‫ ال �شك ان الدفاع عن الف�ساد جريمة فال يجوز لأحد ان يدافع‬‫عن الف�ساد او عن الفا�سدين مهما عال �ش�أنهم ومهما كانت‬ ‫رتبهم‪ ،‬فال قد�سية للفا�سدين وال تغطية على ف�سادهم �سوا ًء‬ ‫كانوا في الم�ؤ�س�سات ال�سيا�سية او في الم�ؤ�س�سات الدينية �أو‬ ‫ال�شرعية‪.‬‬ ‫ من المهم ان يعي المواطن وي��درك جيداً ان ه��ذا الف�ساد �إن‬‫وجد في المحاكم ال�شرعية فهو جزء ال يتجز أ� من منظومة‬ ‫الف�ساد ال�شاملة الموجودة في لبنان‪،‬والمع�ش�شة في كل مفا�صل‬ ‫الدولة واجهزتها وم�ؤ�س�ساتها الر�سمية والدينية‪...‬‬ ‫ تركيبة لبنان الطائفية وطبيعة مكوناته وال�صراع الموجود‬‫داخ ��ل ه��ذه ال�م�ك��ون��ات‪ ،‬ك��ل ذل��ك �أدى ال��ى ت��داخ��ل كبير بين‬ ‫الم�ؤ�س�سات ال�سيا�سية والم�ؤ�س�سات الدينية‪،‬هذا التداخل �أو�صل‬ ‫الى تدخل رجال ال�سيا�سة في الم�ؤ�س�سات الدينية و�سلبها بع�ضاً‬ ‫من ا�ستقالليتها‪،‬ومن هنا ف�إن �أهل ال�سيا�سة يتحملون جزء من‬ ‫م�س�ؤولية الف�ساد �إن وجد في المحاكم ال�شرعية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -‬معظم ال�سيا�سيين المدافعين عن فكرة ال��زواج المدني هم‬

NSW State election logistics facts and figures Planning and executing the NSW State election on 23 March this year is a major logistics exercise and involves thousands of workers and venues across 93 NSW State election districts.

NSW Electoral Commissioner John Schmidt said planning for a State election begins at least 18 months prior to the event, with detailed strategies and systematic procedures helping to ensure the biggest event in the State is delivered in a professional and seamless manner.

“Helping deliver democracy through election events requires significant coordination and engineering,” he said.

“There are nearly 5.3 million voters, more than 2,500 individual venues, around one thousand candidates and more than 20,000 workers involved.

“Twenty-eight million ballot papers will be printed and more than 2,200 voting centres and 200 early voting centres will be set up. Election staff will visit nearly 600 declared facilities such as nursing homes, aged care facilities and hospitals before election day to allow residents to vote in person on site.

“Wherever possible, we source materials locally, particularly cardboard products and stationery as well as printed forms. Wherever possible, we re-use and re-cycle election materials.

“We are currently delivering furniture, IT equipment and a broad range of voting materials to 93 election managers’ offices around the state. Each electoral district will have between 17 to 50 voting

centres that are then set up from the election managers’ offices.”

Currently being delivered to election managers’ offices: • 3,999 furniture items, including 279 desks, 1,395 chairs and 2,325 trestle tables • 622 pallets • 2,500 computers • 987,000 forms and other materials including stationery kits and first aid kits • 837 cardboard tables • 93 kettles • 82,995 pens with string • 930 canvas ballot boxes • 1,200 new plastic ballot boxes • 15,843 cardboard ballot boxes • 46,400 new cardboard items including signs, voting screens and recycle bins • 80,850 seals to secure ballot boxes and other electoral material • 335,340 bull dog clips “We have already set up our major Sydney call centre for elector enquiries,” Mr Schmidt said. “It will be staffed by up to 100 customer service officers by election day.

Officers are expected to respond to about 170,000 phone calls over the next nine weeks.

“In late February, we equip our major count centres in Rosehill and Redfern. They will receive ballot papers from around the state via direct couriers and the full count is expected to be completed by 12 April.

“Decommissioning the election venues is also a significant event and takes up to two weeks to complete.”

Is this popular Australian biscuit halal?

Many Muslims in Australia will be surprised to know that most popular band of biscuit and margarine in Australia are not halal.

Research shows that many products of Arnott’s biscuits (including Tim Tam) and Flora margarine are not halal.

Being interested from some queries I contacted Arnott Australia and Unilever Australia & New Zealand and both of them confirmed by email that their products are not halal certified.

In response to my email query, Pam McKenzie, Consumer Contact Centre, Arnott’s Australia Consumers@ arnotts.com wrote, “Arnott’s Biscuit are not Halal certified. Arnott’s do not classify or certify any of our products we sell in Australia and New Zealand based on any religious preferences.”

The Tim Tam original contain cochineal which is derived from insects and is not suitable for a halal diet. The cochineal is a scale insect in the suborder Sternorrhyncha, from which the natural dye carmine is derived. The carminic acid is extracted from the body and eggs of the insect, then mixed with aluminium or calcium salts to make carmine dye, also known as cochineal. Today, carmine is primarily used as a colorant in food and in lipstick (E120 or Natural Red 4).

Mr Mohamed Elmouelhy of Halal Authority Australia confirmed that Arnott is not interested in halal certification and the company is happy to proclaim that their

products are not halal certified.

Halal Food Sydney FB states, “Arnott’s does not support Halal.

Small amounts of alcohol based flavours are added to some biscuits.

We know that alcohol is sensitive to heat, but there is a slight possibility that trace amounts could still be present in the finished product.”

I also contacted Unilever Australia & New Zealand about popular Flora margarine which naively look like a vegetable product. Ralph, a Consumer Engagement Centre Consultant responded, “Flora Light and ProActiv Light, Flora Ultra Light and Flora ProActiv Ultra Light, Flora Olive and ProActiv Olive – All these variants contain a pork-based gelatine.”

He explained, “The gelatine is pork based. When gelatine is listed in the ingredients, the spread will not be halal.”

It is an obligation on the individual Muslims and their families to check carefully before purchasing any product for consumption.

Reading ingredients and knowing what is not halal is absolutely essential to avoid non-halal or any doubtful products.

There are many halal certification authorities in Australia providing useful guides to the Muslims and everyone should take advantage of these resources.

How many Muslims Umrah Tour 2019 are there in met with the Australian Australia?

Ambassador in Jordan The Muslim population has grown from 1.7% in 2006 to 2.6% in 2016 which means there are now 604,000 people in Australia who identify as Muslim as the 2016 census shows.

It also reports that 1140 people of Aboriginal or Torres Strait background are Muslims.

Muslims in Australia mostly live in Greater Sydney ( 42%) or Greater Melbourne (31%). There is only 0.95% Muslims living in Queensland and even less reside in Tasmania (0.49%). New South Wales has the largest population at 3.58% . Almost half of all Australian Muslims claim Lebanese or Turkish ancestry. It is estimated that Australian Muslims come from 63 different backgrounds.

The worldwide statistics shared by a report by Pew Research claims that there are 1.8 billion Muslims in the world.

In England there are currently 2,660,116 Muslims which equates to 5.02% of the population and in the US, it’s 3.45 million (1.1%). According to the Turkish government, 99.8% of their country is Muslim, but it’s Indonesia that is the country with the largest population of Muslims in the world: approximately 225 million.

Human Appeal Australia (HAA) hosted a group of young Muslim Australians for its fifth annual Aspiring Leaders Umrah Tour of four countries – Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Turkey and UAE. The tour, comprising fifteen participants from Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth, it started on the 5th February and will conclude on the 22nd February 2019. The group of young university students and graduates are led and mentored by Bashar Al-Jamal, director of HAA. After performing Umrah in Mecca then visiting Medina. The group then left to Amman where they visited a distribution centre and personally assisted with HAA’s Winter Aid Relief handing out gas cookers, blankets, mattresses and food packs to Syrian refugee families who were living in makeshift tents.

On the 13th of February as part of the tour schedule, the group met with the Australian Ambassador in Jordan; the Honourable Miles Armitage. After a warm welcome by His Excellency and embassy staff the gathering discussed the situation of the Syrian refugees’ and underprivileged Jordanian children in Jordan particularly the basic necessity of education. HAA’s director Bashar Al-Jamal pointed out that Human Appeal Australia has been always at the forefront of facilitating education to those needy children, he also discussed with His Excellency the ways to guarantee that these children will have access to safe education while in Jordan.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has come out strongly against the idea of any move on the date.

Child Safe Standards aim to prevent the physical, sexual and emotional abuse or neglect of children. The reportable conduct scheme aims to address what happens in an organisation if an incident occurs.

There was a good turnout at the child safe The ICV will be working with the Muslim Community in hosting a number of information & training sessions across Victoria over the course of 2019 to help organisations build their capacity to meet the new standards.

LABOR’S PLAN TO GET MORE CHILDREN LEARNING LANGUAGES Arabic language schools will get a funding boost with a Shorten Labor Government offering grants of up to $25,000 per school so more children get the chance to learn other languages including Arabic, and to ensure kids are retaining the Arabic language, culture and traditions of their parents and grandparents.

This is part of Labor’s $8 million investment in community language schools and shows Labor’s commitment towards our successful and modern multicultural nation.

The grants could go towards the costs of setting up a new school, better teacher training, or classroom resources and will also allow Arabic language programs to be expanded to preschool children.

Currently, community language schools teach mostly school age kids. But the younger someone starts learning another language, the easier it is to pick up.

That’s why we’ll help more community language schools open up their classes

to pre-schoolers as well as school age children.

Community language schools have been operating in Australia for more than 150 years. There are now about 700 community language schools across the country, teaching around 100,000 students in over 80 languages.

Community language schools are not-forprofit and operate outside mainstream school hours, often on a Saturday. They are open to all students regardless of their linguistic or cultural background.

The schools can assist children retain the language and culture of their parents, grandparents and community members who may have learned English as a second language.

The more Australians we have learning languages other than English, the better for our economy, and our society.

Community language schools contribute to Australia’s standing a successful multicultural nation. They help preserve and celebrate cultures and traditions and promote diversity, inclusion, and respect.

Bedtime stories in Arabic for bilingual kids When Sirine Demachkie’s couldn’t find bedtime story books in conversational Arabic to read for her daughter she decided to write her own.

Ms Demachkie was born in Beirut and moved to Australia with her family at a young age and speaks fluent Arabic at home with her daughter.

Her first book, Mama Baba, iza bit reedo (Mummy Daddy, please), has sold hundreds of copies. Her second book, Mama Baba, waynkon?!

(Mummy, Daddy where are you?!), has just been released and the Sydney mum is busy preparing the next three in the series.

“There are many like me who aren’t fluent in reading and writing Arabic, however they do speak it,” Ms Demachkie said.

Ms Demachkie has had positive feedback from Middle East with people telling her that “even though Arabic is a primary language, there’s a loss there, a drop of the native language because it’s not cool or it’s old-fashioned.”

“I think we’re lucky here in Australia, and even though we’re a monolingual society and speak English, we’re multilingual peoples and communities,” she said.

“We don’t have to spend thousands of dollars on flights and accommodation to immerse ourselves, we can do it in our own backyard with friends, families, neighbours.”

Free Access to Arabic Books online 10,000 Arabic ebooks across 6,000 subjects will be made available for FREE via The Arabic Collections Online (ACO) Project The ACO aims to digitize, preserve, and provide free open access to a wide variety of Arabic language ebooks in subjects such as literature, philosophy, law, religion, and more.

The ebooks can be read online through any major internet browser and also available by high resolution PDF files.

ACO can be used by anyone, anywhere in the world, who is interested in Arabic language works.

Divides the Nation Once More

dunk1689@gmail.com Once again January 26th has become a rallying point for white supremacists and the source of irritation for millions of Australians. The Australian flag itself has been debased by the way it is used by fascists and their supporters, waving it around and wearing it around their shoulders, as though it just belongs to them.

The Cronulla race riot of 2005 did profound damage to the flag, exacerbated by the denialist comments of the then Prime Minister John Howard: ``I believe yesterday’s behaviour was completely unacceptable but I’m not going to put a general tag (of) racism on the Australian community. ``I think it’s a term that is flung around sometimes carelessly and I’m simply not going to do so.’’[13 Dec 2005 SMH] That the organisers of the Australia Day Big Day Out in 2007 asked people not to bring the Australian flag as it was used by white supremacists to create hatred, indicates the extent to which the Cronulla Riot harmed its image.

The attempt by the dying Liberal National Party government to win support by upping the divisive stakes over January 26th seems to have faltered, given the thousands of Australians who marked the day with participation in Invasion day rallies in all major cities.

Preliminary to the day, the federal

government denied the right of local government to hold citizenship ceremonies on alternative dates, stripping those councils which refused to celebrate January 26th of the right to hold such ceremonies at all.

In a rather ill-judged attempt to boost colonial nostalgia, Morrison, who represents Cronulla in the House of Representatives, also proclaimed the allocation of $6.7million for a special commemorative voyage around the continent to commemorate 250 years since Lieutenant Cook claimed the land for the British Crown.

That it was Matthew Flinders and Bungaree who completed this circumnavigation, not James Cook, did not bother our leader.

There is a consensus on the right wing side of politics that January 26th is central to the character of Australia. Back in 2014 PM Tony Abbott described the arrival of the First Fleet as “the defining moment in the history” of Australia, when it became part of the “modern world.”

That he is of English background and may be unacquainted with our Australian history, of the 50,000 years of tradition and culture of our hundreds of First Nations, might excuse his ignorance to some extent, but it is an ignorance shared by many on the conservative side of politics.

There has long been an obsession amongst some British colonial settlers to “keep Australia white.”

After the devastation of the First World War, with the loss of some 60,000 men, Australia faced a bleak future.

The “Motherland” of colonial Australia, Great Britain, also feared for its future.

The Royal Colonial Institute sent the famous author Sir Rider Haggard to Australia in 1916 to seek support for the future emigration of soldiers, for it was feared that when the men returned from the war “there would be a great industrial disturbance,” civil unrest and emigration of thousands out of the empire to the USA. already won support for the future emigration of soldiers to South Africa and Rhodesia and was aimed at whitening the empire.

According to Haggard; “The Empire is not over-populated with white folk. In fact, it is greatly underpopulated. That being so, it is surely highly desirable that at any sacrifice…the Empire should attempt to retain the sons who have fought for her.”

At the same time that this openly white supremacist imperial policy was being developed, the attitude to the First Nations people was appalling.

Aborigines who had fought for Australia during the war were denied the right to Soldier Settler farms, but Aboriginal mission stations were carved up to provide land for farms for white soldiers.

As late as 1929 there were reports of the murders of indigenous Australians in the outback by white pastoralists and their henchmen. The Federal Board of Inquiry constituted to inquire into several such shootings in 1929, consisted of a police magistrate, a police inspector and the Government resident of the district. No independent person was appointed despite demands from some churches. No lawyer was allowed to appear on behalf of the indigenous people.

The Board relied heavily upon the word of “reputable settlers” who were present at the shootings and had apparently take part, one admitting he had fired eight or nine times at the Aborigines.

The Australian Board of Missions, a church body, in a resolution sent to the Prime Minister Mr Bruce, expressed its dissatisfaction with both the composition of the Board and its findings. “Among the causes given for the dissatisfaction of the aborigines there had been no reference to injustice and wrongdoing on the part of any whites.”

Indeed one of the causes of dissatisfaction, according to the Board of Inquiry was “unattached missionaries wandering from place to place, having no knowledge of blacks and their customs and teaching a doctrine of equality.” This was the only wrongdoing of whites that came up.

The growing size of Invasion Day rallies this year and the willingness of so many organisations and leading citizens to strongly support the First Nations stance on January 26th, combined with the obvious desperation of the Morrison government to create division on the issue, indicate that the ill-chosen date will not survive much longer.

“During that writing I came across more and more things that made my view on Islam falter,” he said on Dutch radio.

By Princess Lakshman (Sister Iqra) The latest report from Unchained At Last, a national movement in the US to end child marriage, reveals the shocking truth that the American federal government does not specify a minimum age for the two parties engaging in a visa sponsorship under the spouse or fiance category.

This means that anyone, age no bar, is able to sponsor another individual of any age, as a spouse or fiance. (source: http://www.unchainedatlast.org/laws-to-end-childmarriage/) As a result, between 2007 and 2017, the U.S has had more than 8600 visas approved involving children, of which at least 95% were girls. Girls as young as 12 years of age are being forced into arranged marriages enabling relatives, usually older uncles or cousins, or a much older and wealtheir man looking to settle in the U.S, to take advantage of this dangerous legislative loophole created by the U.S federal government.

It doesn’t end there. A country famous for its controversial politics, inhumane foreign policies and a chronic delusion of superiority, has a lot to answer for when only two out of its fifty states have successfully passed the legislation to end all child marriage. Often, in cases where there is a red flag indicating statutory rape, the American judge instead issues a marriage licence.

Agencies such as Unchained are actively advocating for the entire country to abolish all child marriage, citing documented evidence that corelates child marriages in the U.S to the increasing cases of detrimental psychiatric health issues, physical and emotional health issues, sexually transmitted diseases, poverty, unfinished education and even death.

A Muslim Convict Story

When discussing Australia’s earliest settlers, Muslim convicts and labourers may not be the first who come to mind.

Zimran Wriam for example, arrived in Australia with the Third Fleet in 1791. His name was written as Timran Cornwall Uram on Third Fleet documents. Some 2000 convicts arrived with the third fleet upon eleven ships. Although conditions were not as bad as the second fleet a year earlier, they were still shocking.

194 male and 4 female passengers died on the journey. Zimran arrived at New South Wales on the Atlantic with 219 other convicts.

Thereafter he was sent to Norfolk Island to carry out his seven-year

sentence. His crime was described as stealing from a dwelling in England.

NAME: ZIMRAN WRIAM BORN: About 1759, Hyderabad, India DIED: 6 July 1848, Longford-Tasmania BURIED: Longford Pioneer Cemetery RELIGION: Indian Muslim After receiving his pardon, Zimran was sent to Tasmania. Another Muslim travelled on the same ship with Zimran to Tasmania by the name of John Hassan. Hassan was a lascar who worked on Norfolk Island. Thereafter, Zimran was given 40 acres of Land where he remained until he was killed. As for John Hassan, he was sent to another region of Tasmania.

Zimran died in 1848. He was

robbed and killed. The killer was consequently hanged. An accomplace was aquitted but found guilty of stealing from from Zimran after the murder took place. He was given seven years transportation (convict sentence).

Zimran had a nine page will. He left all his cattle, finances and household goods to his good friend William Saltmarsh who was married and had thirteen children. Saltmarsh was also on Norfolk Island before relocating to Tasmania.

Zimran was buried with First Fleeters in the Longford Pioneer Cemetary, Tasmania.

SYDNEY - The Australian National Imams Council (ANIC) has appointed Mr Bilal Rauf as its Media spokesperson. ANIC is an umbrella organisation consisting of Muslim imams, clerics and Islamic scholars representing each Australian State and Territory.

As the ANIC spokesperson, Mr Rauf will speak on ANIC’s behalf on matters involving ANIC and affecting the Australian Muslim Community.

Mr Rauf has been active in the Muslim and broader Australian communities over many years.

In NSW, he was formerly the President of the Muslim Legal Network (NSW) and also assisted with drafting ANIC’s Explanatory Note on the Judicial Process and Participation of Muslims (which is now referred to by judicial officers and lawyers throughout Australia). Mr Rauf has also spent many years in Queensland, where he was the secretary of the Muslim Business Network and a member of the Brisbane Lord Mayor’s Multicultural Round Table group.

Professionally, Mr Rauf is a barrister and has been a member of the legal profession since 2001.

He graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Arts in 1998 and Bachelor of Law in 2000.

From 2001 until 2014, Mr Rauf worked at national law firms. He has

been practising as a barrister since 2014.

Mr Rauf appears in courts and tribunals throughout Australia, including for some of Australia’s largest corporations, employer associations and government entities. He has also been active in supporting initiatives to build bridges and provide opportunities for engagement and understanding between Australian Muslim communities and the broader Australian communities. In recent years, he has focused on the legal profession, including judicial officers, to understand and appropriately handle religious matters affecting Australian Muslims.

Mr Rauf also assists with initiatives to achieve diversity in the legal profession, including participating in mentoring programs.

In a comment on Facebook Mr Rauf said that “ It’s a real privilege and honour to be appointed as the spokesperson of ANIC, who have been doing some wonderful work over the years. No doubt there will be challenges but with the support of people, and the fair-go attitude which typifies so much of who and what we are, I’m sure those challenges will be overcome and the negative mindsets and divisive dialogues will be left to wither, inshaAllah.”

My name is Saud Abu Samen and I am the Independent candidate for the State parliament elections for Bankstown. As a resident of Bankstown for over 23 years I share the same struggles, I know first hand what the community needs and wants. Raising my children, my eldest having just finished high school, and like any parent I want the best for them, looking at my community that had flourished during Paul Keating’s run in Parliament and looking at it now, it has changed drastically. Bankstown is infamous for its poor living standards and wellbeing for families, high unemployment rates, poor education, a failing health system and lack of support for local businesses. I want my children, my community to be proud of where they come from and to want to grow, work and prosper in Bankstown.

The Labor party is confident that this is a granted seat and hasn’t worked to support us in years, similarly Liberal has given up on working for our area, as we are a ‘granted’ seat for Labor. That is why it is imperative for the community that an Independent candidate wins the election, to make a statement to both parties that the Bankstown community will no longer stand idly by and will fight for a change.

Bankstown schools are nationally and statistically known for their low education standards, public schools in our area have the lowest university entrance.

Did you know that our schools’ academic performance is below both the NSW and national rate?

We don’t even have any selective

schools in our area, there are no government funded facilities that would improve, challenge and benefit our children in an educational stance, in Bankstown.

However, the implementation of selective schools and remodelling of public schools can improve the educational standards of the Bankstown area.

Bankstown hospital has been underwater and struggling, with no support from either the Liberal or the Labor government.

A major issue Bankstown Hospital is the Emergency department has always been very crowded and busy however, with the recent increased influx of patients the hospital can no longer effectively and efficiently handle patient matters. The Emergency department is the first contact a patient has with medical help, the New South Wales Department of health indicates that only 57% of people who turn up to emergency in BankstownLidcombe Hospital with what is called a ‘life threatening’ condition are seen within the first 10 minutes. Whereas other hospitals across NSW, 90% of patients are seen with the first 10 minutes.

I want to provide an alternative to the mainstream parties. These large parties are catering on a national scale, not for our small communities like Bankstown, however an Independent member for Bankstown can focus on the betterment of the community, as they have no party agenda that they must abide by and can tailor their party policy around the needs and wants of the Bankstown community

Ways To Help Your Child Deal With Stress If you want to raise a child who is successful, part of the process requires the child to undergo tough periods which inevitably would involve a certain amount of stress. Stress can be healthy, it drives us to perform. But too much stress for too long is likely to do more harm than good, for both adults and children.

Prolonged high stress can cause a mental breakdown. Major conflict at home, lacklustre academic performance, being bullied are some of the possible sources of stress for your child. A child could be unduly stressed due to internal (how he perceives things) or external reasons.

What could you, the parent, do to help the child?

1.Recognise the signs of stress.

2.Listen to the child, encourage her to voice it out.

Bedwetting, headaches, change in behaviour e.g. sudden moodiness or sleep disturbances are some of the signs of stress.

This is a test of your listening prowess as a parent. Recognise that the stress is real.

Overwhelming fear of being labelled as lazy or stupid could stop your child from telling the truth e.g. if the child has failed some tests at school, especially if the child takes pride in his school achievements.

3. Help the child identify his or her source of stress.

New year, new school, new stress. Inability to deal with mounting school work, perceiving that you are less able to do a good job in comparison to your classmates or siblings, feeling left out of your regular group of friends – it could be more than one – are genuine issues that could trigger anxiety and stress in a child. You know you are stressed when you have clouded feelings, you feel frustrated and sad, you might withdraw from family and friends as you process the negative thoughts, sucking you deeper into a labyrinth of more negative thoughts. If these feelings are allowed to reign, you might be overcome with hopelessness.

4. If it is tied to school work, action is the word.

School work builds gradually. If your child has difficulty understanding a certain topic, it makes sense to help him out, even if it means simply sitting next to him quietly as he does his homework, and you do your work, if his assignments look all Greek to you. Some children feel encouraged and motivated to carry on by the mere presence of a parent. Helping is not equal to taking over. Keep in mind that a child might procrastinate the moment they cannot follow what is taught in class, and the problem gets compounded with each passing day. Are there too many things scheduled in there? Not all children are the same. Some children thrive with lots of tasks. Others might not do so well. Certain things cannot be swept under the carpet, they do not disappear just by wishing them away. You need to confront them, bit by bit.

6. Tell the child that he is not his emotions. Self-criticism can be debilitating.

The sadness, frustration or hopelessness are there, they might indicate something is not right, but they do not reduce him as a person. But he needs to do something practical to deal with them, it could be as small as jotting down a simple to-do list of his assignments, and marking them as ‘Done’, to challenge his negative thoughts, making him feel lighter gradually.

7. Deliberately create a calmer household.

Children detect the stress levels emanating within the family, especially from their parents. Children at times need to be pushed into doing what they need to do, eustress is good stress, just pause to see if you are overloading your child with expectations that are unrealistically high. In short, be sure you are not a major contributing factor to your child’s prolonged high stress.

Dr. Rawaa El Ayoubi Gebara Sydney I am terribly saddened by the death of our beloved brother, friend and colleague, Dr. Hossam Ibrahim was a true visionary whose work and life served as a powerful example to men everywhere. Losing one who is like a family member to us through death brings feelings of emptiness that no words can convey.

I had the privilege of working with him in our Islamic Relief organisation for many years. We frequently shared charity work and public platforms to advocate for a sustainable future for our planet; and for urgent action to help and protect vulnerable people

around the world, in order to have a more just and peaceful world.

This exceptional man has just left us. I had a great admiration for his unwavering engagement in helping his friends and everyone who sought his help. He would leave his wife and children and travel just for the sake of helping others for the sake of Allah, saying to his dearest wife, “that work will last for me”.

He will remain a source of inspiration and a role model for all of us and for those who fight for the same values and the same causes.

His death shook the Muslim community in Sydney and around the world on Saturday 5th January 2019.

Our brother Dr. Hossam Ibrahim passed away leaving behind a big legacy to learn from, and a lot of lessons to reflect upon. He was loved and respected by all who knew him. He was a sincere, driven, selfless and passionate man and an incredible humanitarian who lay down his life for the love of Allah: there is no greater love than this. Once the heart tastes the sweetness of love and sincerity towards the Creator, nothing will be more valuable or more pleasant than this love, which empowers and dominates any other love in our hearts, even if this love seems very sweet to us.

The best love is this feeling that makes us reach the love of God even more, that plants mercy and kindness in our hearts and brings understanding and conformity to our minds.

And now the One whom you did everything for His love invited you my brother to go to Him and He is the Most Generous who will grant you the best in the Hereafter. Therefore, we are not sad because you left this life-you may have left to a better stay and a better eternal Gift/life-we are sad because we will miss you, our beloved brother. Nothing will prevent our souls from departing our bodies at their appointed time. We accept the destiny of God! Through all this, I can’t say anything except: to Allah we belong and to Him we will return.

The world mourns and celebrates the extraordinary life of this remarkable

man who devoted his life to peace and caring about people and helping them; gave his heart this sentiment of tranquillity and happiness which challenged his complacency in this life. He discovered that this life is not meant to be of the most important to him and he put his love of God and His Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) in the top rank in his life.

He left the world with thousands of people praying for his soul, praying that he be granted the highest rank in paradise, praying that he is forgiven and blessed in the hereafter.

While their light still reaching our eyes, the stars in the sky have moved from their place and they have long since died. However, their light still guides us in the dark. For all of us, you will be that distant star in the night sky.

May Allah grant Dr. Hossam

the highest station in Paradise and bless his grave with light and ease. May Allah shower him with Mercy and Forgiveness on the day of judgement. May his ongoing charity in this life be accepted and may we all strive to succeed in the realm of faith just as he did.

May his wife and his children embrace his values and follow his path.

No words can express the loss his wife feels, but in spite of this, she is thankful to God for giving her a true gem of our times. A man who inspired selfless love and sacrifice for his people in a humble and quiet way. His friendly smile will never be forgotten.

May his selflessness and courage continue to be a beacon of hope for the vulnerable people to be freed from all forms of deprivation and poverty.

My thoughts are with his family and loved ones.

‫لقاء مع األمين العام لرابطة علماء إرتريا فضيلة الشيخ‬

‫ِّ‬ ‫م�ستهل الإ�سالم‪ ،‬عددا من ال�صحابة منهم‪ ،‬الخليفة عثمان �إبن عفان‪ ،‬ر�ضي اهلل عنه‪ ،‬وبع�ضا‬ ‫‪،،،‬ا�ست�ضافة (�إرتريا) بالد الهجرة الأولى‪ ،‬في‬ ‫من �آل البيت (رقية �إبنة محمد �إبن عبداهلل)‪ ،‬ر�ضي اهلل عنها وعن �سيد الخلق �أبيها‪� .‬إرتريا التي ال يف�صل بينها وبين بالد‪ ،‬ثاني القبلتين‬ ‫هاجر النبي محمد �صلى اهلل عليه‪� ،‬إ َّال ب�ضعة �أميال‪ ،‬لكنها منزوعة القدرة والإرادة لتكوين‪ ،‬هيئة �أو رابطة �إ�سالمية‪ ،‬تنظر في ق�ضايا‬ ‫و ُم َ‬ ‫الم�سلمين وتعالج �ش�ؤونهم‪ ،‬وذلك نتاجا للمنهجية التي يتبعها النظام في �أ�سمرا‪ ،‬المعادية لكل ما هو عقدي �إ�سالميا كان �أو م�سيحيا‪ .‬رغم �أن‬ ‫�أنيابه العدوانية‪ ،‬مك�شرة على الإ�سالم والم�سلمين �أكثر من غيرهم‪� ،‬أ�سوة بال�سيا�سة اال�ستعمارية القديمة في �إرتريا وتحديدا �إثيوبيا‪ .‬فما كان‬ ‫من العلماء الم�سلمين خارج بالدهم �إال �أن يتنادوا؛ لتكوين هيئة �أو رابطة‪ ،‬تمثلهم عالميا‪ ،‬وتتنبى ق�ضايا الم�سلمين‪ ،‬خا�صة داخل (الأر�ض‬ ‫المحتلة) �إرتريا‪ ،‬من قبل النظام المزعوم �إلى الوطنية (نظام �إ�سيا�س �أفورقي)‪ .‬وقد �شهدت تركيا قبل �أيام‪� ،‬إفتتاح مكتب ر�سمي للرابطة‪.‬‬ ‫(مجلة الو�سط)‪� ،‬ألتقت الأمين العام للرابطة‪ ،‬ف�ضيلة ال�شيخ‪ /‬برهان �سعيد الجبرتي‪ ،‬وطرحت عليه جملة من الأ�سئلة ‪،،،‬‬ ‫ف� ��� �ض� �ي� �ل ��ة ال � �� � �ش � �ي� ��خ‪ /‬الأم� � �ي � ��ن‬ ‫ال �ع ��ام ل��راب �ط��ة ع �ل �م��اء �إرت ��ري ��ا‪،‬‬ ‫م ��ا ه ��ي ال �م��رج �ع �ي��ة ال���ش��رع�ي��ة‪،‬‬ ‫والمنطلقات القانونية‪ ،‬والأه��داف الوطنية‪،‬‬ ‫لت�أ�سي�س رابطة علماء �إرتريا في الخارج ؟‬ ‫المرجعية ال�شرعية‪:‬‬ ‫فالمرجعية ال�شرعية لت�أ�سي�س الرابطة منطلقة‬ ‫م��ن ع �م��وم م��ا ج ��اء ف��ي ال �ك �ت��اب وال���س�ن��ة من‬ ‫التوجيهات والأوامر المهمة‪ ،‬ومن �أبرزها‪:‬‬ ‫�أوالً‪ :‬جمع الكلمة‪ ،‬ووحدة ال�صف‪ ،‬ونبذ الفرقة‬ ‫وال �خ�لاف وال �ن��زاع‪ ،‬ق��ال تعالى }واعت�صموا‬ ‫بحبل اهلل جميعا وال تفرقوا{‪ .‬وعن جابر ر�ضي‬ ‫اهلل عنه �أن الر�سول اهلل �صلى اهلل عليه و�سلم‬ ‫قال في خطبة الوداع يوم عرفة‪َ ( :‬ت َركْتُ فِيكُمْ‬ ‫اللِ‪،‬‬ ‫مَ ا لَنْ ت َِ�ض ُلّوا َبعْدَ ُه �إِنِ اعْ ت َ​َ�ص ْمتُمْ ِبهِ‪ :‬كِ تَابَ َهّ‬ ‫َو�أَ ْنتُمْ تُ�سْ �أَلُونَ عَ ِنّى َفمَا َ�أ ْنتُمْ قَا ِئلُونَ ) ؟‬ ‫قَالُوا‪ :‬نَ�شْ َه ُد �أَ َن َّك قَدْ َب َّلغْتَ ‪َ ،‬و�أَ َّد ْي��تَ ‪َ ،‬ون َ​َ�صحْ تَ ‪.‬‬ ‫ال�سمَا ِء‬ ‫ال�سبَّا َب ِة َي ْر َف ُعهَا ِ�إ َل��ى َّ‬ ‫َفقَالَ ِب�إ ِْ�ص َب ِع ِه َّ‬ ‫َّا�س‪« :‬ال َّله َُّم ا�شْ هَدِ ال َّله َُّم ا�شْ هَدْ »‬ ‫َو َي ْن ُك ُتهَا �إِلَى الن ِ‬ ‫رواه م�سلم‪.‬‬ ‫وعن �أبي نُجيح العربا�ض بن �سارية ر�ضي اهلل‬ ‫عنه ‪ -‬في حديث طويل ‪ -‬وفيه قال‪ :‬قال ر�سول‬ ‫اهلل �صلى اهلل عليه و�سلم‪( :‬فعليكم ب�سنتي‪،‬‬ ‫و�سنة الخلفاء الرا�شدين المهديين‪ ،‬ع�ضّ وا‬ ‫عليها بالنواجذ) رواه �أبوداود والترمذي‪.‬‬ ‫ثانيا‪� :‬ضرورة �إعداد فئة ت�أمر بالمعروف‪ ،‬وتنهى‬ ‫عن المنكر‪ ،‬وتُخرج النَّا�س من الظلمات �إلى‬ ‫النور‪ ،‬بالحكمة والموعظة الح�سنة‪ ،‬قال تعالى‪:‬‬ ‫}ولتكن منكم �أمة يدعون �إلى الخير‪ ،‬وي�أمرون‬ ‫بالمعروف‪ ،‬وينهون عن المنكر‪ ،‬و�أول�ئ��ك هم‬ ‫المفلحون{ وقال �سبحانه‪} :‬ادع �إلى �سبيل ربك‬ ‫بالحكمة‪ ،‬والموعظة الح�سنة‪ ،‬وجادلهم بالتي‬ ‫هي �أح�سن{‪ ،‬والعلماء هم �أول من ينبغي �أن‬ ‫يقوموا بهذا الواجب العظيم‪ ،‬وبوجود هذه الفئة‬ ‫ُ�صلِحة يح�صل الخير والنفع العظيم ل�شعبنا‬ ‫الم ْ‬ ‫الإرتري الم�سلم ‪.‬‬ ‫ثالثا‪ :‬ال�صدع بكلمة الحق‪ ،‬وعدم الخ�شية في‬ ‫اهلل لومة الئم‪.‬‬ ‫ف��ي ظ��ل الفتن العظيمة ال�ت��ي تمر بها الأم��ة‬ ‫الإ� �س�لام �ي��ة‪ ،‬يفتقد الم�سلمون كلمة الحق‬ ‫الوا�ضحة البيّنة‪ ،‬وال�ت��ي تو�ضح للنا�س �أم��ور‬ ‫دينهم في دنياهم و�آخ��رت�ه��م‪ ،‬من غير خداع‬ ‫وال مجاملة‪ ،‬قال تعالى‪�{ :‬إ َِّن ا َّل��ذِ ي��نَ َي ْك ُتمُونَ‬ ‫مَ ا �أَنزَ ْلنَا مِ نَ ا ْل َب ِّينَاتِ وَا ْلهُدَ ى مِ ن َبعْدِ مَ ا َب َّينَّا ُه‬ ‫الل َو َي ْل َع ُنهُمُ‬ ‫َاب‪� .‬أُولئ َِك َي ْل َع ُنهُمُ َهّ ُ‬ ‫َّا�س فِي الْكِ ت ِ‬ ‫لِلن ِ‬ ‫الل مِ يثَاقَ‬ ‫الالعِ نُونَ { وقال تعالى‪َ } :‬و�إِذْ �أَخَ ذَ َهّ ُ‬ ‫َّا�س وَال َت ْك ُتمُو َنهُ{‪،‬‬ ‫ا َلّذِ ينَ �أُوتُوا الْكِ تَابَ َل ُت َب ِّي ُن َّن ُه لِلن ِ‬ ‫فهذه بع�ض المنطلقات ال�شرعية التي ترتكز‬

‫عليها رابطة علماء �إرتريا‪.‬‬ ‫�أما «المنطلقات القانونية»‬ ‫فالرابطة من �ضمن منظمات المجتمع المدني‪،‬‬ ‫ي�شملها ك��ل م��ا ي�شمل المنظمات الإن�سانية‬ ‫وال �خ �ي��ري��ة‪ ،‬ل��ذل��ك ل��م ن�ج��د �أي ��ص�ع��وب��ة في‬ ‫الح�صول على الت�سجيل الر�سمي بعد االطالع‬ ‫على نظامها الأ�سا�سي من قبل الجهات المعنية‬ ‫في ال��دول المذكورة �آن� ًف��ا‪ ،‬والرابطة خا�ضعة‬ ‫لقوانين تلك الدول‪ ،‬وملتزمة بها‪ .‬وقد ت�أ�س�ست‬ ‫الرابطة عام ‪2015‬م‪ ،‬واعتُمِ دَ نظامها الأ�سا�سي‬ ‫في مدينة �إ�سطنبول بجمهورية تركيا‪.‬‬ ‫وبخ�صو�ص الأهداف الوطنية ‪:‬‬ ‫ف��إن الرابطة تقوم بن�شر الثقافة والتربية في‬ ‫فهم تعاليم الإ�سالم الفهم ال�صحيح الذي يدعو‬ ‫�إلى ال�سالم‪ ،‬ون�شر الألفة والمحبة‪ ،‬والتعاي�ش‬ ‫ال�سلمي بين مكونات المجتمع القبلي والعقدي‪،‬‬ ‫واحترام الدماء المع�صومة‪� ،‬سواء كانت م�سلمة‬ ‫�أو ن�صرانية �أو غير ذلك‪ ،‬ونبذ الفرقة وال�شتات‪،‬‬ ‫وكذلك �ضمان الحقوق‪ ،‬وع��دم التعدي عليها‬ ‫ب�سوء‪ ،‬وحرا�سة الف�ضيلة‪ ،‬ومحاربة الرذيلة‪،‬‬ ‫وبهذا تكون الرابطة قد �ساهمت في بناء مجتمع‬ ‫ح�ضاري محافظ ‪.‬وفي هذا الإطار نهدف �إلى‪:‬‬ ‫• جمع كلمة الم�سلمين الإرتريين‪ ،‬وال�سعي �إلى‬ ‫توحيد �صفوفهم وجهودهم ‪.‬‬ ‫• الحفاظ على الهوية الإ��س�لام�ي��ة‪ ،‬واللغة‬ ‫العربية‪ ،‬والت�صدي لمحاوالت طم�سهما ‪.‬‬ ‫• بيان الأحكام ال�شرعية‪ ،‬ال �سيما في النوازل‬ ‫العامَّة ‪.‬‬ ‫• العناية بالعلماء‪ ،‬وال�سعي لتطوير كفاءاتهم‪.‬‬ ‫• دعم الم�ؤ�س�سات الإ�سالمية الإرترية‪.‬‬ ‫• �إحياء الوقف الإ�سالمي الإرتري وحمايته‪.‬‬ ‫والرابطة لي�ست جهة �سيا�سية‪ ،‬وال تتدخل في‬ ‫�ش�ؤون �سيا�سية ال تعنيها‪ ،‬وتنطلق من منهج �أهل‬ ‫ال�سنة والجماعة‪ ،‬ومرجعيتها الكتاب وال�سنة‪،‬‬ ‫ومنهجها «و�سطي‪� ،‬شامل‪ ،‬متوازن» يجمع بين‬ ‫ات�ب��اع الن�صو�ص وتحقيق مقا�صد ال�شريعة‪،‬‬ ‫ورعاية م�صالح الب�شر‪ ،‬كما يرجع �إلى مُحْ كمات‬ ‫ال�شرع ويراعي مقت�ضيات الع�صر‪ ،‬كما تنطلق‬ ‫الرابطة في فهمها الفقهي من مذاهب الأئمة‪.‬‬ ‫كيف �ستعالج (الرابطة) هُ وي َة �إرتريا المُتنازَع‬ ‫عليها‪ ،‬ووحدتَها المُت�صارَع حولها‪ ،‬في بعديها‬ ‫«ال �ع �ق��دي وال �� �س �ي��ا� �س��ي» م �ح �ل � ًّي��ا م ��ن ج �ه��ة ؟‬ ‫وعالمي َة الإ�سالم من جهة �أخرى؟‬ ‫ذك ��رتُ ف��ي ب��داي��ة ك�لام��ي �أن ال��راب�ط��ة لي�ست‬ ‫جهة �سيا�سية‪ ،‬وهذا ال�س�ؤال يخت�ص بالدرجة‬ ‫الأولى بالجانب ال�سيا�سي‪ ،‬ومع ذلك فالرابطة‬ ‫يهمها �أن يعي�ش المواطنون ب�شقيهم الم�سلم‬ ‫والن�صراني ب�أمن و�أمان ووحدة �صف‪ ،‬وهذا ال‬

‫يمكن �أن يح�صل ويتحقق �إال من خالل تطبيق‬ ‫العدالة والديمقراطية ال�صادقة‪ ،‬ومنح كل‬ ‫المكونات الحق في الم�سهامة لتنمية الوطن‪،‬‬ ‫من هنا يجب �أن ي��درك المواطنون الإرتريون‬ ‫�أهمية وحدتهم وت�آلفهم‪ ،‬و�أن النزاع والخالف‬ ‫لي�س من م�صلحتهم‪.‬‬ ‫ما هي ا�ستراتيجية(الرابطة) للو�صول �إلى‬ ‫الم�سلمين في الداخل‪ ،‬في ظل �أجواء الح�صار‬ ‫ال� ُم�ط� َّب��ق‪ ،‬الم�ضروب على �إرت��ري��ا م��ن جانب‬ ‫نظام �أ�سمَرا و�أعوانه في المنطقة؟‬ ‫للرابطة خطَّ ة ا�ستراتيجية معتمدة ت�سير عليها‬ ‫قدر الإمكان‪� ،‬سيما و�أن ن�شر العلم والمعرفة بات‬ ‫مي�سورا و�سهال ‪ -‬بحمد اهلل ‪ -‬فالرابطة تقوم‬ ‫باال�ستفادة من كل الو�سائل المتاحة للتوا�صل‬ ‫مع الم�سلمين في الداخل والخارج‪ ،‬وت�سال اهلل‬ ‫�أن ي�صلح الأح��وال‪ ،‬ويرفع الظلم والبالء عن‬ ‫ال�شعب الإرتري ‪.‬‬ ‫في ظل انت�شار ظاهرتي الغلو والتطرف‪� ،‬أو‬ ‫الت�ساهل والتحلل بين الم�سلمين الإرتريين‪،‬‬ ‫م��ا الآل �ي��ات ال�ف�ك��ري��ة وال��دع��وي��ة‪ ،‬ال�م�ت��واف��رة‬ ‫للرابطة ح��ال� ًي��ا‪ ،‬حتى تتالفى م��ا وق�ع��ت في‬ ‫ح�ب��ائ��ل ال�ت�ب��اي�ن��ات ال�ب�ي�ن�ي��ة‪ ،‬ه�ي�ئ��اتٌ ورواب� � ُ�ط‬ ‫�إ�سالمية �إرترية �سابقة؟‬ ‫ال��راب �ط��ة ت��رى �أن �سبب ال�غ�ل��و وال �ت �ط��رف �أو‬ ‫الت�ساهل والتحلل نتاج الجهل المطبق بتعاليم‬ ‫الإ� �س�لام ال�سمحة ال�ت��ي تنبذ الأم��ري��ن‪ ،‬ففي‬ ‫الدّينَ يُ�سْ رٌ‪َ ،‬ولَنْ يُ�شَ ا َّد‬ ‫الحديث ال�شريف‪�( :‬إ َِّن ِ‬ ‫الدّينَ �أَحَ ٌد �إِ َّال غَ َل َبهُ‪ ،‬فَ�سَ ِّددُوا َوقَا ِربُوا َو�أَبْ�شِ رُوا)‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫رواه ال�شيخان ‪.‬‬ ‫وفي الحديث الآخ��ر مرفوعً ا‪(:‬ما نهيتكم عنه‬ ‫فاجتنبوه‪ ،‬وما �أمرتكم به ف�أتوا منه ما ا�ستطعتم؛‬ ‫ف�إنما �أهلك الذين من قبلكم كثرة م�سائلهم‪،‬‬ ‫واختالفهم على �أنبيائهم) رواه ال�شيخان ‪.‬‬ ‫الرابطة تعالج هذين الأمرين عبر �أمانة الدعوة‬ ‫ورعاية العلماء بن�شر العلم والدعوة من خالل‬ ‫ال�م�ح��ا��ض��رات وال��ن��دوات وال �ق��واف��ل الدعوية‬ ‫وكتابة المقاالت والتغريدات الهادفة وغيرها‬ ‫م��ن الو�سائل المتاحة والمعتمدة ف��ي الخطة‬ ‫اال�ستراتيجية ‪.‬‬ ‫حوار الأديان‪ ،‬هو من بين الق�ضايا المطروحة‬ ‫ع��ال �م � ًي��ا‪ ،‬وب �ح �ك��م و� �ض��ع ال �ث �ن��ائ �ي��ة ال�ع�ق��دي��ة‬ ‫الرا�سخة في �إرتريا (الإ�سالم والم�سيحية)‪،‬‬ ‫م��ا منهج ال��راب�ط��ة �إزاء ذل��ك ؟ وم��ا �ضوابط‬ ‫و�سقف الحوار العقدي؟‬

‫�إذا كان المق�صود بحوار الأدي��ان هو محاولة‬ ‫التعاي�ش ال�سلمي‪ ،‬فهذا �أ�سا�سه منطلق من بدء‬ ‫تعاي�ش الب�شر‪ ،‬فهم م�شتركون في الإن�سانية‬ ‫بغ�ض النظر عن عقائدهم‪ ،‬تربطهم الطبائع‬ ‫من م�أكل وم�شرب وبيع و�شراء‪ ،‬فالإ�سالم كفل‬ ‫لهم الحياة ب�سالم والعي�ش بكرامةٍ؛ دون تمييزٍ‬ ‫بينهم‪ ،‬من مبد�أ �أن الإن�سان مُك َّر ٌم لذاته‪ ،‬دون‬ ‫االلتفات �إلى ديانته �أو عرقه �أو لونه �أو من�شئه‪،‬‬ ‫فجميع �أف ��راد المجتمع �أ� �س��رة واح ��دة‪ ،‬ولهم‬ ‫حقوق معينة‪ ،‬وعليهم واجبات‪ ،‬قال تعالى‪} :‬‬ ‫َو َلقَدْ َك َرّمْ نَا َبنِي �آدَمَ وَحَ َم ْلنَاهُ مْ فِي ا ْلب َِّر وَا ْلبَحْ رِ‬ ‫الط ِّيبَاتِ َوف ََّ�ض ْلنَاهُ مْ عَ لَى َكثِيرٍ‬ ‫َو َر َز ْقنَاهُ م ِمّنَ َّ‬ ‫ِّم َمّنْ خَ َل ْقنَا َتف ِْ�ضيلاً {‪.‬‬ ‫الرابطة ت�ؤمن بهذا النوع من الحوار‪ ،‬وتدعو‬ ‫�إليه‪ ،‬لأنَّه جائز ال �إ�شكال فيه‪ ،‬وخا�ضع لل�سيا�سة‬ ‫ال�شرعية العملية التي يقدرها �أهل الحل والعقد‬ ‫من �أه��ل الخبرة والعلم والدين‪ ،‬وقد تفاو�ض‬ ‫ر� �س��ول اهلل م��ع ال �ي �ه��ود وع��اه��ده��م‪ ،‬و�صالح‬ ‫الم�شركين ف��ي الحديبية‪ ،‬وك��ذل��ك ال�صحابة‬ ‫ال�ك��رام ‪ -‬ر��ض��وان اهلل عليهم ‪ -‬تفاو�ضوا مع‬ ‫�أه��ل الأدي���ان المختلفة فيما يخ�ص دنياهم‬ ‫ومعا�شهم‪ ،‬وال ي��زال هذا الأم��ر مو�ضع اتفاق‪،‬‬ ‫وقد �أ�شار القر�آن الكريم الكريم �إلى التعاي�ش‬ ‫ال�سلمي ب�ألفاظ «البر‪ ،‬الإح�سان‪ ،‬الق�سط» قال‬ ‫الل عَ نِ ا َلّذِ ينَ لَمْ ُيقَا ِتلُوكُمْ‬ ‫تعالى‪} :‬ال َي ْنهَاكُمُ َهّ ُ‬ ‫الدّينِ َولَمْ يُخْ رِ جُ وكُمْ مِ نْ ِديَا ِركُمْ �أَنْ َت َب ُرّوهُ مْ‬ ‫فِي ِ‬ ‫الل يُحِ ُّب ا ْل ُمقْ�سِ طِ ينَ {‬ ‫َو ُتقْ�سِ طُ وا �إِ َليْهِ مْ إِ� َّن َهّ َ‬ ‫فمفهوم الت�سامح والتعاي�ش في الإ��س�لام هو‪:‬‬ ‫التعامل مع غير الم�سلم وف��ق الحكمة واللين‬ ‫والمعروف‪� ،‬سواء في ذلك التعامل في الخطاب‪،‬‬ ‫�أو في مطلق الت�صرف‪ ،‬وفق ال�ضوابط ال�شرعية‪،‬‬ ‫ف�أهم �ضوابطه ثالثة‪:‬‬ ‫�أ ‪ -‬مراعاة جانب الوالء و البراء‪.‬‬ ‫ب ‪� -‬إقامة العدل‪.‬‬ ‫ج ‪ -‬الحكمة في الدعوة �أو المعاملة ‪.‬‬ ‫وقد زخر التاريخ الإ�سالمي بتراث �ضخم في‬ ‫مجال العالقات بين الم�سلمين وغير الم�سلمين‪،‬‬ ‫بل تعاي�ش �شعبنا الإرت��ري الم�سلم مع المكون‬ ‫الم�سيحي ف��ي ب�لادن��ا لعقود طويلة‪ ،‬وعا�شوا‬ ‫مراعين لم�صالحهم وم�ؤدين لحقوقهم‪.‬‬ ‫وب�ه��ذه المنا�سبة �أنتهز ه��ذه الفر�صة لأدع��و‬ ‫�إخ��وان��ي الم�سلمين للتعاون م��ع راب�ط��ة علماء‬ ‫�إرتريا‪ ،‬فقد ت�أ�س�ست من �أجلكم ولم�صلحتكم‪،‬‬ ‫وقد �أنعم اهلل عليها بكوكبة طيبة من �أهل العلم‬ ‫والف�ضل ‪ -‬وال نزكيهم على اهلل ‪ ،-‬فالواجب على‬ ‫الم�سلمين �أن يتعانوا معهم على البر و التقوى‪،‬‬ ‫وي�ستفيدوا من علمهم وخبرتهم ‪.‬‬ ‫و�أخيرا �أكرر �شكري وتقديري لـ (مجلة الو�سط)‬ ‫وال�سالم عليكم ورحمة اهلل وبركاته‪.‬‬

‫ما �أكثر من يتحرك على ظهرها �صاخ ًبا‪ ،‬وهو في عداد الموتى‪ ،‬والعك�س �صحيح! قلة يرحلون‪ ،‬لكنهم باقون بما �أنجزت‬ ‫يداهم‪ ،‬وك�أنها خيرا مح�ضرا‪� .‬أفعالهم تنطق ب�أ�سمائهم في محافل الخلود‪ .‬فال ِعلم النافع‪ ،‬ك�صاحب المال ال�صالح‪،‬‬ ‫ي�ضع رفيقَه على �أل�سن ِة الخلق‪ ،‬تلهج به فا�ضال مع المخل�صين‪ ،‬والعك�س �أ�صح �أي�ضا‪� .‬إذ لي�س الحكمة على �أي عمرٍ‬ ‫نرحل‪ ،‬فقد ُرفعت الأقال ُم وجفت ال�صحف‪ ،‬منذ النطفة الأولى‪ ،‬والعلقة الثانية‪ ،‬والم�ضغة ال ُمخ َّلق ِة وغير ال ُمخ َّلقة‪،‬‬ ‫لكن الحكم َة الباقية على �أي عتبة تُق�ضى الآجال؟‬ ‫ف�ضيلة ال�شيخ المربي‪ /‬حامد عبد الهادي ب�شير‪َ ،‬عل ٌم من �أعالم �إرتريا‪ ،‬لم تلهه الدنيا بكل بهرجاتها و�ألوانها‪ ،‬وهو الذي‬ ‫زار بالد (العم �سام) في نهايات خم�سينيات القرن الما�ضي‪ .‬وهو �إذ ذاك لم ت�سحره تلك الديار بنفورها و�ألقها‪ ،‬وهو‬ ‫ال�شاب الأنيق الو�سيم‪ ،‬بهي القامة والمحيا‪ .‬فهل كان ذلك �أحد �أ�سرار زهده وورعه في الدار والدنيا الحقيرية؟ �ش َّمها‬ ‫حتى الثمالة‪ ،‬وتذ َّوقها حتى ال�شبع‪ ،‬فكانت الآخرة خير له من الأولى‪ .‬وتلك خ ِّيرة ال يلقاها �إ َّال الأتقياء ال�صالحون!!‬ ‫عاد ال�شيخ مترعا بعلم الدولة‬ ‫ال �ت��ي �أُوف� ��د �إل �ي �ه��ا‪ ،‬ف �ك��ان من‬ ‫�أوائ���ل ال��ذي��ن ت�ق�ل��دوا من�صب‬ ‫الإ�شراف التربوي‪ ،‬وهو �أحد خبراء مناهج‬ ‫التربية و�أ�ساليب التدري�س بال منازع‪ .‬عمل‬ ‫م�شرفا تربويا في منخف�ضات ومرتفعات‬ ‫�إرت��ري��ا‪ ،‬والم�ستقبل �أم��ام��ه زاه��را وعامرا‬ ‫بالأماني فاردا جناحيه‪� ،‬إال �أن كل ذلك الألق‬ ‫أمريكي الهوى‬ ‫والنجاح‪ ،‬لم يجعل من ال�شيخ � َّ‬ ‫�أو دنياوي المنى‪ ،‬وهو الملم �إلماما وا�سعا‬ ‫بفنون اللغة الإنجليزية و�آدابها‪ ،‬حتى عجم‬ ‫ع��وده��ا ول� َّي��ن عجمتها‪ .‬جل�س القرف�صاء‬ ‫تلميذا في حلقات درو�س ال�شيخ المرحوم‪/‬‬ ‫عبد اهلل العلوي الحداد‪ ،‬بم�سجد الخلفاء‬ ‫الرا�شدين بالعا�صمة �أ�سمرا‪� ،‬أعرق �أماكن‬ ‫العبادة بالعا�صمة �أ�سمرا‪ .‬حيث تم �إن�شاء‬ ‫الم�سجد عام ‪ ،1900‬قبل ميالد الكاتدرائية‬ ‫الكاثوليكية بـ ‪ 27‬عاما بالتمام!! تتلمذ ال�شيخ‬ ‫مريدا وحواريا ل�شيخه (الحداد) حتى تقلد‬ ‫عنه الطريقة (ال�ح��دادي��ة)؛ لي�صبح �أحد‬ ‫�أقطابها م��ن ب�ع��د‪ .‬ب � َّز ال�شيخ �أق��ران��ه من‬ ‫الأ�ستاذة الأجالء الذين ت�سمروا في حلقات‬ ‫�شيخهم (ال�ح��داد) منهم الأ�ستاذ‪ :‬محمد‬ ‫�صالح فتوراري عثمان‪ ،‬ومحمد نور �إبراهيم‪،‬‬ ‫ون��ور ح�سين �شي�شنو‪ ،‬وعبد ال�ق��ادر خليفة‬ ‫�آدم‪ ،‬وال�شيخ ال�شيهد‪ /‬حامد فرج (المقتول‬ ‫غدرا وجهال)‪.‬‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫عمل ال�شيخ‪ /‬حامد في �أنحاء البالد �شرقييها‬ ‫وغربييها‪ ،‬وم��دن�ي��ة (ك ��رن) الأن�ي�ق��ة التي‬ ‫�شهدت مولده في نوفمبر من عام ‪،1926‬‬ ‫عمل بها معلما وم�شرفا‪ .‬بعد �أن تلقى في‬ ‫�أحيائها تعليمه الأولية‪ ،‬متنقال بين الخالوى‬

‫القر�آنية‪ ،‬والمعاهد الإيطالية الحقا‪ُ .‬و�ضعت‬ ‫بين يديه مفاتيح الحل والعقد في الحقل‬ ‫التربوي‪ ،‬ليفاجئ الراكعون ال�ساجدون في‬ ‫محراب الوظيفة �آنذاك‪ ،‬بتقديم ا�ستقالته‪،‬‬ ‫وهو في �أرفع درجات �سلمه الوظيفي‪ ،‬والعمر‬ ‫فيها مديدا طويال‪ .‬القريبون من ال�شيخ‪،‬‬ ‫ف�سروها على �أن (الإ�ستقالة) ج��اءت على‬ ‫خلفية �إع�لان ق��رار �إي�ق��اف التعليم باللغة‬ ‫العربية في عموم �إرت��ري��ا؛ تنفيذا لأجندة‬ ‫(� ْأم � َه � َرة) المجتمع الإرت ��ري؛ لب�سط نفوذ‬ ‫�إثيوبيا على �إرت��ري��ا‪� ،‬سيا�سة مزعومة �إلى‬ ‫التعليم نفذتها �سلطة الأم�ب��راط��ور‪ /‬هيلي‬ ‫�سال�سي و�أع��وان��ه م��ن الإرت��ري �ي��ن‪ ،‬وحبر‬ ‫الإتحاد الفيدرالي المزعوم لم يجف بعد‪.‬‬ ‫�شخ�صيا �أرى �أن ال�شيخ‪ /‬حامد لم ُيقدم‬ ‫على تقديم ا�ستقالته فقط لل�سبب المذكور‬ ‫وحده‪ ،‬بل المربي فطن بحكمته ووعيه‪� ،‬أن‬ ‫وراء الأك�م��ة ما وراءه ��ا‪ ،‬ف�أختار �أن يحرر‬ ‫نف�سه وتاريخه و�سمعته‪ ،‬من تبعات ووزر‬ ‫فر�ض لغة‪ ،‬ال تمت �إلى المجتمع ب�صلة مهما‬

‫زع��م الزاعمون‪ .‬وب�صفه مر�شدا وم�شرفا‬ ‫تعليميا‪ ،‬ر�أى تبرئة �ساحته و�أمانته من ذلك‪،‬‬ ‫في حين غ��رق في وحلها من غ��رق را�ضيا‬ ‫كان �أو مكرها‪ .‬لم ينظر �إلى اللغة كما يراها‬ ‫ال�ع��وام‪ ،‬على ر�أي ال�شاعر العربي الراحل‬ ‫الطيب ال�سراج رحمه اهلل في قوله‪:‬‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ل�سانه‬ ‫حي ِمن حيا ِة‬ ‫َ‬ ‫الح ُّي ٌّ‬ ‫بيدا‬ ‫أبيد من الل�سان �أُ َ‬ ‫ف�إذا � َ‬ ‫لذا طلق الوظيف َة طالقا بائنا‪ ،‬وبنى �أ�سفينا‬ ‫أيام و ال�سنون‪� .‬إذ لم‬ ‫بينه وبينها‪ ،‬لم ت ُه ُّده ال ُ‬ ‫يبهره نعيم العمل الوظيفي �أيا كانت و�سامته‬ ‫ونيا�شينه �آن��ذاك؛ فكيف لها �أن تنهاه عن‬ ‫الفطنة والمبادئ‪ .‬ف�ضل طائعا االنخراط‬ ‫في �أعمال الخير والبر‪ ،‬فعال وق��وال‪ ،‬بعيدا‬ ‫عن قيود الوظيفة وعبوديتها‪� .‬أختار الفكاك‬ ‫عن حبائلها و�أ�شواكها و�أنينها‪ .‬ف�أ�ضاف‬ ‫عمرا �آخ��ر �إل��ى عمر‪ ،‬زان��ه الزهد وال��ورع‪،‬‬ ‫مع رفيق دربه و�صديقه �أحد �أقربائه‪ ،‬رجل‬

‫المال والبر والإح�سان ال�شيخ‪� /‬أحمد �إدري�س‬ ‫ن�صر ال��دي��ن‪ ،‬حفظه اهلل‪ .‬فقد عهد �إليه‬ ‫مهمة الإ�شراف على ممتلكاته و�إدارة �أعماله‬ ‫في عموم �إرتريا‪ ،‬وتحديدا العا�صمة �أ�سمرا‪.‬‬ ‫فكان خير مدير و�أكف�أ م�شرف مر على مال‬ ‫و�أعمال (المليونير) ال�شيخ ن�صر الدين‪،‬‬ ‫ب�شهادة من �أفادني بذلك من �أ�صدقائه‪.‬‬ ‫لقد جال�س ال�شيخ‪ /‬حامد علماء ع�صره‬ ‫في الهند وباك�ستان وال�سودان‪ .‬تفقه منهم‬ ‫وتفقهوا منه‪ ،‬ترا�شقوا معا خيري الدنيا‬ ‫والآخرة‪ ،‬تقوى وزهدا وورعا‪ .‬فقد كانت له‬ ‫م�ؤان�ساته التذكيرية والتدري�سية بم�سجد‬ ‫ك�سال الكبير ب��ال���س��ودان‪ ،‬ف��ي معية �إم��ام‬ ‫وخطيب الم�سجد العالمة الف َّهامة الراحل‬ ‫ال���ش�ي��خ‪� /‬إب��راه �ي��م الأ� �ش �ق��ر رح �م��ه اهلل‪.‬‬ ‫حيث حلقات الذكر الرم�ضانية على وجه‬ ‫الخ�صو�ص‪� .‬أم��ا م�سجد الختمية ال�شهير‬ ‫بمدينة ك�سال‪ ،‬في�شهد ب�إمامته الم�صلين‬ ‫خطيبا مفوها‪ ،‬تحديدا �صالة العيدين‪ .‬كل‬ ‫من عرفه وجال�سه قا�سمه الحب في اهلل ال‬ ‫غير‪� .‬أن�سرب ال�شيخ �أكثر في �أعمال الخير‬ ‫والبر واالح�سان والتربية والتعليم‪ ،‬و�إن�شاء‬ ‫و�إعمار الخالوى �سواء في �إرتريا �أو ال�سودان‬ ‫لقي ربه‪ .‬منزل ال�شيخ الذي �شهد نقل‬ ‫حتى َ‬ ‫نع�شه بحي (البنوك) كان �شتالت البكور في‬ ‫�إمتالك �إرتريين منازل ب�أ�سمائهم بمدينة‬ ‫ك�سال‪ ،‬حيث منحه اهلل ح�سن ال�ستر في‬ ‫وقمين به �إن �شاء اهلل �أن يناله في‬ ‫الأول��ى‪،‬‬ ‫ٌ‬ ‫الآخ ��رة‪ .‬منزل ك��ان م ��أوى لكل زائ��ر قانعا‬ ‫كان �أو معترا‪ ،‬ج َّال�سه ورفاقه كانوا خليطا‬ ‫من الدعاة �إلى اهلل بكل مذاهبهم الفكرية‪،‬‬ ‫كل فئة ن�سبته �إليها؛ نظرا ل�سعة �صدره‪،‬‬ ‫وو�سطيته الدعوية‪ ،‬ورجاحته العلمية‪.‬‬ ‫كثيرون هم الذين تدفعهم �أرح��ام الن�ساء‬ ‫�إل��ى العالم ك��ل ي��وم‪ ،‬وك�ث�ي��رون ه��م الذين‬ ‫تبتلع ال�ق�ب��ور �أج �� �س��اده��م ك��ل ي ��وم‪ ،‬ولكن‬ ‫بين �أولئك وه��ؤالء قليلون جدا‪ ،‬هم الذين‬ ‫يكتبون �أ�سماءهم ب�أحرف من ن��ور؛ لتبقى‬ ‫معالم ورموز ونبرا�س وم�شاعل؛ تلتفت �إليها‬ ‫الأجيال من بعدهم‪ .‬ف�ضيلة ال�شيخ الراحل‪/‬‬ ‫حامد عبد الهادي ب�شير‪ ،‬ال��ذي لبى نداء‬ ‫ربه في بحر العام الما�ضي ‪ ،2018‬نحت�سبه‬ ‫�إلى اهلل‪� ،‬س�أئلين المولى �أن يتغمدة بوا�سع‬ ‫رحمته ويخلفه في ذريته وطالبه ومحبيه‪.‬‬

‫«تجارب وحشية» استخدمت‬ ‫أعضاء سجناء «أعدموا» تثير جدال علمي ًا‬ ‫دعا فريق من الباحثين الأ�ستراليين �إلى‬ ‫�سحب �أكثر من ‪ 400‬ورقة علمية‪ ،‬بعد ادعاء‬ ‫درا�سة جديدة ب�أن الأع�ضاء الم�ستخدمة‬ ‫في عمليات زرع مختلفة ُجمعت “ب�شكل غير �أخالقي”‬ ‫من �سجناء �صينيين‪.‬‬ ‫وتقول الدرا�سة المن�شورة في مجلة “‪،”BMJ Open‬‬ ‫�إن مجموعة م��ن العلماء ال�صينيين ل��م تتبع قواعد‬ ‫�أخالقية دولية ب�ش�أن موافقة الجهات المانحة فيما‬ ‫يخ�ص عمليات زرع الأع�ضاء‪ ،‬عند �إج��راء التجارب‬ ‫با�ستخدام قلوب �أو رئات �أو �أكباد م�أخوذة من �سجناء‬ ‫متوفين‪.‬‬ ‫وفي حديثها مع “الغارديان”‪ ،‬قالت ويندي روجرز‪ ،‬من‬ ‫جامعة “‪ ”Macquarie‬في �سيدني‪� ،‬إنه لم يكن يوجد‬ ‫�ضغط حقيقي م��ن ق��ادة الأب �ح��اث على ال�صينيين‪،‬‬ ‫ليكونوا �أكثر �شفافية‪ .‬ويبدو �أن الجميع يقولون “�إنه‬ ‫لي�س واجبنا”‪ ،‬ويجب �أن يتوقف ال�صمت ب�ش�أن هذه‬ ‫الق�ضية “الوح�شية”‪.‬‬ ‫ووج��د تقرير نُ�شر ع��ام ‪� ،2016‬أع��ده كل من الم�شرع‬ ‫الكندي ال�سابق‪ ،‬ديفيد كليغور‪ ،‬والمحامي في مجال‬ ‫ح�ق��وق الإن �� �س��ان‪ ،‬ديفيد م��ات��ا���س‪ ،‬وال�صحافي �إي�ث��ان‬ ‫غوتمان‪ ،‬تباينا كبيرا بين الأرقام الر�سمية لعدد عمليات‬ ‫الزرع التي �أجريت‪ ،‬وعدد العمليات التي �أبلغ عنها في‬ ‫الم�ست�شفيات‪.‬‬ ‫وتُظهر بيانات الم�ست�شفيات ح��دوث حوالي ‪� 60‬إلى‬ ‫‪� 100‬أل��ف عملية زرع للأع�ضاء �سنويا‪ ،‬في ظل �إبالغ‬ ‫الحكومة ال�صينية عن حوالي ‪� 10‬آالف عملية كل عام‪.‬‬

‫ب���ي���ت ال���زك���اة‬ ‫أس����ت����رال����ي����ا‬

‫وزعم التقرير �أن النق�ص �أو هذا الفارق يعود �إلى �إجراء‬ ‫عمليات زرع �أع�ضاء م�أخوذة من �سجناء (تم �إعدامهم‬ ‫�سرا)‪.‬‬ ‫وبحثت الدرا�سة الجديدة في التجارب البحثية‪ ،‬التي‬ ‫�أجريت في الفترة من يناير عام ‪ 2000‬حتى �أبريل عام‬ ‫‪ ،2017‬وحددت ‪ 445‬درا�سة �شملت ‪� 85‬ألفا و‪ 477‬عملية‬ ‫زراعة للأع�ضاء‪.‬‬ ‫وكتب الباحثون في الدرا�سة‪“ :‬توجد الآن مجموعة‬ ‫كبيرة من الأب�ح��اث غير الأخ�لاق�ي��ة‪ ،‬ما يثير ق�ضايا‬ ‫التواط�ؤ والأخطار المعنوية �إلى حد كبير‪ .‬وندعو �إلى‬ ‫�سحب هذه الدرا�سات في انتظار التحقيق في الأوراق‬ ‫البحثية الفردية”‪.‬‬ ‫وتوجد لدى المجتمع العلمي معايير �صارمة لأبحاث‬ ‫زراعة الأع�ضاء‪ ،‬ولكن ال�صين واحدة من الدول القليلة‬ ‫التي ُيعاقب فيها ا�ستخدام �أع�ضاء ال�سجناء‪ ،‬وفقا لما‬ ‫جاء في مقال �صحيفة الإنديبندنت البريطانية‪.‬‬ ‫وف ��ي ع ��ام ‪ ،2017‬ق��ام��ت ال�م�ج�ل��ة ال�ط�ب�ي��ة “‪Liver‬‬ ‫‪ ،”International‬ب�سحب ورق��ة علمية �أج��راه��ا‬ ‫جراحون �صينيون‪ ،‬بعد قيام مجموعة من الأكاديميين‬ ‫باال�ستف�سار ع��ن م�صدر الأع���ض��اء الم�ستخدمة في‬ ‫�أبحاثهم‪.‬‬ ‫يذكر �أن��ه رغم تعهد ال�صين بوقف ا�ستخدام �أع�ضاء‬ ‫ال�سجناء‪ ،‬ال��ذي��ن �أع��دم��وا ف��ي ع��ام ‪ ،2015‬لأغ��را���ض‬ ‫البحث‪� ،‬إال �أنه لم يتم �إقرار �أي قانون �أو الئحة جديدة‬ ‫تحظر هذه الممار�سة‪.‬‬ ‫الم�صدر‪� :‬إنديبندنت‬

‫�أحمد �شريف‬ ‫ال�سوداني‪،‬‬ ‫نهي ال�شار ُع‬ ‫هكذا يو�شك �أن ُي َ‬ ‫ُّ‬ ‫�شهره ال�ث��ان��ي‪ ،‬مغا�ضبا وث��ائ��را ف��ي وجه‬ ‫ح�ك��وم��ة (الإن � �ق� ��اذ)‪ ،‬ال �ت��ي ��ص�ل��ت ��س��د َة‬ ‫تعلقت مرجعيتُها‬ ‫الحكم‪ ،‬على تبريكات حزبية �سيا�سية‪ْ ،‬‬ ‫الفكرية‪ ،‬بر�ؤية عقدية‪ ،‬لأول مرة في تاريخ الحكومات‬ ‫ال�سودانية‪.‬‬ ‫ولم ي�صبر ال�شارع ال�سوداني في تاريخه‪ ،‬على حكومات‬ ‫تعاقبت عليه �إن�ق�لاب��ا‪ ،‬ك�صبره على ه��ذه الحكومة‪،‬‬ ‫تباينت حد ُة‬ ‫رغم مباركة ال�شار ُع لها في يومها الأول‪ .‬ولكن في ع�شريتها الأول��ى‪،‬‬ ‫ْ‬ ‫النا�س �إلى ر�أيين �أو �أكثر في عقدها الثاني‪� ،‬أما في‬ ‫اال�ستفهامات ب�ش�أنها‪ ،‬ثم �أن�شطر ُ‬ ‫ع�شريتها الثالثة‪ ،‬هنا بلغ الخالف بين ال�شعب حد ال�شِّ جار ال�سيا�سي‪ ،‬وقد دخل ب�شكل‬ ‫�أو �آخر‪ ،‬دائر االقتتال ال�سيا�سي‪ ،‬والتناحر الحزبي‪ .‬ولما طفح كي ُل ال�صبر والت�صابر‪،‬‬ ‫بين الفرقاء الأ�شقاء‪ .‬جاء نداء الأغلبية ال�ساحقة‪ ،‬المغلوب على �أمرها‪ ،‬بطلب ملح‪،‬‬ ‫بعد �أن دعوا لها وعليها‪ ،‬لثالثة عقود �إ َّال قليال‪ .‬ولم تكن تلك الممانعة بغير مماحكة‪� ،‬أو‬ ‫مواربة �سيا�سية �ضد حكومة‪ ،‬ال تزال مت�شبثة بكر�سي الحكم حتى مطلع �إنقالب قادم‪،‬‬ ‫ع�سكريا كان كما فعلته هي‪� ،‬أو في ٍ‬ ‫ثوب مدني كما هو معهود في الحراك ال�سيا�سي‬ ‫ال�سوداني‪.‬‬ ‫نعم هذه المرة‪ ،‬خرج ال�شارع ال�سوداني‪� ،‬صارخا في وجه حكومة‪ ،‬بلغت من الكبر عتيا‪.‬‬ ‫أحالمهم و�أمانيهم الطوال‪ ،‬بل وع َر�ضت كرامتهم في �سوق‬ ‫قالوا �إنها �ضيقت عليهم‪َ � ،‬‬ ‫المزاد‪ ،‬علنية كانت �أو �سرية‪ .‬كما �سخرت مقدرات البالد والعباد‪ ،‬لآجال و�أ�سماء‬ ‫وم�شاريع‪ ،‬ال ناقلة لل�شعب فيها وال بي�ضة‪ .‬والحال هكذا‪ ،‬فمن يقول ب�أن المال العام‪،‬‬ ‫تَخُ م في جيوب الأفراد‪ ،‬حتى بلغ �أرقاما خيالية‪� ،‬سيما لدى كبار رجاالت الدولة‪ ،‬و�أن‬ ‫رائحة ذاك الحرام‪ ،‬و�أخاه الم�شتبه‪ ،‬و�إبن �أخيه الذي ال نعرف له م�سمى‪ ،‬تفوح داخل‬ ‫القُطر المنكوب‪ ،‬وخارج البلد الم�سروق!!!‬ ‫الإنقالبان الع�سكريان الأوالن‪ ،85 ، 64 ،‬مار�س فيه الع�سكر‪ ،‬لعب َة الحكم في الم�ضمار‬ ‫ال�سيا�سي فقط‪ ،‬وقليل من المجان�سة والمراوغة‪ ،‬بين الع�سكرة وال�سيا�سة‪ .‬ولكن هذا‬ ‫الأخير‪ ،‬تجاوز الم�ضمار ال�سيا�سي‪� ،‬إلى ما هو �أعمق و�أخطر‪ ،‬حيث خلط �أوراق الحكم‬ ‫بالدين‪ ،‬والع�سكرية بالمدنية‪ ،‬والجغرافيا بالأعراق‪ ،‬والمال بالمحا�ص�صة‪ ،‬والحاكمية‬ ‫بالوالء للحزب‪ ،‬دون غيره‪ ،‬والمحكومية بت�سخير كل �شيء‪ ،‬طاعة للحزب‪ ،‬وبراءة‬ ‫مما دونه‪ ،‬والمزاوجة غير الرا�شدة‪ ،‬بين حكم الع�سكر في �أطر الحزب الواحد‪ ،‬و�أن‬ ‫الوالء لغير الحزب‪ ،‬يمثل خروجا على تعاليم الدين الحنيف‪ .‬بل ذهبت الإنقاذ �أبعد‬ ‫من ذلك‪ ،‬عندما �أقامت دولة ال�شعارات‪ ،‬كما لو �أن كل �شيء في حكمها هلل‪ ،‬حتى لو‬ ‫كان ظلما �أو ف�ساد في الأر�ض!! و�أن �صيرورة الدولة ال ُم َع�س َكرة‪ ،‬لي�ست لها �أية عالقة‪،‬‬ ‫زعمت �أن‬ ‫ال بال�سلطة وال بالجاه!! وتنزلت على النا�س الب�سطاء‪� ،‬شعارات مرفوعة‪،‬‬ ‫ْ‬ ‫حكم ال�سودان‪ ،‬من ِق َبل الع�سكر‪ ،‬هو �سمعا هلل ولر�سوله وللم�ؤمنين!! و�أن طاعة الع�سكر‬ ‫�ص ُل ُحوا �أو ف�سقوا‪� ،‬أمرا ربانيا وفر�ضا دينيا!!‬ ‫و�أمام كفر ال�شارع ال�سوداني الجاهرة بكل هذا وذاك‪ ،‬لي�س هناك �أمام الغا�ضبين‬ ‫غير خيار �أوح��د ال ثاني له‪ ،‬وهو المت�سك بالمطالب المجتمعية العادلة‪ ،‬والتظاهر‬ ‫بال�سلم ال بالعنف والخراب‪ ،‬حتى يحققوا كرامتهم الم�سلوبة في الحياة‪ ،‬وتغيير �آلية‬ ‫الحكم بو�صفه حقا م�شروعا ولو بعد حين‪ .‬وعلى العك�س ف�إن الوقوف �ضد �إرادة ال�شعب‬ ‫ومطالبه الم�شروعة‪ ،‬مهما كانت المبررات‪ ،‬وهي منطق الأ�شياء‪� .‬إن ا�ستخدام القوة‬ ‫المفرطة‪� ،‬ستزيد من وتيرة المواجهة‪ ،‬بين الطرفين (ال�شعب والحكومة)‪� ،‬سيما و�أن‬ ‫الحكومة‪ ،‬قد ا�ستنفذت قدراتها‪ ،‬وا�ستهلكت عمرها‪ ،‬ونالت ما رف�ضت‪ ،‬من ال�صبر‬ ‫والحكمة‪ ،‬والموعظة الح�سنة‪ ،‬من ال�شعب والتاريخ‪ ،‬ما يكفيها واعظا‪.‬‬ ‫و�أمام الحكومة �إحدى خيارين ال ثالث لهما‪� ،‬إما الرجوع �إلى �صوت العقل والمنطق‪،‬‬ ‫والبحث عن مخرجات �آمنة‪ ،‬والإقدام على الحوار‪ ،‬خا�صة و�أن تجربة الفريق الراحل‬ ‫(عبود) حي ًة تتلى بين النا�س‪ .‬وخيار ثاني‪ ،‬هو التم�سك بعنادها‪ ،‬والإق ��دام على‬ ‫ممار�سة‪ ،‬وومار�سة مزيد من ال�صلف‪ ،‬والإفراط في ا�ستخدام القوة‪ ،‬والتمادي في قتل‬ ‫المتظاهرين‪ .‬وهو خيار خا�سر مكلف‪ ،‬تدفع ثمنه الباهظ‪� ،‬أي حكومة تحارب المنطق‪،‬‬ ‫وتكابر حتى �آخر رمق في عمرها‪� .‬أقل ما يمكن �أن يقال عن �إتيان‪ ،‬مثل هكذا خيار‪� ،‬إن‬ ‫الحكومة‪ ،‬تَحكم على نف�سها باالنتحار‪ ،‬وللأ�سف في الطرقات‪ ،‬حين يحين �أجل الزوال‬ ‫وال محالة‪ .‬فقط �إذا ا�ستمر ال�شعب في مطالبه‪ ،‬و�أ�صر على تحقيق تطلعاته‪� ،‬سلما ال‬ ‫حربا وال حرقا وال تدميرا‪ .‬وغير هذا وذاك‪ ،‬ال�سودان في مهب الريح‪ .‬اللهم �أنقذ‬ ‫ال�سودان من �أولئك وه�ؤالء‪.‬‬

‫�سيدني‬ ‫�أحتفى رئي�س حزب العمال في مجل�س ال�شيوخ اال�سترالي بوالية نيو �ساوث ويلز ال�سناتور‬ ‫�شوكت م�سلماني برئي�س �إتحاد الأندية الريا�ضية لكرة القدم ورئي�س جمعية الت�ضامن‬ ‫ال�شعبي في �شمال لبنان �أحمد فردو�س في برلمان الوالية وذلك بح�ضور نائب رئي�س‬ ‫بلدية كانتربري ال�سابق وع�ضو اللجنة الخارجية في حزب العمال اال�سترالي خ�ضر �صالح‪ ،‬و�سفير‬ ‫المحبة والت�سامح الحاج طالل �سيفو‪.‬‬ ‫وقد رحب ال�سناتور الم�سلماني في بداية اللقاء باال�ستاذ فردو�س و�أثنى على دوره في تعزيز التعاون‬ ‫الريا�ضي واالجتماعي بين ا�ستراليا ولبنان من جهته قدم فردو�س لل�سناتور نبذة مف�صلة عن عمل‬ ‫االتحاد والجمعية التي ينتمي �إليها و�أطلعه على الم�شروع الريا�ضي والبطوالت التي نظمها االتحاد‬ ‫واثرها االجتماعي والريا�ضي على ال�شباب والنا�شئة في �شمال لبنان ـ ثم قام الجميع بجولة برفقة‬ ‫ال�سناتور م�سلماني على مجل�سي النواب وال�شيوخ م�ستمعا” منه على كيفية عمل المجل�سين والدور‬ ‫البرلماني الذي ي�ؤديه الأع�ضاء‪،‬وفي الختام جرى تبادل الدروع والهدايا التذكارية‪.‬‬

‫إذا كنت تعيش في ضاحية قريبة من المراعي‪ ،‬فانت مُعرّ ض لخطر الحريق‪.‬‬ ‫وإذا كنت تعيش مباشرة بجوار المنتزهات او حقل معشوشب وقد بدأ حريق األعشاب‪ ،‬فأبدا بالسير لشارعين‬ ‫على األقل إلى الوراء‪ .‬وإذا كنت تعيش أبعد من شارعين او أكثر‪ ،‬فأبقى حيث أنت‪ ،‬فمن غير المحتمل ان‬ ‫تنتشر حرائق األعشاب إلى المناطق السكنية‪ّ .‬‬ ‫توخى الحذر وترصّد االحوال‪.‬‬ ‫ال تقود السيارة‪ ،‬فقد تكون الرؤية ضعيفة‪ ،‬والحوادث محتملة‪ ،‬ويمكن ان تعرقل خدمات الطوارئ‪.‬‬
