Acerca de Zummo About Zummo Zummo se fundó en 1992 en Valencia, España, a partir de una idea: diseñar y fabricar exprimidores profesionales con un sistema de exprimido de alta gama que supliera las deficiencias del sistema rotacional. Así nació nuestro sistema de exprimido vertical, el Efficient Vertical System (EVS®) con el que revolucionamos el mercado. Tras más de 25 años de historia, seguimos siendo reconocidos internacionalmente por nuestro sistema de exprimido EVS®. Zummo was founded in Valencia, Spain, in 1992, based on one idea: to design and manufacture professional juicers with an upmarket juice extraction system that would do away with the deficiencies of the rotation system. That is how our Efficient Vertical System (EVS®) came about, and with which we have been revolutionising the market. After a track record of more than 25 years, we still receive international recognition due to our EVS® juice extraction system.

Desde que se creó Zummo, hemos centrado todos nuestros esfuerzos en conseguir el mejor sistema de exprimido del mercado. Y así, surgió el EVS® -Efficient Vertical System- un sistema de exprimido vertical diseñado y desarrollado por el equipo de I+D+i de Zummo para cubrir las deficiencias del sistema de exprimido rotativo. Mediante el EVS®, la fruta es cortada verticalmente de forma muy precisa y la exprimida mediante presión. Ello se traduce en máxima rentabilidad, porque no se desperdicia ni una gota de zumo, y en sabor 100% natural, porque el zumo obtenido se deposita directamente en el recipiente, sin entrar nunca en contacto con la corteza de la fruta.
