Manuscript diary of a tour of North Wales during the summer of 1827. Rand, Eliza, one of two females on the tour, is the writer, as she mentions her sister Georgiana on p. 32. The account of the tour from 22/8/1827 to 7/9/1827, includes handwritten text and pen and ink drawings, including a harper at Abergele, the guide to Cadair Idris, the Hafod Arms, and Beddgelert church. At the end is a summary of the places visited, the number of horses used and the number of turnpikes. © Amgueddfa Cymru – National Museum Wales
