Ambulante Colombia

We are the non-profit organization behind the Ambulante Colombia Documentary Tour. The Tour’s inaugural in Colombia edition took place in 2014, as part of the Ambulante Global project, an initiative that sparked from nine years of experience in the planning and production of the Documentary Tour in Mexico. It is also the first official intent to establish a long-term presence of Ambulante internationally. It pursues the dissemination of documentary film as a tool to build awareness, democratize culture, expand the potential of documentaries as an independent form of expression that contributes to the transformation of society, and cross geographical, political, cultural and social borders to open up new channels of expression and reflection.
