Students in the RolandStory agriculture business class have begun the new semester with an introductory task of designing and justifying a table top sales campaign. The premise of the lesson is to reinforce to the students the importance of sales and how to “catch the eye” of a potential customer and how to collaborate with others to accomplish a common goal. The students were given a series of different veterinary medical tools and equipment and had to go about staging them. In upcoming lessons, the students will be working on a unit that pertains to problem solving within the business sectors with an emphasis on business math.
