Your camp fee, less a $75 non-refundable administrative deposit will be refunded without question IF you cancel at least two weeks prior to the beginning of camp. At any time after that date, refunds (less $75 admin fee) will be made for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a signed medical statement from your physician. No refunds will be made after the start of camp.

The Track Camp is designed for boys and girls entering grades 7 through 12 who want to learn the fundamentals of their event(s) and continue to grow in their development, while experiencing a fun, social camp on the University of Michigan campus.

The Cross Country Camp is designed for boys and girls grades 7 through 12 who want to experience a fun, social running environment, while providing athletes of all abilities an opportunity to learn distance running techniques from top collegiate coaches.

Campers will be taught skills and techniques that will help improve and better themselves on and off the track. The camp will consist of educational and motivational talks, meals, nightly entertainment (resident campers) and two workout sessions per day.

Campers will learn the fundamentals necessary for efficient running and a combination of distance and speed training will be utilized to help each runner prepare for his or her cross-country season.

FACILITY Campers will train on the historic Ferry Field, which is located in the heart of the Michigan Athletic Campus. In additional, campers will utilize the weight room located in Canham Natatorium.

FACILITY Campers will run at a variety of locations including the Matthaei Botanical Gardens and the Nichols Arboretum. In addition, campers will train in the University of Michigan weight room in the Canham Natatorium.
