事工焦點回顧 Ministry Highlights 職場啟發 Alpha in the Workplace 第二代職場領袖的興起 Raising up Second-generation Marketplace Leaders

2017 年 ， SPARK 職場宣教運動誕生 ， 一群忠心又火熱 的職場領袖 ， 起來承擔 Alpha Pioneers 的工作 ， 在 各區帶領和推動 SPARK 職場宣教運動 。 今 年 ， Alpha Pioneers 繼續深化在 「 地區 SPARK 群組 」（ Regional SPARK Communities, RSC ） 中建立核心團隊 ， 在 香 港四個重要的商業中心區 : 中環灣仔 ， 港島東 ， 觀 塘 ， 九龍西 ， 策略性地推動啟發並建立屬靈網絡 ， 致力將福 音更有效地帶到職場中 。 不單如此 ， Alpha Pioneers 更將使命傳遞給年青一代 ； 今 年 ， 一班充滿活力的職場 青年領袖興起 ， 成為新一代 Alpha Pioneers ， 他們除 了熱心心舉辦啟發外 ， 更積極向不同的公司 ， 團體及教 會分享異象 ， 培訓團隊 ， 招募更多人加入 ， 一同參與得 著職場 。

In 2017, the SPARK marketplace missions movement was born. A group of faithful and passionate marketplace leaders came together to take up the role of Alpha Pioneers, leading and mobilizing the

SPARK movement in various districts around Hong Kong. This year, the Alpha Pioneers continued to work on strengthening the core teams of the Regional SPARK Communities (RSCs) in four key business districts in Hong Kong - namely Central & Wanchai, Island East, Kwun Tong, and West Kowloon - to strategically promote Alpha and to establish spiritual networks to be able to effectively spread the gospel in the workplace. In addition, Alpha Pioneers have been passing on their mission to the younger generation. In 2019, a group of energetic and young marketplace leaders rose up and became another generation of Alpha Pioneers. They have been running Alphas at their workplaces with passion and actively sharing the vision of SPARK with different companies, organizations, and churches. They have been recruiting and training others to carry on the movement of evangelizing the marketplace!

AlphaAnywhere （ A A ） 繼續是香港啟發今年的重 要策略之一 ， 這策略鼓勵弟兄姊妹以靈活彈性的方式 ， 將福音帶進日常生活的場景中 ， 包括在職人士最常接觸 的地方 ―― 職 場 。 啟發的同工及職場領袖們 ， 獲邀到不 同的教會舉辦 AlphaAnywhere 路 演 ， 推動弟兄姊妹 體驗這種既輕鬆又活潑的佈道方式 。 職場領袖們開辦 AlphaAnywhere 的經歷帶給參加者很多激勵 ， 不 少 新的職場啟發因而誕生 。 今 年 ， 啟發團隊分別於中國基 督教播道會同福九龍東堂 ， 循道衛理聯合教會總議會 ， 及中國基督教播道會藍田福音堂舉行多次路演 ， 參加人 數超過 150 人 。

AlphaAnywhere (AA) continued to be one of Alpha Hong Kong's key strategies in 2019. AA encourages believers to bring the gospel into their daily lives in dynamic and flexible ways. This is especially effective in reaching out to people in the workplace.

Our Alpha team and marketplace leaders were invited to hold AlphaAnywhere Roadshows in different churches to provide them the opportunity to experience this lively and light-hearted way of sharing the gospel. The AlphaAnywhere experience of our marketplace leaders inspired more people to start Alpha in their workplaces in 2019.

Our Alpha team held multiple AA Roadshows at EFCC Tung Fook Church Kowloon East Church, Methodist Church Hong Kong and EFCC Lam Tin Church, with more than 150 people joining our events.

教會回應職場的需要 Churches responding to the Needs of the Workplace

在香港有不少的教會座落於商業區域 ， 鄰近的職場上班族 正是這些教會渴望為主收割的禾場 ， 加上香港在職人士生 活繁忙 ， 要邀請未信的朋友在假日抽空到教會殊不容易 ； 啟發能夠將基督信仰帶進人們所在之地 ， 職場上未信的朋 友 ， 即使未能於假日抽空參與教會聚會 ， 亦能利用平日午 膳時間 ， 到公司鄰近的教會參與啟發 ， 從而認識福音 。 今 年 ， 多間位於商業區的教會嘗試舉辦為職場人士而設的啟 發 ， 反應理想 ； 其中包括中國基督教播道會港福堂 ， 鰂魚 涌浸信會等 ， 新來賓人數超過 150 人 。

In Hong Kong, many churches are located in business districts. Thus, the neighbouring offices and workplaces are the key harvest fields that these churches desire to win for the Lord. Many office workers lead busy lives and it is challenging to invite non-believer friends to take time on their days off to go to church. Alpha is able to bring the Christian faith to them right where they are. They may not want to take their leisure time to participate in church activities, but they can take a lunchtime during the week to join an Alpha in a church near their offices and get to know the gospel. This year, many churches in business districts hosted workplace Alphas, and there was an enthusiastic response. These churches included EFCC Kong Fok Church, Quarry Bay Baptist Church, and CCC Quarry Bay Church. More than 150 new guests participated in these Alphas.

Christy 的故事 Christy's Story

在香港 ， 不少職場上的年青人都需要面對轉換工作環 境的情況 ， 在職場上找到同路人一起傳福音 ， 更是困 難 ； Christy 也不例外 。 畢業後 ， Christy 多次轉換 工作地方 ； 但感恩遇上啟發 ， 讓她找到合適的工具跟 同事分享信仰 ， 同時連結了不少有心志的弟兄姊妹 ， 一起將福音帶到職場 ， 過去三年裡 ， Christy 將啟發 帶進不同的公司 ， 過程中經歷很多奇妙的恩典 。

Christy 第一份工作是在一間美資銀行任職 ， 她當時 不停地尋找職場上的團契小組 ， 可惜足足經過三年多 的時間也沒有找到 。 在該銀行工作的最後一年裡 ， Christy 在一次偶然機會遇到了一位同事 Ken ， Ken 在聖靈感動下 ， 主動詢問她是否基督徒 ， 並邀請她一 起籌辦啟發 ； Christy 當時非常驚訝 ， 原來她一直在 苦苦尋找的信仰群體 ， 竟是遠在天邊 ， 卻近在眼前 ！ 上帝的時間是最完美的 。

她回憶起第一次參與籌辦啟發的過程 ， 第一堂開始已 令她印象深刻 ； 她覺得啟發是一個非常容易邀請人參 與的聚會 ， 有免費的食物作為招徠 ， 令人難以抗拒 。 同事們一邊吃飯 ， 一邊看影片 ， 輕鬆分享 ； 實在是一 個很好的場景讓非基督徒同事可以在沒有壓力的情況 下探討信仰和人生意義等課題 。

「 感謝主 ！ 我在籌辦啟發後 ， 身邊忽然間很多人詢問 我有關信仰的事情 ， 讓我有很多美好的機會與朋友講 述自己這趟美麗的信仰路程 ， 與更多人分享福音 。」 Christy 說 。 其 後 ， Christy 得到轉換新工作的機會 。 在新公司上 班的第一個星期 ， 神 讓 Christy 遇到同樣有感動開辦 啟發的基督徒同事 Queena ， 二人一拍即合 ， 在 新 的工作地方再次開辦啟發 ， 這次啟發吸引超過 2 0 位 不同國籍的年青人來參與 ， 討論過程十分熱烈 ， 反 應理想 。 在這次啟發完結後 ， 一些參與籌備的同事被 分派到不同的地點工作 ， Christy 認為這是上帝的心 意 ， 要派遣他們將啟發帶到更多的地方去 。 今年八 月 ， Christy 在另一個新的工作地點第三次開辦啟 發 ， 這次神帶來了更多的參加者 ， 甚至可以分成四至 五個小組進行討論 ， 同事們反應比起之前兩次更加熱 烈 ！ 這經歷讓 Christy 感到十分鼓舞 。

「 原來福音可以在職場像細胞分裂般爆炸性地傳揚出 去 ! 」 Christy 興奮地說 。

Christy 確 信 ， 啟發是一個靈活而又友善的平台 ， 能 夠滿足並照顧年輕專業人士在信仰和心靈上的需要 ， 同時能幫助信徒在自己工作的地方 ， 連結更多人一起 擴展神的國度 。

Young professionals in Hong Kong often need to change jobs, which makes it very challenging to find partners to work with in sharing the gospel in the marketplace. Christy was no exception. After graduation, Christy worked in several different locations. Thankfully, through Alpha, she found a suitable tool to share her faith with her colleagues. Moreover, she was also able to connect with brothers and sisters with the same heart to bring the gospel into their workplaces. In the past three years, Christy has brought Alpha into different companies and has experienced much grace and favor along the way.

Christy's first job was with an American bank. She searched time and again for a fellowship group in her workplace. Unfortunately, after three years, she was still not able to find one. In her last year of work at the bank, Christy met her colleague Ken. Led by the Holy Spirit, Ken asked Christy if she was a Christian, and invited her to run Alpha together. Christy was very surprised to find that the faith community that she had been looking for was right in front of her eyes! God's timing is always perfect.

Recalling the first time she helped to run Alpha, she was already deeply impressed from the very first session. She thought that Alpha was very inviting for new friends, especially with the free food! Coworkers come to have lunch together, watch videos and share about their lives in a light-hearted way. Alpha indeed offers a wonderful setting for nonChristian colleagues to explore topics about faith and the meaning of life in a stress-free way.

"Praise the Lord! After I ran Alpha, many people

asked me questions about the faith. This gave me a lot of amazing opportunities to share my beautiful journey of faith with my friends. I was able to share the gospel with many people," Christy says.

Later, Christy got an opportunity to transition into a new job. In the first week of work in her new company, God led Christy to Queena, a Christian colleague who also had the heart to start Alpha in the company. They became a team instantly. They launched an Alpha in their workplace with more than 20 young people of different nationalities joining in. There were many enthusiastic discussions and good responses. After the first Alpha ended, some colleagues from the organizing team were assigned to work in different locations. Christy believed that it was God's will to send them to take Alpha to different places. Last August, Christy started her third Alpha in a new workplace. This time, God brought even more participants. They had to be divided into 4-5 small groups for discussions, and their responses were even more enthusiastic than before! This experience greatly encouraged Christy.

"I realized that the gospel can be spread in the marketplace rapidly and exponentially, like cell division!" says Christy, excitedly.

Christy is deeply convicted that Alpha is an adaptable and friendly platform, designed to satisfy the spiritual and emotional needs of young professionals. It also helps believers to connect to other believers in their workplaces and expand God's kingdom together.
