IBA’s got it goin’ on! Thinking about getting into business? And you have a deadly idea? Why don’t you come down to IBA sometime and talk it over? IBA helps Aboriginal people and Torres Strait Islanders to plan how you can set up a business. And we’ve got loans to help you buy it and get it moving.
What’s the go? What do we offer? IBA can give you a business loan: We offer business loans to suit you. We’ll take a look at what you want to do - your business proposal - and if we reckon it’s as deadly as you say it is and commercially viable, we can help you buy or set up your business. If you’re already up and running, we could provide support to help it grow.
IBA can give you business support and mentoring: Even if you don’t have a loan from IBA, you can ask us for business support. IBA can help you to: • Develop your business idea • Plan your business – like developing a feasibility study and or business plan. You know, helping you think through your cash flow and expenses; insurance; Australian Business Number (ABN); business registration and licensing advice etc. • Develop a marketing strategy for your biz • Write tenders for work and get contracts • Get proper training to run your business • Grow your business
Who can get help from IBA? IBA might be able to help you if you: • Are an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander individual, family, partnership, corporation or company • Need help with your existing business or a new business idea • Want to borrow money to set up, buy or grow a business • Need support and planning to get IBA finance or a loan from a bank IBA can give you confidential support that’s flexible, that’s designed just for you and that keeps on goin’ on. We want to help your dreams of independence come true. True story! And if it all checks out and you get your loan, IBA can give you variable interest on your loan at 2.5% below commercial bank interest rates. Is that deadly or what?
