About wNCF National Conference is the BIGGEST and semiannual event which will happen in each summer and winter vacation, focusing on youth leadership development, celebrating half-year award and welcome our next generation of AIESEC in Taiwan. Most importantly, National Conference is a strategic meeting which will have a great inuence and shape how AIESEC in Taiwan will look like in the next half year, and bring us to a higher level. In others hand, it provides AIESEC in Taiwan an unique platform to reach, engage and interact with youth delegates, entrepreneurs for a better future. 2017 Winter National Conference is a 5-day conference, holded at the heart of Taiwan, Nantou, from 18-22 Janurary 2017, gathering 250 delegates from 18 LC and more than 100 international delegates from all over the world. It is the time for both local and international delegates to be inspired by each other, engaging in meaningful conversations and empowering youth to drive the vision we believe. Let's meet more youth in wNCF, expand our network and leave a remarkable memory and friendship!

Agenda Mgr. Vp of leadership experience at AIESEC in Taiwan Member Committee It's my pleasure to be the agenda manager of 2017 winter national conference. This time, we design a serise of LEAD training, invite our external partner, PRISM, for leadership development and create a diverse envirnment for youth to challenge their limit. Most importantly, we will select and withness the raise of leader of the next generation. Hope each of you could not only meet new friends, build your AIESEC network here, but bring something back to your entity and make the change!

Each year, AIESEC in Taiwan welcome more than 100 international delegates mostly from HK and AP region, and made us been more closer than before. 2017 wNCF will be hold at Nantou, where has been suffer from earthquake long time ago. About Taiwan
T

Conference highlight
Beer Game Beer game is one of the most important culture in AIESEC, where beer game is holded, where AIESECer are. It's more than just a drinking game, but an good oppurtunity to meet new friends. MCP Election MCP elections are carried out during wNCF. Together, let's witness the rise of the next generation of leaders for AIESEC TAIWAN.
Longer award Longer award is known as the best participation award. During the 5-day conference, faci will design dierent kind of missions to ask all the delegates to complete. The more mission you complete, the more possibility you and your home LC will win the longer award! Show your leadership and win an award back!

After applying for wNCF, delegates will receive a confirmed email within 5 days. Please check your mail box and follow the instruction.
Now, you are the official delegate of 2017 wNCF. If you have any question about the conference, please don’t hesitate to let OC team know through email or sending message to our facebook fan page .
For delegates flying in to Taiwan, we suggest you book a flight to Taoyuan International Airport, Taichung Airport and kaohsiung international airport by one or two days before the conference start, which means Jan 17 2017 and out of Taiwan at Jan 23 2017. DG fee is not inclusive of airlare and visa fees. Oc will announce more detail about the transportation from downtown to Nantou. If there is any document reqired for visa applying, please ask oc for those document.

04 Visa Information General Requirements 1. A passport with validity of at least six months upon entry. (Japanese passport holders with their passports valid for more than 3 months are eligible for visa-exempt entry.) 2. A confirmed return air/sea ticket or an air/ sea ticket and a visa for the next destination, and a confirmed seat reservation for departure.

Group B – Visa Exempt, 30 Days The nationals of the following countries are eligible for the visa exemption program, which permits a duration of stay up to 30 days: Australia, Malaysia, Singapore.
Group A – Visa Exempt, 90 Days The nationals of the following countries are eligible for the visa exemption program, which permits a duration of stay up to 90 days: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Fin- land, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Republic of
Group C – Authorization Certificate Needed The nationals of India, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and Indonesia, who also possess a valid visa or permanent resident certificate issued by U.S.A., Canada, Japan, U.K., Schengen Convention countries, Australia or New Zealand, are eligible for the visa exemption program, which permits a duration of stay up to 30 days.
Landing Visa Group D – Landing Visa • Eligibility: 1. Holders of Bruneian, Turkish, and Macedo- nian passport with validity of more than six months. 2. Holders of emergency or temporary pass- ports with validity more than six months for nationals of those countries (except for US) eligible for visa-exempt entry.
• Duration of Stay: 1. Bruneian passport holders: The 14-day du- ration of stay starts from the next day of arrival and is not extendable. 2. Other eligible passengers: The 30-day dura- tion of stay starts from the next day of arrival and is not extendable. 3. The above-said landing visa cannot be converted to visitor or resident visa.

Nantou
Nantou, a beautiful city, is famous for its relaxing and ecological atmosphere. It is the second largest county of Taiwan, and the only landlocked county in Taiwan. In 1999, Nantou city experience the second-deadliest quake in recorded history in Taiwan. It killed thousands of people, causes billions of dollars in damages and leaves an estimated 100,000

homeless. The earthquake could take away our home, but it made us stronger than ever. You can visit the 921 Earthquake Center to know more about the history. In other hands, Nantou ďŹ lls with humanistic culture, including art design of New Era Art Park and religion history story of Chung-tai and Lu-Kang Tian-Hou Temple. One of the most stunning scenery is Sun Moon Lake! You can take ship cross the Sun Moon Lake, and spend half the day enjoying the relaxing atmosphere and casual life style.

Sun Moon Lake The Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area is praised for its five major recreational systems. The surrounding areas stretch to cover known tourist spots including Taumi, Checheng, Jiji, Shueisheda Mountain, Sangyong Falls, Mingtan Reservoir and Shueili River. Sun Moon Lake features the only full-range 3D tours (lake, sky and land) in Taiwan. The lake cycling trail has been dubbed by CNNGO, CNN as one of the most beautiful cycling trails in the world. .
Qingjing Veterans Farm Passing native forests, through towering gorges, you can immerse yourself in the fresh air and the scenic wild greenery of the Qingjing Veterans Farm. Its altitude is 1,750 meters above the sea. The weather is generally mild all year round. In the months from May to September, the temperatures averages between 15℃ and 23℃. The Farm produces various kinds of fruits including: peaches, pears, plums,and kiwi fruit.
