Dear AIESEC network Thank you for showing your interest in being part of the national team of AIESEC in Tanzania. For MC team 2016/17 we are happy to open the NST Applications. We are looking forward to have a team of brave talents, passionate and extraordinary people that will have the chance to work together in toward providing true and authentic experiences to Tanzania society.

By opening this application booklet we hope that you are passionate about change management and developing entrepreneurship in yourself and others. As we are finishing the last chapter of 2015 and start the journey towards AIESEC 2020, AIESEC in Tanzania we want to grow ten times bigger and be as more relevant as we can. To achieve this we call for talents that will take part in leading the entity without fear and crafting authentic experience The roles you will find in this booklet are not just simple positions, they are designed to challenge you, to develop you and to give you a chance to do more. Responsibilities       

Create a national NPS system and track its implementation throughout all LCs Create a national IPS general agenda together with the MCVP iGV and MCVP TM Track the implementation of IPS in all LCs in Tanzania Create a tracking tool for S&S to be followed by LCs Check on the implementation of S&S through weekly reports Create a national 3-session LEAD agenda and extra LEAD activities together with the MCVP iGV and MCVP TM Track the implementation of LEAD activities in all LCs in Tanzania

Responsibilities  Create a national database with companies and NGOs interested in tackling SDGs, together with the MCVP iGV and BD  Attend sales meetings together with MCVP iGV and BD  Attend external relevant events and gather leads  Follow-up on leads  Manage relationship with partners, once we have signed a contract  Research on possible grants for the iGV projects  Apply together with the MCVP iGV at appropriate grants  Develop a tracking tool for measuring impact of projects and implement it in all LCs
