what is conclave
A Conclave is an event usually run by the current Lt. Governor of the division to elect the next Lt. Governor to represent that division on the District Board. Conclaves are held a month or two after Candidate Training Conference, which all prospective Lieutenant Governors are required to attend.
Each dues-paid club is allowed to have two voting delegates that vote for the candidate they think will do the best job. In order to meet quorum, a division must have representation from a majority of their clubs. All members are encouraged to attend Conclave to get the rare opportunity to see the future of their division unfold right before their eyes!

IN THE EYES OF A LTG
do Morning jitters, nerve-spiking thoughts, and sheer excitement- we feel it all.the pride an ltg gets from being on the stage an hearing the work of their division ring throughout the rally space is truly unmatched. i thought the days at grand park and south park. i even thought of all those brave souls who showed up and showed out during the zoom spirit session. the creativity in the hours spent to develop that moment finally came to everyone's attention.

provided by | helena teung-ouk & joanne janelleFrom Zoom Spirit Sessions to in-person ones. They were big learning experiences that led onto the final battle - Fall Rally South. Staying up all night from the Spirit Session we held the day before FRS, to getting on and off the bus, and finally entering the park. The excitement of being back at Fall Rally had me pumped, but the nerves of the big battle slowly crept behind me. When it came time to head to the theater, I freaked. All of the nerves were rushing through my body, so many thoughts jumbled my brain. But everything faded away once it was
our turn to chant. Once Janelle’s voice echoed through the theater and everyone became silent, it was game time. I was so sure we’d move onto the next round, but not all dreams come true. I was so distraught when we heard all of the thirteens, but not 13 West. We started off so strong, I felt so proud of our division even with the difficulties we encountered. Though we might’ve not made it to the next round, I know we can do it next year. Fall Rally might be over now, but I will always appreciate the Hedgehog’s hard work, as one of the Head Spirit Coords. anabell
