And now, thanks to Pam, the tastemaker behind the Pamela Robbins offerings, a new chapter begins with a combined concept in the one iconic store at the corner of Chase Road and Harwood Court — where luxury and lifestyle meet. hy does a toothache always develop when your regular dental practice is closed? Why does a tooth break on a Sunday? Emergencies never happen when it’s convenient. Urgent Care Dental is the answer to this dilemma. Scarsdale resident Dr. Scott Loeser opened Urgent Care Dental to offer after-hours care to all in need of immediate attention for dental emergencies. No appointments are necessary. Walk-ins are welcome. This state-of-the-art, green, dental facility is staffed by board-certified dentists and a professional team experienced in emergency dentistry, who provide emergency dental services for children and adults, seven days a week, including holidays. The of-

fice can handle broken or knocked-out teeth, abscessed teeth, tooth pain, oral or tooth infections, injuries to the mouth and lips, lost fillings or crowns, and problems following dental work. Previously, those with dental emergencies would need to wait for an appointment with their dentists or head to a hospital emergency room, which oftentimes is ill-equipped to handle dental issues. A resource for patients and dentists alike, Urgent Care Dental serves the public by providing a place for people to get the care they need — when they need it. Urgent Care Dental: When it just can’t wait. Hours: Monday through Friday, from 4 to 9 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

They design the room in the client’s own lighting including existing furnishings the client may want to keep. “Working this way is very comfortable for the client, as they can really see what works in the room, plus it’s a time-saving convenience,” Marina says. Marina and her team pride themselves on their ability to work within a client’s budget, custom designing rooms for function, beauty and comfort. “My clients are working directly with a knowledgeable decorator who is a smallbusiness owner with the power of a large, established company behind her. Unlike a store, we have no inventory or loyalty to a particular manufacturer. We listen to our clients and put their needs first as we make our choices from hundreds of vendors.” We are ready to help our clients with everything from dressing one window to a full-home makeover. Call for a complimentary 90-minute consultation. Decorating Den is expanding in Westchester. If you are interested in getting into the design business, please call us for career opportunities.

elebrity makeup artist Devra Bader knows how to make all her clients’ lives extra-luxurious. A specialist in bridal makeup application and brow artistry for more than two decades, Devra offers a full range of facials, manicures, pedicures, body treatments and award-winning laser hair removal for all skin types. Try it — it will bring more expression to your face — you’ll notice the results! One of our most popular treatments is the HydraFacial, featured on Fox, ABC, NBC and CBS. A breakthrough procedure, it works in three ways to hydrate, detoxify and rejuvenate the skin — without irritation — for a clearer, smoother, more beautiful complexion. HydraFacial’s advanced technology exfoliates and resurfaces like microdermabrasion, providing the renewal of a chemical peel, and offering the extractions and significant hydration of a deep-cleaning facial. Results are immediate and lasting, with no downtime. Devra has been featured in InStyle, New York and Shape magazines. She’s appeared as an expert on “The Today Show” and Lifetime television. Her spa carries only the finest, most effective products. Clients are devoted to G.M. Collin and SkinCeuticals moisturizers to counteract stressed skin from summer tans and guard against dryness caused by blustery winter winds. Stimulate your senses with a chocolate cake or green tea body scrub. Treat your toes to custom pedicures — in pumpkin, chocolate, vanilla, white tea, or, for that special day, birthday cake. The spa’s healthy, airbrush tan gives a beachy, sun-kissed look, minus tanning bed damage. It’s the perfect indulgence during winter’s sun-starved days. Special packages are available for our laser hair removal services. Call now to book your facial appointment and receive our fall special. Hours: Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday from noon to 8 p.m. Closed Sunday and Monday. Private appointments available.

Ruffled Feathers Gourmet Rotisserie, the popular takeout spot, is now entering its 26th year, and its delicious prepared foods have become standard fare in most homes in and around Scarsdale. Owners Ken and George specialize in preparing healthy and low-fat foods using the best and freshest ingredients available. Besides the great rotisserie chickens, other items are available from the rotisserie, such as Long Island duck, Cornish game hens, fresh turkeys, and garlic and herb-crusted filet mignon. They also have oversized grilled chicken breast and skinless fried chicken, which is low in both cholesterol and fat but high in flavor. For those who choose not to have chicken, they offer many other dishes: grilled salmon, sole française, turkey chili, turkey burgers, baby back ribs and assorted pasta dishes are among the highlights. Other notable delicacies available at Ruffled Feathers include homemade coleslaw, kasha varnishkas (that would make grandma proud), rice pudding, mélange of roasted vegetables, purée of butternut squash, creamed spinach (it’s really creamless); cranberry, walnut and apple compote; solid white tuna with dried cranberries and apples; homemade soups and of course, their famous chopped chicken liver. ennifer Neumayer was so totally won over as a customer for two years at her local European Wax Center that she chose to open her own center to introduce others to the European Wax Center experience. Six months ago, European Wax Center (EWC) opened at The Shoppes at Eastchester, and guests from the neighboring villages have been gravitating there for the opportunity to reveal their beautiful skin. European Wax Center is not in the hair removal business. We are focused on the result of our procedures — beautiful skin — and we accomplish that in a clean and attractive environment with expertly trained staff. We also provide a proprietary wax experience featuring our Comfort Wax™ and our 4 Steps to Gorgeous™ process. In addition, EWC offers a portfolio of beautiful skin, body care, and brow products (Strut 365™) to help reveal and maintain beautiful skin between waxing services. One of the many details unique to EWC is the Comfort Wax™, a proprietary blend of beeswax and other ingredients. In a commit-

ment to excellence, we carefully source natural wax from Europe to ensure gentle removal of hair for a virtually painless experience. The combination of our philosophy, level of service, propriety products, comfortable environment, and waxing experience identifies us as the leader in the beauty and waxing services category, which is why our guests Walk In, Strut Out. Services include waxing for the face and body for both women and men. For women, the most popular services are bikini (all types) and brows. First-time guests can enjoy a complimentary brow, underarm or bikini line wax for women, or ear, nose or brow for gents. People often ask about the advantage of waxing compared to shaving and eyebrow tweezing: the results last longer, the process slows the hair growth cycle, and prevents painful ingrown hairs. Let European Wax Center help reveal your beautiful skin. Hours: Open seven days a week. Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday to 6 p.m., Sunday to 5 p.m.

t Eye Q Optometrist, the examination, treatment, and frame selection process become welcome and comfortable experiences in the skilled hands of Dr. Abraham Zlatin and his professional staff. The bright, modern décor of the newly designed facility in the Golden Horseshoe Shopping Center complements the confidence you can place in the doctors entrusted with the care of your sight. Among the advanced procedures offered by the practice is orthokeratology, a nonsurgical technique that temporarily reshapes the contour of the cornea while you sleep, eliminating the need for daytime eyewear. This treatment, an alternative to Lasik, is safe and proven effective in correcting nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism. Children get special attention at Eye Q, with an extensive selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses. Their parents are responding to the myopia control program that, according to recent studies, may slow the progression of nearsightedness in children. Dr. Zlatin is a fellow in the International Orthokeratology Academy, and the American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control. Office manager Stacy Zlatin has chosen an array of eyeglass and sunglass frames from designers and manufacturers around the world, including Mykita, Lindberg, Dita, Lafont, Céline, Garrett Leight and others offering designs to enhance your facial features. On hand to help you select the most flattering frames are Eye Q’s fashion stylists, whose knowledge of the inventory can help narrow down the designs most complimentary to you. If you’re considering a new hair color, why not go green? OK, not literally — we’re talking about organic hair coloring. We’re certified colorists with Organic Color Systems, a line of ammonia-free coloring products that are better for both the environment and your hair. For hair color to be permanent, it needs to contain something that opens the cuticle so the dye penetrates the hair shaft. Organic hair dye contains an oil that, when combined with heat, opens the cuticle just enough for the dye to permeate, but doesn’t make the hair appear dull. When a surface is straight, it reflects light better, so when the cuticles are opened too much (as can happen with ammonia-based products), the hair cuticles are not as straight — and the shine is diminished. eal estate company Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Westchester Properties has had quite a year! Under the guidance of industry veteran Mark Nadler, a familiar and respected name in Scarsdale and in real estate for more than 30 years, the company continues to expand and grow. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties became one of the network’s first affiliates when it transitioned from Prudential Real Estate in September 2013. Since then, the brokerage has become the network’s sixth-largest affiliate in volume and expanded into Westchester County in July of 2015, opening offices in Scarsdale, Eastchester and Larchmont. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties first acquired Prudential Centennial Realty, a two-office, 80-agent brokerage operating in Scarsdale and Larchmont. Shortly after, they attained TriCrest Realty, Inc. a 30-agent brokerage operating in Eastchester and the

lower Hudson Valley. The transaction gave New England Properties a total of 56 offices and more than 1,800 agents operating in four states, and an even larger presence in New York’s thriving Westchester County market. In April 2016, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Westchester Properties opened a new office in Rye, located at 22 Purchase St., in the heart of downtown Rye. It is the perfect location to serve Rye, Harrison, Rye Brook and surrounding communities. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Westchester Properties is very excited at the plans it has in motion for its continued local expansion into several additional Westchester markets and New York City, and a large global expansion onto seven continents with 40 international offices. Its website is already completely translatable into 10 foreign languages and features every available listing, not only Berkshire Hathaway listings. Hours: Monday through Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Other times available by appointment.

f you live in and around Scarsdale, you know Lange’s Deli & Pizzeria — an institution in the Village Center for more than four decades. This is where the regulars go for great food and the friendly faces of Sal, the coffee barista; Theresa and Gilly, the salad ladies; and the sandwich and hot plate guys — all of them keeping the line moving for breakfast orders, lunch and dinner specials, snack treats, and great service at affordable prices. Three years ago, Lange’s expanded its deli menu to include pizza and family-style dinners. Enrique and Tomas take pride in creating the specialty pizzas and classic Italian dishes that keep customers coming back for more. Even designer pizzas are no problem for these chefs. However you want it is how you get it. In addition to the tasty foods and excellent customer service, Lange’s patrons appreciate the restaurant’s commitment to the Scarsdale community — its donations of apple cider and doughnuts for the Halloween window painting contest; s’mores and hot chocolate at the holiday tree lighting event; and free pizzas to local students showing a good report card. Lange’s also sponsors a local baseball team, donates to local clubs and teams, and contributes to all the elementary school barbecues. Lange’s owners Anthony and Sofia Domini have a goal: to serve your family, your grandchildren, and your extended family for at least another four decades. Sheila Rabideau, RN

Anna Krosche

As young adults, we often believe that our parents will be vibrant and self-reliant forever. It seems as though overnight we are faced with the realities that aging brings — the physical and mental limitations that impact our loved ones. When these situations arise, we are fortunate in this area to have access to Home Health Services offered by Westchester Jewish Community Services, which has been providing well-trained, licensed, home care aides for 70 years, with specialties in Alzheimer’s and cancer care. As a result of the compassionate, individualized attentiveness provided by Home Health Services of WJCS, older adults can remain in their homes, safely maintaining their independence, preserving their dignity, and continuing the quality of life that aging in place offers. When you call Home Health Services of WJCS, you will meet Sheila Rabideau, RN, assistant executive director, who brings to her job 40 years of nursing and a positive association with a home aide for her own mother. “I want to re-create that caring experience for every client and every family we serve,” she says. Hours: Call for an appointment at 914-761-0600 x339.

It’s the call every mother dreads: “Your child has head lice.” No worries. Anna Albano-Krosche, the Lice Lady of Westchester, can come to the rescue 365 days a year, “because lice is always an emergency.” Anna is Westchester’s original head lice removal expert. “I’ve been in business since 1998, and I’ve treated over 10,000 heads,” says Anna. She is the area’s only lice removal specialist with a freestanding salon. She also makes house calls. Anna frequently travels to schools and camps to do lice checks and to give presentations on head lice prevention. “I’ve been through this with my own children and myself, and I relate 100 percent to everybody who comes in,” she says. A client’s head is examined under a magnification light, then is given a 20minute, all-natural enzyme-based shampoo. Nits are combed from the hair, then the hair is rinsed, blown dry and rechecked. Clients leave the salon with a homework sheet, including instructions on how to “delouse your house.”

Carmen Muñiz Cooper, psychotherapist

Sometimes, life treats people unkindly. Many can overcome these challenges, but others need guidance. This is where the psychotherapeutic skills of Carmen Muñiz Cooper, L.M.S.W. (Licensed Master Social Worker) have proven so valuable. For 25 years, she has been helping individuals, families and special needs children address the difficult situations that diminish well-being. In her practice, Carmen Muniz Cooper addresses marriage problems, family discord, the protections and rights of the disabled, addictive behavior, mental health situations, and other struggles. Her clients respond to the caring and compassionate way she treats these issues, just as she did as the first director of New York City’s Cabrini Immigrant Services. A special focus of the practice treats the problems that arise between mothers and daughters, where love and limits conflict. Her special presentations to parent groups often pinpoint these situations and offer a way forward. For life skills to confront life’s problems — in English or Spanish — seek the advice of Carmen Muñiz Cooper. Hours: Weekdays by appointment.

e love animals at Petchester Veterinary — they are our first love and first priority. But, we go beyond loving them since our role as veterinarians is to ensure their health, comfort, and quality of life. Drs. Lester Sills and Zsach Ben Adi are seasoned practitioners with more than four decades of combined clinical and surgical experience. Their skills and professional ethics enable them to practice medicine efficiently and cost-effectively. We’re a friendly, small-animal practice offering concierge-like services tailored to individual needs and constraints. Petchester takes pride in providing “collaborative care” where we, together, make the right decisions for the health of your pet. We treat all types of patients: dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and “pocket” pets like ferrets, rabbits and rodents. Petchester is a newly built, modern, fully equipped hospital built from the “pawprint” of an Italian restaurant. You will be comfortable as soon as you walk through the door, with separate waiting areas for dogs and cats/exotics. There’s an airy, open reception and waiting area with nostalgic animal photos, and our staff is equally open and friendly. At Petchester, we realize medicine is also an art and requires experienced professionals with strong clinical know-how who use their experience to make fast, life-and-death decisions while utilizing state-of-the-art equipment. On-site services include urgent care, complete pet pharmacy, clinical laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasound, modern surgical suite, animal dentistry, chemotherapy, medical boarding, and grooming. orty-three years ago, the DeCicco family opened its first market in the Bronx with this mission: to provide customers with the finest meats, the freshest seafood, the most diverse grocery, and the best-prepared deli selections. The DeCicco family has never faltered in those goals, as its thousands of customers will attest. Restaurant-quality meats have always been a crowning specialty of our markets. You’ll find prime, USDA choice and organic poultry, pork and beef, cut to your specifications by butchers who understand that properly cut meat yields the best presentation and taste. In addition, the butchers make ready-to-cook pork and chicken sausages and patties right on the premises to guarantee freshness, correct seasoning and customer convenience. Check out the produce department for around-the-world offerings, local farm varieties of fruits and vegetables, fresh herbs and nuts. When you think deli, one name comes to mind: Boar’s Head. DeCicco Family Markets carries a complete line, plus Applegate and Nuna organic meats and cheeses. The cheese selections span the globe, and the quiches and salads are made daily by DeCicco’s own chefs. There’s a good reason the deli section is called “the

appetizing department.” Whether you’re planning a small dinner party, family barbecue, a community group event, or large, private affair, DeCicco Family Markets offers catering for all your entertaining needs. Looking for something a little different? Add selections from our fresh sushi department, rolled by our own sushi chefs using authentic Japanese methods. What else? Karen Rambarrat and Diane Manos-Medici

More than 24 years ago, Diane Manos-Medici, CPE (Certified Professional Electrologist), established Diane’s Electrolysis Suite to help women, men and teens rid their bodies of unwanted hair. In 1994, Karen Rambarrat, CPE, RN, joined the practice. Diane and Karen understand the emotional burden and embarrassment of undesirable hair, which can be hereditary or caused by a medical condition, hormonal changes or hirsutism. With the benefit of electrolysis — the only hair removal method that is permanent and recognized by the medical field — clients regain confidence knowing that, once again, they can look their best. Diane and Karen realized that helping people struggling to cope with excessive hair was a profession they wanted to pursue. Both are board-certified and attend meetings and conferences to earn continuing education units (CEUs). They bring the latest techniques to the practice, where they offer custom treatments to meet individual needs. As always, client comfort and safety are uppermost, and strict infectious disease control guidelines are followed, including disposable probes, sterilized equipment, rubber gloves and private treatment rooms. Call for a free consultation to discuss how electrolysis can help you. Hours: Days, evenings and weekends by appointment.

If you’re like most people, you don’t like smiling for the camera. The results seem unnatural and often unflattering. What a pleasure it is to discover that photography can actually capture personality, can reveal who you are as well as what you look like. Jamie Kilgore’s talent with a camera is well-known. Her endearing portraits of children and families grace the walls of homes throughout Westchester and beyond. Her professional headshots and casual candids tell the story of you. Her secret? She is a people person, who takes the time to get to know you and the reason behind the photo before a single click of the shutter. Children enjoy her and ignore the camera. Families have fun with her. Individuals are as comfortable with Jamie as they are with a good friend. Social media has created a new photographic specialty. Are you single? Unattached? Looking to date? Your photo has to project the message you want to convey. Jamie’s new offering, Swipe Right by JK, could be the greeting to bring about the meeting. inner with a loved one in the soft glow of candlelight is the essence of romance. Custom Candle Co. offers the allure of candlelight, and also imparts the science behind it — the differences among paraffin and soy wax; how the length of the wick alters the luminous intensity of the light; how the mood changes according to the translucence and color of the container. Custom Candle Co., owned by Marcie Manfredonia and her son, Anthony Desideri, stocks a huge variety of candles produced by the world’s finest candlemakers, including Lafco, Archipelago, Believe, Marianne Guedin Paris and other brands carried in luxury stores like Nordstrom and Saks. The idea for designer candles came from Anthony, who began cutting down high-end liquor bottles and repurposing them into another life, including candles, ashtrays, and vases, among other items. How about a candle in the bottom half of an Absolut bottle? Choose your wax color, wick, scent and container for a custom candle sure to please a gift recipient. Other shop offerings include soaps, bath salts, and reed diffusers. For the holidays, Marcie is creating gift baskets of candles, soaps and all-natural bath salts, plus special order arrangements by request. Stop by and create a mood with candlelight. “Everyone should have a beautiful home.” That’s what Betsy Helmuth thought 11 years ago, when she founded Affordable Interior Design — the antidote to highpriced design solutions. “What about people like me?” she wondered. “How does the everyday working family create stylish rooms and welcoming environments?” Answer? Affordable Interior Design, a project roadmap that tells clients exactly what to get, where to put it, and where to buy it — maybe Ikea, maybe Pottery Barn — places that offer good design essentials at reasonable prices. She begins with a questionnaire that helps her team get to know you and your design goals. An in-home consultation solidifies the concept, which is followed by a comprehensive plan that includes a layout and a detailed shopping list — even wall paint and artwork. You make the purchases, follow the plan and — Viola! — a spectacular result, created by Betsy and her team, inspired and carried out by you. It’s easy, affordable, and stress-free. Residential and commercial clients welcome to call, or stop by the storefront in Dobbs Ferry. ounded in the hamlet of Katonah in 1996 in a small 1,000-square-foot storefront on Katonah Avenue — Country Willow has grown to be one of the area’s largest independently owned furniture retail and design centers, with more than 30 employees and 35,000 square feet of spectacular home furnishings for every room in your home. Walking into Country Willow is nothing short of a one-of-a-kind experience. The interior is a magnificent post-and-beam construction with hand-planed wood floors, antique barn wood on the walls, soaring ceilings and filled with beautiful sofas, sectionals, leather seating, solid wood tables, desks, bedrooms and so much more. They are also the area’s largest resource for home décor including lighting, rugs, window treatments and accessories … and it’s all right here in Bedford Hills. From country to transitional and contemporary, they carry furniture styles for every homeowner. Their many collections of home furnishings and décor accommodate a wide range of price points from starter families to the more upscale homeowner. There are always lots of choices for everyone. You will also find Country Willow Kids & Baby at the same location, which displays more than 40 bedroom collections. This includes bunks, lofts, captain’s beds, trundles, desks, cribs, rugs, lighting … basically everything you will ever need to create a safe and beautiful room for all of your children.

Country Willow has been voted Best Furniture and Accessory Store 10 years in a row by Westchester magazine and recognized by Houzz for design and service. The owners, Cori and Roy Estrow, attribute their incredible success to their employees — some of whom have been with them since the early days. “We have been blessed with some of the most amazing, dedicated and caring employees that you can ever ask for,” says Cori Estrow. “Last year we converted our company to an ESOP company, also known as an employee-owned company. They all work very hard and deserve to share in our success.” Country Willow is also a leading resource for sustainable home furnishings, specializing in American-made, which is rare in this age of imports. They also specialize in solid-wood custom furniture, so if you need a trestle dining table made of reclaimed wood in a specific size or finish, or a large 14-foot library or corner home office, Country Willow can get it done and for less than you think. They also offer complimentary in-home design services by talented designers and have no commissioned salespeople, making for a very friendly environment. And don’t forget to stop by and visit Nyla — a golden retriever who is always there to welcome and entertain everyone. Hours: Open seven days a week. In business since 1994, Howard Gorenfeld and Wired Ltd. continue to exceed the expectations of their clients throughout Westchester, New York City and beyond. Wired Ltd. provides design, sales and installation of multiroom audio systems, flatpanel TVs, large-screen projection systems, media rooms, outdoor audio systems, and streaming media services — including Netflix, Amazon, Pandora, Spotify and others. One of the latest innovations in home technology comes from Sonos, which makes an award-winning, state-of-the-art audio system that can provide music throughout the home. Having designed and installed hundreds of systems, Howard has earned the rank of master Sonos designer/installer. Howard works closely with his clients during the design phase of the project. He then delivers and meticulously installs the system. “Every system is unique and must be easy to use,” says Howard. “And every client receives individual attention.” Wired Ltd. works on existing homes and collaborates with builders and designers on new construction and renovations. With a true passion for his work, Howard returns every phone call, attends every meeting, and is on-site for every project. Hours: By appointment.

When painting or carpentry work is needed, customers know they can depend on the skilled craftsmen at Bradsell Painting & Carpentry to do the job right. Many general contractors are reluctant to take on small or mid-size jobs, mainly because it’s difficult to manage all of the trades involved in getting the project moving and completed. Bradsell Painting & Carpentry is the company that knows this area, understands the harsh weather conditions here, and appreciates the quality expectations of local home and business owners. When you need carpentry work — home or business alterations, roofing, door and window replacement, custom built-ins, kitchen and bath renovations, or complete home additions, you can rely on Bradsell workmanship. When you need interior or exterior painting, power washing, masonry waterproofing or plaster repair, call the experts at Bradsell. Whatever your home improvement needs are, you can consult with Bradsell Painting & Carpentry — a local company serving this area for more than 30 years that cares and takes the time to listen. Office hours: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

016 has been another strong year for Houlihan Lawrence — and it’s not even over yet. In Scarsdale, we’ve once again secured a 50 percent share of the market. For more than 125 years, we’ve strived to be the future of real estate. We’re constantly arming our agents and their clients with the latest tech tools. We have the most comprehensive market data of any area brokerage and the ability to generate it on demand in real time. This past spring, we launched our innovative digital lifestyle guide, NorthOf.NYC, showcasing the lifestyles possible in our area — stories of real people living them and an interactive map of more than 300-plus local spots to explore. Here in Scarsdale, the local market has changed somewhat since 2015. Supply in the village is currently down compared to last year (116 units this year versus 128 last year), but the good news for sellers is that pending deals are up 53 percent (52 versus

34 in 2015), meaning demand is outpacing supply. Inventory in the over $5 million-plus bracket, historically in oversupply, has loosened somewhat, with more deals in contract. Homeowners open to making reductions have also managed to get deals in the $3 million to $5 million range. We’ve seen 16 sales at that price point compared to 12 last year. The overall median singlefamily sales price is up nearly 10 percent ($1,450,000 last year, $1,590,000 this year), but the total single-family units sold yearto-date stands at 179, down 9 percent from last year’s 197. Nobody knows Scarsdale better than our team of 90 agents, one of the largest at any single Houlihan Lawrence branch office. Each of them brings unparalleled experience, expertise and a network that extends well beyond our 30-office, 1,300-agent-strong brokerage to affiliates in more than 56 countries. Hours: Open seven days a week, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and by appointment.
