ICC HOSPITALITY
The ICC will have their own type of accreditation which will differ from venue hospitality accreditation The ICC hospitality will use the signed-off royal and crown as the main colours for the designs, with storm, drizzle and harvest as the colours for the finals. The designs will use the CWC19 sub-graphic creative. Design specifics There are 3 sets of designs; one for the group stages, one for the semi-finals and one for the final. These designs are to be used as a set and the design flows between each item. Each person will be presented with a lanyard, fabric wristband and credential pass. The design of the lanyard and pass will be the same for each group stage match and will vary for the finals matches. There are a set of 5 designed wristbands one for each different group match at each venue. The different coloured wristbands will allow for an extra element of security during match days.

GROUP STAGES
ICC Hospitality for the group stage games allows for a single designed accreditation pass with a royal and crown lanyard to match. However there is a selection of 7 different coloured wristbands. This allows for as many colours as our colour palette allows, and to ensure that coloured wristbands can be matched up for different games. Please see the full suite of colours below. Note: The ends of the wristbands must not be cut off.
FLAT COLOUR OPTION GRADIENT OPTION
This suite of wristbands shows the background colour that of the main wristband colour, with the sub-graphic at the end used to distinguish these from venue hospitality wristbands. There is an option for both gradient and flat colour wristbands. In all occasions the first colour options to be dropped would be daffodil followed by marmalade.

SEMI-FINALS
ICC Hospitality for the Semi-Finals allow for a single accreditation pass and lanyard design for the game. There are a suite of wristbands to be able to choose from. There is an option for both the gradient and a flat colour print depending on costings for printing on fabric. Note: The ends of the wristbands must not be cut off.

FINAL

BLANKETS
The blankets are for use in the ICC hospitality for when guests get cold. These can be used on the day, however guests are not permitted to take these home with them. Size 180cm x 86cm
Blanket Preferences for gradient and flat colour options. Where possible we would prefer to be able to use a full gradient print, but if this isn’t possible we have some suggestions for flat colour prints. Size 180cm x 86cm

VENUE HOSPITALITY The venue hospitality accreditation needs to work for each individual venue, but also at the same time it needs to follow the CWC19 branding for tournament consistency. The venue hospitality will follow a similar design concept as the ICC hospitality branding and continue to use the royal, crown and picket as the main colours. However where the ICC hospitality uses royal as the main colour, the venue hospitality would use picket to give an easy distinction between the hospitality sections. Each venue will be supplied with editable templates for credential passes. There will be a selection of designs for the back of each pass, which venues can use depending on the amount of information they require. The venues will be able to change the colour, room name and match day information for each game. However the CWC19 branding will be locked so venues cannot amend these layers and we will approve all artwork before it is sent to print. The CWC19 will order branded lanyards and dispatch them to venues at a cost (this will be cheaper as the original cost is in bulk). We understand that all venues are run differently, therefore we will allow each venue to use their own branded wristband and colours where needed. However we have a CWC branded wristband if venues wish to brand their match day wristbands. Although we want to be as flexible as we can with all venues we advise that all credential passes are printed by venues at the same size. We would like each venue to follow the same accreditation process. This includes a match day wristband, pass and lanyard.
Options for both the front and back of the credential passes. The CWC19 branding will be locked, and venues will have the option to change the colour of the coloured strip and the text on the front and back of the designs. Each venue will use the same coloured lanyard throughout the tournament.
This demonstrates the full suite of passes for the Oval. They have the greatest number of Venue Hospitality rooms, therefore, the greatest range of colours to accommodate. This selection gives an example of how the full suite colour look for each venue.
There are 3 different options for wristbands for venues. The first allows venues to use unbranded wristbands. The second allows for CWC branded but not match specific (bulk order) and the third being match day specific. On lighter coloured wristbands we suggest the use of royal as the design colour and on darker colours we suggest picket as the design option. Venues can also decide what material they would like their bands to be (paper, plastic, fabric).

LANYARD COMPARISON Here shows the different lanyard options that are going to be available on a match day. Both ICC Hospitality and Venue Hospitality will have single pronged lanyards where as Accreditation will have two pronged lanyards.
These are the ICC Hospitality (first three) and Venue lanyards. They are both single pronged and it shows how the main colour differentiation is the Royal and Picket as background colours and venues have one generic design across all matches.
PITCH ACCESS
DAY PASS
These are the Accreditation lanyards. These will be two pronged lanyards. The main difference between Day Pass and Pitch Access is how the colour is used within the background. The main colour for accreditation is Marmalade which is a very clear difference between both ICC and Venue Hospitality options. Please note these accreditation designs are yet to be signed off.
