Family Portraits
Hello! I am a portrait and wedding photographer in the Nashville, TN area. My style is warm, real and creative. I enjoy getting to know people & their stories; this is what inspires me about photography. I’m looking forward to working with you! I love the energy of families! Although juggling multiple personalities and kids presents many challenges, I guarantee we will capture some great smiles! I bring lots of props and goodies to keep the kiddos entertained. And mom & dad, you can book your OWN session to can focus on your relationship. I offer Embrace Sessions just for you. Couples love these sessions to celebrate anniversaries and their relationship. We will pick an ideal location for your session or meet at my studio. My favorite time of the day to shoot outdoors is the last few hours of warm sunlight. Infant sessions will be at the studio where I have access to a variety of props. I recommend booking your session four weeks in advance (additional for fall sessions). AND I offer quarterly theme mini-sessions which are ideal for annual (and semi-annual) family portraits! (See FAQ for details) You will love the variety of fabulous products to showcase and share your photographs for wall display and keepsake albums. Portrait Session Options Full-Session Family Package // $575 The Full Session is an hour at an outdoor location of your choice! During this time you will play, smile, laugh and hug; and I’ll capture gorgeous photographs of your family together and individual portraits. This is also ideal for couple celebrating any milestone! We will have time for outfit changes; typically two outfits for a family of 4 of more; and 2-3 outfits for a smaller family. • Session + Digital Image Set of 30 High Resolution Photos with personal use rights; physical product sold separately
Mini-Session Family Package // $375 The Mini Session is 30-minute session at an outdoor location on a specific date offered each quarter. This is a great option for annual photos and is the perfect amount of time for kids! • Session + Digital Image Set of 15 High Resolution Photos with personal use rights; physical product sold separately
Extended-Session Family Package // $775 This sessions is perfect for the holiday time when all your family is together. We can capture a variety of images including grandparents, aunts & uncles and their families. Digital Image Collections THE DIGITAL IMAGE COLLECTIONS included with the family package and are edited, full resolution images. However, your photos need to be displayed off your computer! The Digital Image Collections allow you to DIY your own projects, or I can help you design and fullfill your product order. The Digital Image Collections are delivered through a digital download link via a program called, PASS. The digital images include personal use rights so you may make prints, enlargements and post the photos online. FAQ
HOW DO YOU REQUIRE PAYMENT? The session fee is required to book your session. The session fee may be paid online or with a check. The Baby Plans fee is divided into four payments. (Prices do not include tax and out of state shipping.) HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER? You will receive a link to view and download your images online within 10 days of your photo session. You can place an order virutally for any physical product. Or we can meet in person to look over my full product collection and finalize your order together.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE MY ORDER? Physical orders are typically delivered with 2-3 weeks after they are placed. Let me know if you have a specific deadline and I will work hard to accommodate your request. For album orders, I will pre-design your album based on your favorite photos. You will view and approve the layout online. The album is typically completed within one month of your approval date. HOW & WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR DIGITAL IMAGES? The Digital Image Collections are edited, full resolution images. The digital images include a personal use rights so you may make prints and post the photos online. You will receive your digital image collection within 10 days of your session.
WHAT IS YOUR RATE FOR EXTENDED FAMILIES OR FAMILY EVENTS? Extended family sessions & family events start at $775 which includes the session and the full event digital image collection. (Price may vary depending based on time.) HOW OFTEN DO YOU OFFER MINI SESSIONS? I offer 30-minute mini-sessions on specific dates each quarter (several dates in the fall). Mini-sessions are ideal for annual or semi-annual family portraits. Space is limited, so make your reservation early. A session fee of $375 is due at the time of booking your appointment.
