CONCEPT Mobilize youth across the world to support the SDGs
INSPIRE
Top business and thought leaders from around the world are invited to share their knowledge with the delegates about the chosen forum theme. This section of the day is delivered through short and powerful talks and aims to inspire delegates and help from their opinions for the rest of the day.
Our partner organizations engage with the youth delegates to give new perspectives on issues relating to the forum theme through workshops, conversations and idea generation spaces. Youth and business are able to interact, exchange opinions and understand what is being done in the world already to address the question of the day.
ACT
ENGAGE
The youth delegates take their learnings and insights from the day into a space where they are able to generate ideas, ask challenging questions and give their opinions on the actions that should be taken towards the theme of the day.
Collect responses on how Mongolian youth think about their personal development as well as the country. Until 31st March, we have collected over 1110 responses.
THE CONCEPT PHASE
Based on the topics of Forum, project teams will be recruited to propose ideas of SDGs projects that could be implemented in Mongolia.

Based on the topics of Forum, project teams will be recruited to propose ideas of SDGs projects that could be implemented in Mongolia.
The Forum will gather Mongolian youth, organizations and companies of dierent backgrounds. Participants are inspired and engaged through sharing and discussion to understand their importance in the society and contribute to solutions that help to achieve Sustainable Development Goals.

During the forum, projects will be initiated with insights from dierent stakeholders. There will be panel discussion to decide the best and practical SDGs project. AIESEC in Mongolia will be responsible for the implementation with support from respected organization.

YouthSpeak Forum in Mongolia
DATE: 11 JUNE (SAT) TIME: 10:00-18:30 VENUE: To be confirmed NO. OF PARTICIPANTS: 300 (Aged 16-25) 3 issues will be addressed in the Forum (according to the Survey):
AGENDA OPENING Participants will get to know about AIESEC and concept of YouthSpeak-mobilize young people from all over the world to support SDGs. Insight of YouthSpeak Survey will be shared to the entire plenary to better understand what Mongolian youth think about the society and themselves.
INSPIRE INSIGHT Experts in different areas will share their experience and thought on youth leadership to inspire the participants on their significance in the society.
ENGAGE Workshops With respected topics, participants will join discussion with experts and spark ideas to project teams. They will learn more about specific topics in details and contribute to project creation.
AGENDA ACT
Idea Pitching After consolidation of the insights, project teams will ‘pitch’ their proposal and showcase their commitment to the participants. They will be able to network with the audience to refine their strategies and identify potential resources.
Plenary Project teams will present cross-sector perspectives to the plenary. Particularly to the expert panel who will further challenge them to reimagining possibility of the solution.
Closing SDGs Project
Near the end of the Forum, keynotes speakers will be invited to deliver speeches to inspire the participants to truly take action to support SDGs that make a better Mongolia. The result of project competition will be announced. Participants will be able to share their thought and feeling to the plenary.
