Zad travels in the projection of the story told by Ned. He pictures himself as the Bigfoot living alone and hairy with his flat ball. OÂŹhhh! I don't get it! What does it have to do with soccer? At the back, it is possible to see birds flying in a very beautiful sunny day. Ned invites him to play outside as he sees his brother needs to get out of the videogame to catch some sun. In order to grasp his younger brother's attention, Ned says that the very same game had almost turned him into a vampire, and that is why he has white hair. He finally gains Zad's attention, who is now interested in the story. They both board a fantasy world, and Ned says that after not leaving the apartment for days to play videogames, he did not catch any sun or did any exercise and got paler and paler until his hair lost its color. At the same time, bats started flying over his bedroom window and they were eager for blood, because they thought he was a human turning into a vampire. Ned is dizzy and bats are flying over his head rather than the classical birds. Zad jokes about it, leaves the videogame behind and goes outside to play soccer, claiming he does not want to take the risk of being attacked by a flying creature.
Zad turns over Ned's closet and leaves it upside down. Ned enters the bedroom and asks him what he is looking for. He says it is his favorite The Lone Ranger comic book. Ned grimaces. Zad squints his eyes and asks his brother if he knows where the comic book is. Ned starts stammering and helps organizing the closet. Zad is suspicious of Ned's attitude and asks his brother again for the comic book. Ned sits on the bed and confesses he took it to school one day, but ended up losing it. Zad gets furious and says he is going to tell their mother so that Ned is grounded for eternity. Ned says it is wrong to get revenge and that he only took the comic book to hand it to the monster in the closet, who also lives in the school locker. Once more, they enter their fantasy world and try to figure out a way to get rid of the monster in the closet. Zad is touched by the story and says he does not want his brother to be punished for losing something. They conclude that they should organize the wardrobe and keep its door closed at all times. At the end, Zad asks Ned if he remembered his first cell phone, the robot and the skates he had gotten last Christmas. Ned says he did and is sorry for having lost the items he liked so much. When he is doing that, he notices some mysterious footsteps on the floor.
EP. 12. The Tongue Twister
Ned is looking for Zad everywhere, in the square, in the parking lot, in neighbors' apartments. He finds Zad hidden behind the fountain, quiet and focused. Ned does not give Zad attention and tells him to go home for lunch. Zad pretends he is feeling ill and dizzy and says he probably got it from the frog. Ned realizes it is a lie and tells Zad these symptoms match the ones of people who are becoming Futakuchi-Onna. Zad asks what that is. Ned then tells him the story of the legend of a girl who did not want to eat, so a mouth grew from the back of her head. It was a curse for not eating. The mouth used her hair as tentacles to grab food in case she did not feed it and the tongue tortured and scratched her until it was fed. Zad starts getting scared as Ned tells him he can become a Futakuchi-Onna. At the end of the narrative, still under the spell of his fantasy world, Zad feels something sticky on his leg and realizes it is a big tongue. Zad goes back to reality and sees a frog eating a fly. Zad says he is feeling better and is hungry, so Ned smiles and says lunch is served.
