In 2001, AHG introduced the Stars & Stripes Award as the pinnacle award for American Heritage Girls. This exclusive event honors the 2024-2025 Stars & Stripes Award Recipients and past Recipients attending the Convention. If your target audience is graduating seniors and young adults, this is the audience for you!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

American Heritage Girls, Inc. (“AHG”) will assign exhibit booths according to the date of acceptance of application. The application is accepted after complete submission, received by AHG’s National Events Lead and after receipt of full payment. AHG reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor’s application for any reason. AHG reserves the right to determine booth placement/location, including but not limited to, potential overflow spaces available for use in AHG’s sole discretion. Visual access to surrounding exhibitor booths must not be unreasonably blocked. AHG reserves the right to require exhibitors to remove any item, sign, etc. from displays that do not conform to the tone and standards, whether moral or otherwise, of AHG. As a condition of exhibiting with AHG, an exhibitor shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to the convention site, and/or for injuries to any of its employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any damages or charges resulting from exhibitor use of the property.  Exhibitor shall be solely responsible for any loss, damage, disappearance or other casualty to any of its, or its employees, agents, volunteers, and/or other representatives, property, whether personal or otherwise, caused by accident or negligence, of any person or entity, theft, natural disaster or otherwise. Exhibitor shall indemnify, hold harm less and defend AHG and its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, liability, damages, loss, costs, attorneys’ fees and expenses of whatever kind or nature, which result from, arise out of, or are connected with any acts, or failures to act, of the Exhibitor, or any of its employees, agents, volunteers and/or other representatives, including, but not limited to, claims of damage or loss resulting from the breach of terms, conditions or rules, or damage of any kind or nature arising out of or in connection with the Exhibitor’s use and/or occupancy of the exhibit space.

Exhibitors are prohibited from bringing non-AHG member minor children to the conference location.
