International Destination Expo (IDE) is hosted by ASTA and supported by Puerto Rico’s leading tourism entities.
WHO IS ASTA? ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents) is the world’s largest and most powerful association of travel agents. Our thousands of members include U.S. travel agents and agency owners around the world representing billions of dollars in travel per year.
WHAT IS IDE? ASTA’s International Destination Expo (IDE) is a travel trade conference held in a different international destination annually. IDE is dedicated to training outbound U.S. travel agents to become destination specialists. The conference program combines open-floor exhibition, one-onone business appointments, seminars and networking events to facilitate effective business interactions between agents and suppliers.
