the polo ponies were taken back to their stables, the polo players cruised off into the sunset on the Riva Superego and the 730 Ferretti. Mr. Rob McDougal, President of Allied Marine, along with Bruce Orosz, President of The Polo Life, LLC and Founder of the Miami Beach Polo World Cup, both raved about the event and their partnership of Polo and Yachts.

FOR THE EXCLUSIVE NORTHEAST OWNERS SUMMER CRUISE The luxury yachts of the Ferretti Group are touring the north east coast to some of the most prestigious yachting destinations during the peak of summer. As an owner of a new or generously loved Ferretti, Riva, Pershing, Bertram, Mochi Craft, CRN, Custom Line, and Itama, Allied Marine created this experience exclusively for all of you that join us with your boats. Allied Marine has made reservations for private venues in Sag Harbor, NY, Ocean House in Watch Hill and at Carnegie Abbey in Portsmouth Rhode Island. These venues are some of the most sought after destinations in summer for yachting at its finest. Our trip begins at the Allied Marine marina office in Sag Harbor, New York, a seasonal hotspot of Hamptons yachting. Join us for a sunset cocktail on the boats to set the mood before we begin our journey north. Our second destination is Ocean House in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, the last of the grand Victorian hotels, where the sound of the sea and bluffs create a tranquil landscape for this iconic seaside resort. This timeless experience awaits our arrival with uncompromised service, cocktails and a traditional beach clam bake and bonfire. The yachting excursion in this quaint New England town will surely become a treasured memory. Our cruise will continue north to the town of Portsmouth, Rhode Island where the private sporting estate of Carnegie Abbey is located on the Narragansett Bay. Our friends of Carnegie Abbey will provide a series of activities on property to allow you to enjoy the true pleasures of the area. Our arrival will be in synch with the opening of the Newport Jazz Festival, where we will be sure to take a trolly into town to experience jazz in style at the International Tennis Hall of Fame. Our brand and service managers will also be there for you to gain in-depth knowledge of our yachts and answer questions about the portfolio of our products. Please visit www.alliedmarine.com to get your registration form. Space is very limited so RSVP is required.

Allied Marine Creates Regional Partnership in Chicago In an effort to reach new and existing clients in the Great Lakes region, the senior management team at Allied Marine went on a mission to find a great partner who could best represent the Ferretti brands with the right balance of product knowledge, service, and overall yachting expertise. Elite Yacht & Brokerage based in Chicago and lead by the Walsh family, was the perfect fit for the FerrettiGroup clientele position and has joined the team this July. Allied Marine has shipped a Rivarama 44 to be kept on display at Burnham Harbor Marina in downtown Chicago to participate in a variety of exclusive events that Elite Yacht will be offering during the peak of the summer season. Barbara Walsh, founder of Elite said, “The Chicago market is a prime market for yachts of the caliber of the Ferretti portfolio and our partnership with Allied Marine and the Ferretti brands are a perfect tie in with the level of service and sales professionalism that we have built for 25 years. The Rivarama 44 is a perfect model to catapult interest of these fine yachts and I foresee a huge opportunity before us.” For more information about the upcoming events in Chicago please visit www.alliedmarine.com.

NEW FEATURED BOATS Ferretti 560 The new Ferretti 560 is a result of the shipyard’s aim to continue the evolution process of the fly bridge range under 63 feet. A cooperative project between Advanced Yacht Technology of Ferretti group and Studio Zuccon International, the 560 embodies all the precious elements of design tradition that is derived from three key-elements: an innovative space-design of the lower deck layout - with three cabins, including a full beam owner suite - and three bathrooms. Strong attention to details are embraced by contemporary-taste décor elements, such as bleached oak, and a new, exclusive design of windows to enhance natural light on board. As a result, Ferretti 560 is a yacht unique in her category, created to meet the desires of any age customer, offering the highest standards of livability through the combination of wide spaces, high quality materials, comfort and performance.

Bertram 800 Leading the Bertram fleet into the future of sport fishing, the 800 delivers extreme power and performance of a sport fishing vessel while exuding ultimate luxury and comfort. The 800 features forward and hull window design that is constructed with multiple layers of tempered glass. This state of the art window technology was exclusively designed and tested by Advanced Yacht Technology to resist the roughest fishing conditions across the oceans. The 800 also features the exclusive ARG (Anti-rolling Gyro) technology, which suppresses rolling motion to provide guests a smoother and more pleasant ride. The cockpit is configured for an “L-shaped” mezzanine lounge seating with a fixed cockpit table, that overlooks the massive full beam cockpit. This yacht is endowed with beautiful white oak wood or optional exotic African mahogany for the interiors. The ultra luxurious full beam master offers sweeping views of the open ocean and has multiple layout options to suit the owner’s needs. Riva 92 Duchessa After the hugely successful 115’ Athena, flagship of the fleet since 2005, Riva continues its adventure in the megayacht segment, with a new, refined model. Curved, racy lines harmoniously design the profile of this yacht which encloses all the elegance and inimitable Riva style, as always in a solution featuring a unique, original design. Mauro Micheli’s pencil, the work of his team at Officina Italiana Design and Riva’s Engineering Department have once again managed to sketch a winning yacht. The novelties are numerous, both in the exterior design and in the interior layout and fittings, that won’t miss to match the requests of the most demanding owners. The new, refined jewel has been added to the Riva collection.

Pershing 80 The ambitious Pershing 80’ is a smoothly sleek exterior design with long windows that surround the interior with natural light. Glass and light play a dominant role as soon as one enters the inner spaces where an exclusive sliding glass partition closes the cockpit off from the salon or, by fully disappearing, joins the two environments and recreates a harmonious open space. The electrical drive functioning hard top extends the front section over the pilot house and the rear section over the stern providing protection of the cockpit. Forward thinking and convenience are found in the large cockpit and central sundeck, which turns into a large dining table with an electrical-driven collapsible support, while the bench can be moved manually along an invisible slide. Known for performance the Pershing 80 is boasted with ZF Searex auto-trimming which allows the boat to steer very easily at various speeds in different boat displacement conditions.
