For Dressing

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup blue cheese

1/4 cup buttermilk

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons chopped Cilantro leaves

Stir in the cranberry juice and fruits and give it a gentle toss

Try this simple and refreshing salad full of balanced flavors

Heat the butter in a pan add the minced garlic. Stir till it turns golden brown in color. Add the shrimps and stir for2-3 minutes till they are cooked. Take a salad bowl and add onions, tomatoes, cabbage, olives and plums to it. Mix in the prepared shrimps and toss it well.

2 cups watermelon, seedless and cut in 1” cubes

1 cup Peach, pitted and chopped

2 cups mixed sprouts

1 cup plums, pitted 1 cup kiwi, chopped and chopped

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Zest and juice of 1 lime

1 tablespoon Cilantro 2 tablespoons Basil leaves, chopped or leaves, chopped or crushed crushed

Black salt and 1 cube Processed freshly ground black cheese, grated pepper, to taste

Place all the fruits and sprouts in a salad bowl. Combine all the other ingredients together and pour all overthe fruits and sprouts. Toss them well.

Grate some cheese on top and serve.

How to make a Red Pineapple fruit Smoothie

Ingredients 200 grams cream cheese, softened

100 grams fresh strawberries, crushed

A wonderful fruit delight with the flavor of cherries and freshness of pineapple and strawberries that lets your little one rejuvenates during the day.

Set them on to crush some cherry mix for you and have a happy cooking time!

Whip the cream cheese, cherry-pie filling and cream together in a bowl till they are blended well. Put the pineapple slices, blackberries, strawberries and brown sugar in a blender jar and roughly blend them.

Pour into small pudding glasses and garnish with some crushed cherries.

Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Serve chilled.

Ingredients 11/2 lb. lean ground beef

Give the traditional meatballs a twist of pineapples and make your kids go crazy about them 6-8 button mushrooms, chopped

1/4 cup onion, minced small

1/2 cup black olives, chopped

1 green bell 2-3 teaspoons 3-4 slices of 1 Tbsp. 2 tablespoons pepper, diced soy sauce, or pineapple, chopped soy sauce Buttermilk as per taste 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Get-started

1 Tbsp. olive oil

Mix the beef with olives, mushrooms, onions, ginger and crumbs in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and beat in the eggs.

Pour in the buttermilk and whisk it well. Prepare an inch sized balls of it.

Rub the fillets with some salt, pepper and lemon juice and keep them aside for 15 minutes.

Prepare the macaroni as per the directions given on the pack. Drain extra water and keep it aside. Heat some oil in a large pan and add onions, garlic, carom seeds, broccoli followed by grinded turkey breast. Cook till it turns brown and broccoli heads are also cooked.

Blend the cream and sugar in a large bowl using a hand blender till it becomes smooth. Take another bowl and beat the cream cheese along with jam, strawberries and mint leaves till the mixture becomes soft. Fold the cream cheese in the butter and cream mix. Crush the kiwi, berries and orange along with orange juice and lime juice in a blender /crusher.

Prepare the gelatin by soaking it in cold water for 10 minutes. Boil some water separately in a pan. Remove from flame and add the soaked gelatin. Mix well.

Grease the ramekins or moulds with some oil and pour this mixture in them. Refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Once done, take them out by running a knife around the edges of the moulds. Invert them on a dish and serve them with an ice-cream of your choice.

Take a large mixing bowl and combine the sugar and butter. Blend them using a blender till the batter turns smooth and forms heaps.

Fold in the cracker crumbs gently in one direction. Lay the mix over a 9-inch pie pan and place it in the oven for 6-8 minutes at 350 degrees F. Once done, remove and let it cool.
