01. Guided by Cereal: Liverpool For one of my final major projects, I created a city guide book for Liverpool in the style of Cereal Magazine’s travel guides. This required me to photograph architecture, galleries, restuarants and cafes, and places of interest in Liverpool that I would reccommend to someone visiting the city, along with writing a short review on each place. To acoompany the travel guide, I also produced a supplement focusing on Liverpool’s architecture. This was printed as an A4 sized magazine and was created in the same style and with the same minimalistic aesthetic as the city guide.
LIVERPOOL
hether it’s the reputable music scene, eye for the creative arts, fashion flair or world class football, Liverpool is not a city to miss. Be welcomed with a bowl of scouse and a smile, take a stroll through the city streets, spend a day overlooking the docks in the sun and spend an evening sipping cocktails until the early hours.

02. Faustine Steinmetz menswear Another one of my final major projects was a branding project. For this I chose to introduce a menswear line to the luxury fashion brand Faustine Steinmetz. Based in East London, Faustine Steinmetz is a growing name in the fashion industry, who focus mainly on hand crafted denim pieces.I felt a menswear line could aid the brand’s success by not limiting their designs to women and branching out to a new demographic. For this project I created a fashion photoshoot, product shots, a fashion film, a look book, an advertising campaign, PR and social media mock up’s, a swingtag, and props for the fashion show reveal of the menswear line. Since Faustine Steinmetz is a brand that favours artisanal methods of design, I made sure all my work was created with artisanal elements such as a hand made look book with fabric cover. Faustine Steinmetz showcase their collections at London Fashion Week, however they favour a presentation style of show where their models are static rather than a catwalk show. I decided the launch of the menswear brand would be in the style of an exhibition, held at the Saatchi Gallery, with props influenced by the artwork of Joseph Kosuth .
Advertising campaign
Artciles for I-D and Another Magazine promoting the upcoming menswear launch. I created hype around the event by making a ban on smartphone photography, urging people attending the show to make notes on the collection rather than posting images to social media.
Mock up of exhibition space, featuring faceless clocks, mindful patterns and calming tea; all adding to the theme of ‘taking time out’.
03. British Nostalgia An editorial created in the style of Bricks Magazine. The editorial focuses on Britain in the 1990’s, with styles inspired by old family photographs and images of the hacienda nightclub. The editorial features graphics that reference social media, as a way of combining the 90’s with the present day.
04. UN_FOLD Magazine I was the editor of the second issue of UN_FOLD magazine. UN_FOLD is a publication featuring the work of final year Fashion Communication students, and was the winner of the Drapers Publication Award at Graduate Fashion Week 2015. In this role I edited all written content, as well as writing the feature article which was sponsored by GF Smith, and writing an interview with graphic designer SI Scott. The magazine is available in both print and digital form.

06. Oriental Sportswear Styling and photography for a photoshoot showcasing the work of design student Emily Gaskell. The clothing was inspired by the students trip to China, therefore I incorporated this through the location of the shoot.
07. Into The Woods Styling and photography for Atlas Magazine’s ‘Secret’ issue.
