s an overall quiet member of the nail community. Those of us who have had the honor of knowing this fascinating enigma of the community will tell you. Her humor is beyond belief, with statements that are quite memorable. Diane has graced the pages of social media many times throughout the years. With gorgeous pics and generous compliments.

Her nails have always been longer than the typical normal. Friends of her mother thought they were fake. No one believed she washed dishes every day and still had longer nails than any woman of leisure.

Both of her parents had healthy, strong nails, practically her entire life. A trait passed on to her by ample proportions and bestowed upon the right one. She loves how they look and never stops looking at them, especially when thoroughly pleased with her design, she stated excitingly. Creating the nail art herself produces even more enjoyment with endless positive comments and compliments. Of course, one wants to know their artistic notions are receiving appreciation beyond the confines of our community.

Of course, there is a downside to everything. Admitting hindrance of speed at times, but not efficiency on her medical transcription editing job. Knitting could be faster without them, but not

as creatively challenging. The inconvenience of dropping coins on the floor can turn into a cinematic moment and removing the card at the ATM might incite a bad word or two. But like the majority of us. Keeping a spare card handy for change and tweezers for that dreaded ATM slot can help avoid harsh words from a prejudiced spectator in line.

With the openly prejudicial and discriminatory statements, people feel free to make it irritates me when people ask how I wipe? She stated in a solemn voice. They would not dream of walking up to any other total stranger and asking them that question. She also finds it a bit of an annoyance when people assume an inability to function with the nails. It can be infuriating seeing comments assuming our nails are dirty or nasty. When asked how she feels about the extreme nail(s) movement?

She said she was glad to see more recognition and notice coming to our community. Diane sees a great platform to show off our beauties in a positive environment where their artistry and length are valued.

X’treme Nailz International establishing this platform for those engaging in the extreme lengths is fantastic! The existence of a safe, positive, welcoming, and warm environment for all who embrace the world of excessive nails. A great venue to show off our nails while admirers can know us a little better. It also encourages the participants to do their own thing with and establish personalized individual unique styles.

Diane enjoys being the artistic master of her elongated domain.

When asked where the source of her inspiration started? The answer was as intriguing as the woman herself. No one, she responded. Her Dad showed her how to take care of her nails when she was in elementary school. She was relatively young when interest developed to take care of growing them. She liked how they looked and would cut them all when one broke.

Having difficulty narrowing down the exact stylings she prefers for her talons with such an all-embracing love of nails. She does love pink but, unique individuality in the extreme nailz community inspires. Finding a depreciation of how most of the nails look so much alike on Instagram.

She has no singular style that comes to the forefront, as it de-

pends on the creative mood. She does prefer her nails to be a bit on the thicker side. Stating, I am a bit rough on my nails right now, developing a personalized hybrid method, which is a combination of gel and acrylic but not a poly gel. Grateful that she can do her own.

Most technicians do not want to do extreme nails in San Antonio. Besides, a little pricier than she cares to pay, especially if she is in an artsy mood. Describing extended periods of black, gray, and navy, she laughs.

She has no contention for a signature color. People who know her style expect no trendy changes. With her elegant signature Locs, she says. They don’t know anyone else with nails like these anyway.

No longer having to worry about business meetings in her remote work setting, her nails continue to draw attention via other aspects of her life. In her former business setting, people were amazed that she could do the job with such long nails. Most people are positive, there are ignorant comments from time to time, but some people make you laugh with the things they ask. Describing an elderly lady who asked in a low whisper, how do you pull your panties up? We both had a good laugh on that one, but I did tell her how I did it!

The entertainment industry seemingly embraces the new wave of extreme nails more readily now than ever. Diane feels as though longer nails have become more acceptable because so many younger women wear them now. Entertainers like Cardi B, Saweetie, and the legendary Coko of SWV or the comedian Luenell. She feels despite the current progression of extreme nail lengths appearing more tolerable by the public, they are still considered slightly freakish by the average person.

Diane said she is good with that. She notices long nails right away, but pretty nails will almost always catch her artistic eye.
