Réimaginer la géométrie d’origine | L’ancien hôtel Cliper, situé au cœur de Platja d’Aro, a été récemment transformé en appartements touristiques

La rehabilitació ha consistit a reivindicar la construcció original, conservant materials i elements característics de façanes i mantenint el protagonisme del pati interior com a eix de circulacions. Els elements nous que s’hi han creat, s’han revestit amb fusta d’iroc per tal de diferenciar-los de la construcció original.

The object of the renovation project was to maintain the original design and construction of the building, conserving materials and elements with the characterics of the facade and maintaining the prominence of the interior courtyard as the main passageway. The new items created are lined with Iroko wood to distinguish them from the original construction.

L’objectif de ce projet de rénovation était de conserver la conception et le bâtiment d’origine, en gardant les matériaux et les éléments avec les caractéristiques de la façade et en maintenant l’importance de la cour intérieure comme passage principal. Les nouveaux éléments créés présentent un placage en bois Iroko, afin de les distinguer de la construction d’origine.
