About the Academy ❖At Larold L. Wells' Academy for the Gifted and Talented, enrolled students had to endure the rigorous training of analyzing poems, led by none other than Captain Larold himself. ❖This academy has been praised by Gil Compton, the principal of a nearby not nearly as prestigious institute of education, Chaparral High School. ❖Mr. Larold L. Wells, the captain of this ship, is a well-known tyrant among the many students under his leadership but is also well known for messing with his students and his love for Chipotle.
Larold
❖Aside from all the suffering we were put through, Larold L. Wells is, by far, a formidable teacher and captain. People may hate him (and we are aware that he could not care less and is completely unfazed by our displeasure in him) but there are also those who find him as a decent teacher, like Nicholas "Frenchie" LaPierre.

The ultimate test of human endurance and compassion, the willingness to persevere and work towards the common, final goal- getting an A on this yearbook. Encapsulating an entire year’s worth of material turns out to be much harder than it appears, many a time people will just shoot all the stuff they want onto the sides of the pages... , yet our challenge came not from loads of work but from us not jack reading the books. It is in this struggle that many of us faltered, where we were to face the demons kept so long at bay, where we were forced to socialize with our classmates. And that is the sum of what the yearbook is to me. A book about our year, a year encased into a book- a yearbook if you will. -Jack Sanchez, Editor of Things, Things Editor, Thing Editor of Things
Hi! My name is Avery Robinson, and I am ½ of your editing team. I had so much fun watching this yearbook come together, from brainstorming on what clubs to include, to taking the pictures, to seeing everyone’s interpretations of their characters. It was really nice getting ery v a everyone involved in this work of art, as we did our best to incorporate everyone’s opinions, and allowed everyone the opportunity to make their own creative decisions on their portions of the yearbook. It took a lot of teamwork to put this together, and seeing our lovely students helping one another out was the most gratifying part of it all. I know that the Larold L. Wells Academy will look back on this memento with pride, knowing how much love and effort went into its creation. Enjoy!

poor leaders Our club is dedicated towards helping people overcome their inherent ability to be leaders. One may assume that being a poor leader is easy; it’s not. It takes years of practice and dedication, and we create an environment where everyone can thrive to be the worst they can be! We have been helping people be poor leaders for many a year, and we have had great success! Not only do we have weekly discussions about the worst strategies and instructions you can give that you must try, but we also have people take home a plate of failure and frustration, to be shared with family and friends! They can be readily identified by their professed passion for singing, their singing, and their compatriots complaining about their singing.

This team has anything to do with baseball, whether it be someone being hit by a stick or a hard object or being apart of a classic game like baseball. It’s all about getting to home base. We value the commitment and tradition many athletes share when up to bat, catching balls, or getting into the dugout. It’s a home away from home for most of our athletes and we strive to achieve excellence in each push forward.
