I am a Senior at Auburn University majoring in Interior Design with a minor in Business. Throughout my time at Auburn I have taken multiple studios such as a Computer Aided Design, Space Planning, Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, and Healthcare studios. The Interior Design program at Auburn is based around Human Centered Design and our curriculum reflects that focus. With additional classes in global issues, nutrition, lighting, finance, marketing, and many others, I am receiving a well rounded education in order to be well informed on all aspects of design and business. After graduation I plan on taking the NCIDQ and LEED exams to futher my knowledge of design.

RESUME
ENVISION YOUR FUTURE
This project is the final product of a space planning course taken my Sophomore year. This is the first semester I was introduced to AutoCAD and Revit. The parameters of the project are an Interior Design Firm that has ample room for client meetings and front-of house retail space, which is an art gallery in my design. The design process started with a criteria matrix, then bubble diagrams, blocking, drafting, and rendering. All drawings and renderings are procured in Revit.

Office Space Art Gallery Conference RoomHOME CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
This project is a multigenerational residential home. Over the course of this project I learned how to draft various different types of plans in order to be able to accurately convey my design intent with other parties involved. During this course I learned how to use AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture, and Revit.
Notes:
This is the lower reflected ceiling plan on the first floor of a two story home. The plan is divided into two different sheets due to the size of the floor plan. On this lower RCP I have included interior dimensions to the centerline of each light, grid lines, half tones, and room tags to ensure the plan is easily understandable and readable.
Notes:
This is the lower electrical plan for the same two story multi-generational house. This plan shows how far apart outlets are to be installed within the space. Each wall in every room has at least one outlet, most have more depending on the size, in order to meet code and provide the best possible use of the space.
RESIDENTIAL DESIGN PROJECT
During a Residential Studio Course I learned how to conduct the design process from scratch for a client. This project centered around meeting client needs and how to communicate with your clients to make sure the right questions are asked to prevent any miscommunication during construction and final design process. I devised a client questionnaire to understand the client’s needs and goals for the space. I also learned how to price out lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and furniture. I was given a budget to adhere to gain real life experience with budgets. This project is a two story home with four bedrooms and I designed everything from the exterior to the interior.

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN PROJECT
This home is located in Portland, Oregon so while designing the exterior I incorporated natural elements with wood split shake siding on the upper level and a gray painted wood panel siding on the lower floor. The exterior elements were dark in tone in order to blend with the lush trees and surrounding environment. Also included on this page is another example of an RCP for this house drafted in AutoCAD.
LARGE COMMERCIAL DESIGN PROJECT
During the course of a Commercial Design studio, I learned about the different types of workplace design and how it has grown to become what it is today. Seeing how activity based planning helps improve workflow and efficiency within a corporate setting is very interesting and helped me better understand how design impacts the workplace. This project is a 4 story building group project in which each person had their own floor. We were given a company to design a new headquarters for. This required research on company values and structure within the company as well. All work shown is solely my
Notes:
Included on this page are examples of renderings from the second floor of the new headquarters. This floor has a color scheme of blue and green which is incorporated throughout along with natural elements to connect the interior to physical environment of Bend, Oregon.
WAYFINDING
Wayfinding cues are found throughout Mindbody’s new headquarters. Each elevator waiting area has an identical design with different coloring per floor provide a consistent point of wayfinding for users. Signage is also located near all of points of decision to make this space user friendly.

HOSPITALITY DESIGN PROJECT
This project is a real site located in Saint Thomas, US-VI. I completed this project during the fall semester of my Senior year. The Resort was hit by hurricane Irma, and underwent management change as it shifted from a Marriott Resort to a Westin Resort. This shift requires different brand standards for the interior that I had to follow within the design. At the introduction of this project there were multiple problems that I had to address within my design solutions, These problems required problem solving and thinking about user experience within the space to have better informed design decisions.
Notes:
The overall design of the public spaces is a modern contemporary style that draws hues from colors the island. The reception area connects life on land and life underwater through the blue tile used and the wood incorporated on the desk itself. Elements of biophilia are also emphasized to further a strong connection with the site.
ALL DAY BAR
Highlighting the indoor/outdoor bar experience, this all day bar appeals to guests of all types. Starting in the morning a breakfast menu will be provided to start your day refreshed and energize guests for their day of relaxation or adventure ahead of them. Transitioning to nighttime the bar turns into a more sophisticated experience for adults to enjoy the 360 views of the breathtaking Caribbean Sea.

IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE CONNECT
WITH NATURE
The Immersive Experience is a unique space that aims to inspire and connect guests with life underwater during their stay. Through LED screens and changing videography, guests can visit multiple times and have a unique experience each time. In efforts to teach guests about the wonders of the ocean and how to preserve wildlife in the Caribbean, this space encourages interaction with each other and appreciation for the creatures who inhabit the ocean.
