FOREST BATHING: AN ECOTHERAPY EXPERIENCE NEW!

You will discover new ways to practice and enjoy the benefits of nature through a 2.5 hour experience in which participants will learn about forest bathing from the practice origins and proven benefits to human health and well-being. Forest bathing is for anyone who enjoys spending time in nature and would like to explore a guided ecotherapy practice you can continue to enjoy on your own.
