•The panels are connected sealed with three thermal barriers with the German snap-in-system. •For the chiller room, the kunststoff profiles, that cover the narrow sides of the panels and cut the thermal bridges, connect the side panels with the floor and the ceiling. •For the freezer room, the connection of the perimeter panels with those of the roof is made with modern (as Europe and America) that is using a packet with special flashings (backsplashes and F-shape for supporting the perimeter panels). For the connection of the side panels with the ceiling panel a step (with special machines) is created to prevent the escape of temperature-cooling. •Four angle panels of strong construction that ease the connection of the sides as if it was a straight line. •The panels seal tightly at the connections with special sealing flanges from neoprene, perimetrically at the ceiling and the floor. Ensured cooling energy. •Steel sheets lining of 0,55 mm thickness, with polyester anti-toxic coating NSF and protective foil. •Polyurethane insulation from BAYER Germany, with λR = 0,022 W/mk and density 42 - 45 kgr/m³. •Frame from reinforced thick PVC in angle shape of German design covers all the thickness of the panel and is installed with the CPR system in 5 minutes with HACCP standards. •Hinged and sliding doors of German technology in all dimensions with modern mechanisms. •The dimensions of the cold rooms are expandable by 50 cm at the length and width. A. Automatic activation of sliding door via a mechanism with a motor of DC voltage 220 Volt connected to a multifunction panel. Switchgear IP 56 is suitable for installation in a moist environment and includes an electronic circuit for controlling the functions and an 0,5 kW inverter to control the paths during operation of the opening-closing and the necessary needs in electrical power in respect to the security settings. B. All automation system is pre-cabled therefore the connection of the board becomes easy through a multipolar connector which is located at the bottom of the board. There are already pre-installed factory settings which are easily changed depending on the needs of each user. C. Speed is set to 0,27 m/sec (as per regulations). The 0,37 kW engine has a reversible reducer. D. The primary safety device for crash protection is a sensitive bar resistant type, located on the vertical edge of the door panel, which in case of impact with an obstacle, automatically stops the door and reverses motion, sending a signal to the board. Two safety photocells which in case of obstacle detection during duration of closing, they revert the door motion to avoid collision. E. The electronic system of protection against electromagnetic effects is applied on the side of the door. The controls of the STOP (end of movement) during the opening and closing by a micro switch is activated by IP 66 cables. The transmission is through a chain with adjustable power and not with tapes for cost reasons with breakage problems. F. A yellow light is flashing signals that the door is in motion. Besides the many arrangements for opening - closing the door from the board, two cords connected to switches are placed in front and behind the door (at desired distances) to facilitate the operator of the forklift at the entrance and exit of the cold room. G. In case of power failure the door is operated manually.

•The purpose of using decompression valves at cold rooms is to maintain the internal and external pressure balanced. The pressure variations periodically occur during the different defrosting phases and during the opening & closing of the cold room door. •The lack of a decompression valve installation may cause the following problems: quick door opening resulting in deterioration of the stored products and crackings in coincidence of the panel connections and consequent frosting. •The valves are supplied in three different models depending of the internal volume (V) of the cold room - small (from 30 up to 50 m³), medium (from 50 up to 100 m³) and large (from 100 and up to 800 m³).

Cold Room Panels

The Panels are european, sandwich type with polyurethane core, assembled with simple way. They are connected with three heat dams to seal effectively "holding" the cooling. Polyurethane panels for cold rooms are coated with white steel sheets, RAL 9002, with antitoxic polyester coating and protective FOIL. Upon request, there is the possibility at the external side bear to be vertical ribbed for greater mechanical strength. For insulation of the panels, hard polyurethane foam is used with λR = 0,022 W/mk and density 40 kgr/m³, a three times insulating capacity of other insulation materials, and non flammable. The polyurethane is poured into heated press under 400 tons of pressure, and the inner walls of the sheet steel are sprayed automatically with adhesive, so that the detachment is impossible (patent of factory). The electronic control of the standards of panels to material ratios, pressures, times, humidities, mixing temperatures and shaping of the sheet steel ensure: • Maximum thermal insulation coefficient. •Stable quality and impermeability. •Light panel with high mechanical strength. •Dimensional accuracy in millimeter. •Precedence to perfection and technology.
