SUSTAINABILITY PROJECT
During the second semester at VIA Design we had to work together with an NGO and help it spread the message, taking into consideration the sustainability of our campaign. We created this bag for DanChurchAid from organic cotton, with natural dye. The idea behind the bag is that it is the physical representation of the collaboration with WeFood. This project was particularly exciting for me, because of the sustainability aspect, and also because I took part in every step of the creative process from creating the concept all the way through to screen printing the bags.

FASHION PROJECT
This project took place in the first semester. I had to incorporate my freshly gained knowledge about textiles, purchasing, trends and target group. I come up with the concept of a sustainable bridal wear collection, where the gowns are made from waste material and the style is more relaxed and less formal. During this project I learned how to combine different aspects and look at problems from a holistic perspective.
INTERNSHIP AT As an Intern at one of Hungary’s most successful up and coming communication agency, I learned a lot about PR, Digital strategy, UX and key account tasks. The agency really appreciated my international mindset and proactive approach toward the problems. Because of this, they trusted me with different tasks (translation, content creation, event planning) and also I took part on brainstorming sessions and presented my ideas to the CEO.
VOLUNTEERING AT I approached LENA The Fashion Library because I find their concept (borrowing clothes instead of buying them) amazing. Unfortunately they are a very small company, so they couldn’t hire me as an employee, but I wanted to be part of their pioneering work so much, that I stuck around and helped them with whatever they needed. This work experience shows my devotion to sustainable business development, as I learned a lot about sharing economy, and also my keen interest in understanding fashion.
ERASMUS EXCHANGE – AMFI -
I spent my 3rd semester at AMFI which was a great opportunity to further develop my visual skills. AMFI focuses on the graphic skills of the branding students, therefore I learned how to visually communicate the brand message and evoke emotions by wisely using colors, shapes and pictures.
PROJECT 1 Brand Analysis I had to analyze the Japanese jeans brand Momotaro. The focus was on visual presentation, so in this mini moodboard I represented the 3 main value of the brand: Heritage, Attention to details, and Premium quality
PROJECT 2 – TARGET GROUP RESEARCH The first step of the project was market segmentation based on lifestyle. Then I had to analyze the lifestyle of the chosen segment by conducting interviews, observation and surveys. The final outcome was a realistic scale model (that you can see on the picture) of their living room. All the small details tell another story about the family .
PROJECT 3 – fashion environment Combining the knowledge from the first two project, we, a team of two, had to come up with a fashion environment for the brand (Momotaro) for a new target group (Vain Gentleman). On this picture you can see the interior of the shop that I created using Vectorworks and Photoshop combined.
I started this blog as a sustainable fashion blog, but as my interest shifted from sustainability to mindfulness so did the content. On this blog I share my opinion on consumption, my personal values, my way of living, and try to inspire the readers to live a more intentional life. I was invited to speak at Global Sustainable Fashion Week to contribute to a diverse conversation about sustainability. My view about reducing consumption is radically different than the technological approaches, therefore I challenged the participants at the conference to think about the WHYs not only about the HOWs.
