Deposit Part of our responsibility as your managing agents, is to hold deposits on your behalf. This allows us to return deposits to the tenant or make deductions, if necessary, after the check-out period. We close down DEWA accounts for the tenant and do not release any deposit until all payments have been cleared relating to their account and we have proof it has been paid and closed.

Contracts Once the tenancy contract is signed by both landlord and tenant, each will receive a copy, with the real estate agent retaining a copy for filing purposes and rental cheques handed over to the landlord.


Dubai Lettings Process Moving In As the landlord, you may decide you would prefer to meet and greet your tenant.
