Of course, being of Turkish heritage myself, I may be a little biased but from talking to our many satisfied customers I know that I am not alone in feeling that this warm, friendly welcome is one of the reasons that North Cyprus is such a popular holiday destination. North Cyprus is, without doubt, one of the least commercialized places in the Mediterranean. Here you can find untouched mountain scenery, pristine beaches, and a high street without a branch of McDonalds or Starbucks. For those who are seeking a different kind of holiday, a more traditional Mediterranean break, then North Cyprus could just be the answer. We will help you get away from the crowds and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday. You can choose whether to fly in to Ercan (via a Turkish airport) or whether to fly in to Larnaca in the south. As usual, our flights are completely flexible and offer you a choice of any departure airport. AN INTRODUCTION TO
NORTH CYPRUS
Cyprus, the birthplace of Aphrodite, the enigmatic Goddess of Love, is a paradise of an island, where a continual show of nature is breathtaking in its beauty Located in the Mediterranean, just 40 miles off Turkey's south coast, the Cyprus’ strategic position has meant that it was the stepping stone between East and West - the historical crossroads of the ancient world.
Historical crossroads There have been settlements in Cyprus for over 9000 years, from Palaeolithic and Neolithic times. Remnants of great civilizations and monuments to its long and chequered past can be seen in the ancient cities, palaces, castles, churches, mosques and abbeys which are scattered throughout this unique Mediterranean island. Its pristine beaches, beautiful mountain scenery, traditional villages and ancient cities are just waiting to be discovered. Since 1974 the island has been divided, with the North home to the indigenous Turkish Cypriot population. You will find that North Cyprus is much less developed than the South. North Cyprus still keeps its charm and beauty and remains full of character - here you won’t find the streets dominated by international chains or fast-food restaurants. The local language is Turkish and the currency is the Turkish lira, although many traces of the British remain, as many people speak good English and driving is still on the left-hand side of the road.
A warm welcome guaranteed Hospitality is a way of life here, and the British in particular are treated as long-lost friends. Nicosia, or Lefkosa in Turkish, is the capital of both sides of the island, and the last divided city in the world. There is plenty of fascinating history to explore and the market is a great place to stock up on holiday souvenirs. NORTH CYPRUS
Outside the main towns, North Cyprus has some of the most stunning scenery in the Mediterranean. The sheer rugged beauty of the Karpaz peninsula, where you can drive for miles without passing another car, and come across completely deserted beaches, the nesting places of the rare loggerhead turtles, is absolutely breath-taking.

Kyrenia (Girne) and Famagusta (Gazi Magusa) are the two resorts which we feature. Famagusta is perhaps best known for its golden sandy beaches, and Kyrenia for its charming, picturesque harbour. Wherever you choose to stay, it is well worth hiring a car and exploring the island. Prices for car hire are reasonable (see page 45 for details) and driving is on the left as in the UK. Road conditions are generally good and there is relatively little traffic. The fertile area of Güzelyurt (which literally translates as ‘beautiful place’), home to citrus groves, is well worth a visit. Those interested in the island’s history should make sure to take in the Crusader castle of St. Hilarion, Kantara and Buffavento, as well as the ruined Persian palace of Vuni, and the ancient city of Soli.

The Turkish cuisine is one of the best in the world and the delicious food will ensure that eating out is one of the main highlights of your holiday. This two centre holiday is the ideal combination for anyone who wants to experience everything that North Cyprus has to offer. On your return you will be transferred back to the airport for your return flight. Although your baggage will be checked in straight through to the UK, you will need to change plane in Istanbul. Our Eco-tours are designed to allow you to discover the local village way of life, learn to cook Cypriot cuisine and explore the Karpaz Peninsula Take part in a week-long programme to discover the traditional handicrafts and food which are native to Cyprus. These include learning how to prepare and cook Turkish Cypriot cuisine, from fresh, local ingredients and tasting homemade wine. Depending on the time of year and chosen itinerary you may also learn how to make olive oil soap, craft traditional brooms, and even make a Cypriot flute. You will stay at the authentic Nitovikla Garden Hotel, which is set in a village location on the rugged Karpaz peninsula. It has just 10 rooms and is run by a local family who are passionate about imparting Turkish Cypriot culture to their guests. The hotel is decorated and simply furnished in traditional style. Rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV, telephone, minibar, wi-fi internet access and en suite shower and WC. Please note: this is a sample itinerary, which is subject to change according to the season. Your itinerary will be confirmed on booking and depending on the size of your group (minimum numbers may apply).
Day 1: Arrive in North Cyprus. Depart from the UK and arrive at Ercan Airport to be transfered to the Nitovikla Garden Hotel.

Day 2: Wild flowers & baking. Spend the morning discovering nature, observing the rare wild orchids and then gathering seasonal herbs from the gardens. In the afternoon you will prepare the ingredients to make jam and pickles. You will also make the local filo pastry savoury speciality of Börek filled with minced meat, halloumi and nor (soft cheese). You will also make home-made lemonade from freshly picked lemons. The evening will be spent relaxing as you taste the local liqueur, Zivaniya and local wine, whilst the spicy salami known as pastırma cooks on the barbecue.
Day 5: Day at leisure. An opportunity to explore the village or take a walk along the coast to enjoy the beautiful views. In the evening, there is a chance to take part in an optional visit to a local Cypriot restaurant to join a traditional raki and meze night. Day 6: Cultural tour. Today you will be taken on a cultural tour, to explore the natural beauty and cultural and historic treasures of the Karpaz region. On the way back you will visit local shops for the opportunity to buy some traditional souvenirs.
Day 3: Dairy farm. In the morning visit the Mandıra (dairy farm), to help with cleaning as well as milking the sheep and goats, before returning to the hotel to make Halloumi, nor (soft cheese) and Yoghurt. In the afternoon you will learn how to make macun (fruit or nut paste) and pickles from the ingredients which you gathered the previous day.
Day 7: Handicrafts. Start the day by making dribidez (Cypriot pitta) for breakfast. After breakfast, you will take part in an arts and handicrafts workshop to learn traditional handicrafts such as making a traditional broom, a Cypriot flute or local soaps. Day 8: Return to UK. Transfer from your hotel for your flight back to the UK.

Due to legal restrictions, all flights to North Cyprus have to make a brief stop in Turkey. This is usually just a touchdown without a change of aircraft.
Flights to North Cyprus are with Onur Air, Atlasjet, Pegasus Airlines and Turkish Airlines. Flights to Istanbul are operated by Turkish Airlines. Aircraft used are: Airbus 310, Boeing 727, 737, 757 and 737 800. Please note that we reserve the right to change the type of aircraft and airline. Please note: the flight details, departure airports and days given correspond to airline information provided to us at the time this brochure went to print in October 2014. The Civil Aviation Authority will approve most flights and slots in early 2016. We, therefore, cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Please check final flight details when enquiring about your holiday. On a request basis, we can organise direct flights to Larnaca from many different regional airports such as Bristol, Newcastle, Glasgow, East Midlands, Exeter, Luton, Manchester, Birmingham and any London airport. In this case, we will meet you at Larnaca Airport and will arrange your transfer across the border which takes approximately 1 hour 30 minutes to North Cyprus. General information Visas/Passports British passport-holders must hold a full passport in order to travel, which should be valid for 6 months. At the time of going to press, British passport holders are required to purchase a visa before travelling to Turkey. This can be done online at http://www.evisa.gov.tr/en/. Alternatively, we will be pleased to assist you in purchasing your visa, for a fee of £20 including your visa charge. Other passport holders should check regulations with the Turkish Consulate. There is no visa requirement for British citizens travelling to North Cyprus. If you would rather not have your passport stamped, simply request a separate piece of paper at passport control and they will stamp this instead. Please note that it is your responsibility to have a valid passport and the correct visa for your holiday if necessary. Anatolian Sky cannot be held responsible if you do not travel because of incorrect visa or passport. Any name change through marriage must be notified immediately and before the tickets are issued. The name on your flight tickets and other documentation must match exactly those on your passport.
Transfers You will be transferred to/from the airport by car or minibus and on some occasions by coach, accompanied by our representative (for car or taxi transfer a representative is not always available). When a minibus or coach is used, it is always air-conditioned. We can also arrange private transfers on request. Those on a tailor-made or two-centre holiday will usually be transferred by taxi with an English-speaking driver. Please note that the transfer times given on hotel pages are shown for guidance only and do not take into account the time it may take to drop off other guests at their accommodation en route to your own.
Your Hosts - Your Representatives Our Representatives, whom we would like to call your hosts will be pleased to provide you with local information and answer any queries you may have. In addition the telephone number and address of our representative will be provided with your holiday itinerary so that you can contact them should any problem arise. In the unlikely event that you do experience any difficulties whilst in resort, it is essential that you contact our representative immediately in order that we may resolve any problems as quickly as possible. We cannot take responsibility for any such difficulties, unless our representative is informed. Please note that during the winter months we may have more limited rep services in some resorts, than in high season.
Accommodation Safety standards are as laid down by the country in question and their regulatory bodies and you should take any necessary precautions. In some accommodation air-conditioning is only in operation at certain times of the year and/or at set times of the day. Accommodation should usually be vacated by 12.00 noon on the day of your departure. This applies even if you are leaving on a night-flight which may leave in the early hours of the following morning. At the discretion of the hotel it may be possible for you to arrange a late check-out if you wish to vacate your room after this time - there will usually be an additional charge payable locally. Where a hotel is described as having internet access, either wireless or through a fixed connection, this is usually for those guests travelling with their own electronic devices. If you have any special dietary requirements please inform us at the time of booking. Where possible we will try our best to meet your request but please be aware that some hotels that we feature may not be able to provide these fully. We therefore recommend that any specific preferred foods are brought with you.
Transport Dolmus in Turkey: this is like a mini-bus, they have a sign on the front stating the destination but they can stop and pick up/put down at any place en-route. There is a fixed charge, which in resorts is similar to a local bus fare in the UK. Taxis in Turkey: they have a meter like those in the UK. It is advisable to check that the meter is on zero before you start your journey. In Northern Cyprus there is no meter but there is a fixed charge for a certain destination and for places within the city. You may ask for the list from the driver.
Child Reductions To qualify for child reduction the child should share 1 bedroom accommodation or hotel room with a minimum of 2 adults and 2/3 bedroom accommodation with a minimum of 4 adults. Child: aged between 2 - under 12 unless otherwise stated in the brochure. Please refer to individual accommodation (some self-catering offers are for up to age 16). Infant: Age under 2. Minimum charge may apply depending on the Airline. Most hotels provide cots free of charge, please request when booking.
Winter Holidays During winter our programme operates mainly to Istanbul, Antalya, Fethiye, Kalkan, Cappadocia and North Cyprus and to some other destinations on a tailor-made basis. In Istanbul we can offer all the hotels in our brochure. In North Cyprus and Antalya area most hotels are available. Summer facilities are not guaranteed for the winter e.g. outdoor swimming pool, leisure facilities etc. You may find exploring exotic Istanbul more attractive away from the heat and the crowds. North Cyprus has always been a traditional long stay destination for winter where there is an average of 6 hours of sunshine each day. Public services in Turkey and North Cyprus should not be expected to be of the same level as the U.K. Power and water shortages, unfortunately, do occur and are beyond our control. Although every effort is made by our accommodation owners to provide alternatives in the event of cuts in these services we cannot guarantee these occurrences will be prevented.
Last Minute Bookings There may be a ticket on departure charge for bookings made within 14 days of departure. You will be advised of the charge at the time of booking.

They include meals and most drinks are complimentary. Please ask when booking about flight upgrades. Charter flights We can offer charter flights from every UK airport to Cyprus. Although charter flights can be restricted with durations, nowadays more frequent flights are available, which allows us to be more flexible with the durations which we offer. Please be aware, however, that some charter flights do not allow you to pre-allocate seats, or check-in online and we may have to book your meal on an on request basis. Please ask at the time of booking to confirm what is included in your flight, e.g. flight meals/luggage allowance etc. and if you are able or required to pre-book extras like meals, extra leg-room etc.

Low-cost airlines Low-cost airlines when booked in advance can often offer the most competitive prices. These airlines do not include in-flight meals or drinks and baggage will need to be prebooked and paid in advance.

Useful Tips • Driving in Turkey is on the right hand side of the road whilst in Northern Cyprus it is on the left as it is in the U.K. • It is useful to take a 2 pin, round pin plug adaptor with you when you visit Turkey where the voltage is 220 volts. North Cyprus uses the same voltage and plug/socket type as the U.K. • Mosques are usually open all the time, although they do not usually admit visitors during prayer time. Prayer takes place early morning, lunchtime and early evening (dusk). Women should wear headscarves when visiting and all visitors should remove their shoes at the door, provision is usually made for their security. Both men and women should have their legs and shoulders covered - no shorts or vest-tops. • Naturism and topless sunbathing are not common in Turkey, and any kind of nudity in public is frowned upon. • You will find the people of Turkey and North Cyprus not only friendly but very direct in the way that they communicate both in terms of eye contact and speech. • If you intend to take a photograph of a local inhabitant you must ask their permission. • Bargaining should be restricted to souvenir areas and not attempted in restaurants, food stores, dolmus, etc. • Telephone cards or tokens are required for use in public telephones and can be obtained from PTT (Post Office). Calls from hotels tend to be three times more expensive than public phones. • Some public toilets in rural areas of Turkey are of the traditional “squat” style with water provided instead of toilet paper, you may therefore wish to carry tissues on you when you are out and about. Toilet paper is of course supplied in all our accommodation and in tourist resorts.

Booking Conditions 1. Your holiday contract When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept the terms of these booking conditions on behalf of your party. As soon as we accept your deposit or payment and issue our confirmation invoice, a contract exists between us. These booking conditions along with other information in this brochure set out the terms and conditions of the contract between us. We reserve the right to refuse any booking.

IMPORTANT Some travel arrangements (e.g. contracted charter airlines flight tickets or flight tickets purchased from certain airlines and certain hotel bookings) may not be refundable or transferable after a reservation has been made. An alteration request may incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that particular part of the holiday arrangement.
Conditions: No variations to these conditions shall be valid unless agreed by us in writing. It is agreed by all parties that this contract is deemed to have been made at our administrative offices and that disputes arising from the contract will be heard in the English courts, unless the customer chooses Scotland or Northern Ireland.

We provide full financial protection for our package holidays, by way of our Air Travel Organiser’s Licence number 2672. When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists the flight, accommodation, car hire and/or other services that are financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong. We will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where we aren’t able do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable). We provide full financial protection for our package holidays that do not include a flight, by way of a bond held by ABTA The Travel Association (V4937).
3. ABTA We are a Member of ABTA, membership number G4234/V4937. We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA’s Code of Conduct. We can also offer you an arbitration scheme for the resolution of disputes arising out of this contract. The scheme is arranged by ABTA and administered independently. It is a simple and inexpensive method of arbitration on documents alone with restricted liability on you for costs. The upper limit on claims is £5,000 per person and £25,000 per booking form. The scheme doesn’t apply to claims which are solely in respect of physical injury or illness or their consequences. It can however deal with claims which include an element of minor injury or illness subject to a limit of £1,500 on the amount the arbitrator can award per person in respect of this element. Your request for arbitration must be received by ABTA within eighteen months of the date of return from holiday. For injury and illness claims, you can request the ABTA Mediation Procedure and we have the option to agree to mediation. Further information on the Code and ABTA’s assistance in resolving disputes can be found on www.abta.com
4. Your holiday price (i) We reserve the right to alter the prices of any of the holidays shown in our brochure. You will be advised of the current price of the holiday that you wish to book before your contract is confirmed. (ii) To confirm your holiday you will be required to pay the appropriate deposit and any other applicable supplements due at the time of booking. For example: when we need to pay a hotel in advance. The balance of the price of your travel arrangements must be paid at least 12 weeks before your departure date. Full payment is required for all bookings made no later than 12 weeks of departure. If the deposit and/or balance is not paid in time, we shall cancel your travel arrangements. If the balance is not paid in time we shall retain your deposit. Please note that all payments made by visa or mastercard for your final balance payment (this excludes your deposit payment) will be subject to a 2% surcharge. American Express is subject to a 4% surcharge. All monies you pay to the travel agent are held by them on our behalf at all times.
IMPORTANT It is a condition of booking that you take the holiday insurance we recommend or arrange insurance for your party with comparable or better cover. World Sky Travel Ltd, trading as Anatolian Sky is an appointed representative of Cover-More Insurance Services Ltd which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority FSA no: 312172. If you have taken out holiday insurance you may be able to recover the cancellation charges or any other losses, please check your policy for details. IMPORTANT Some travel arrangements (e.g. contracted charter airlines flight tickets or flight tickets purchased from certain airlines and certain hotel bookings or holiday extras) may not be refundable or transferable after a reservation has been made. An alteration or cancellation request may incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that particular part of the holiday arrangement. Please also note that any additional items such as inflight meals; prebooked & extra legroom seats; extra luggage allowance and any visas acquired are non-refundable.
7. If we change or cancel your travel arrangements It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements, but we do plan the arrangements many months in advance. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. Most of these changes will be minor and we will advise you or your travel agent of them at the earliest possible date.We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements. For example, if the minimum number of clients required for a particular travel arrangement is not reached, we may have to cancel it. However, we will not cancel your travel arrangements less than 12 weeks before your departure date, except for reasons of force majeure or failure by you to pay the final balance. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements, you can either have a refund of all monies paid or accept an offer of alternative travel arrangements of comparable standard from us, if available (we will refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value). If it is necessary to cancel your travel arrangements, we will pay to you compensation as set out below except where the cancellation arises due to reasons of force majeure: More than 84 days: Nil 43 - 83 days: £5 29 - 42 days: £10 15 - 28 days: £15 0 - 14 days: £20 In accordance with EU Regulation 2111/2005 we are required to advise you of the actual carrier operating your flight/connecting flight/transfer. We will do this at the time of booking. Any changes to the actual airline after you have received your tickets will be notified to you as soon as possible and in all cases at check-in or at the boarding gate. Such a change is deemed to be a minor change. Other examples of minor changes include alteration of your outward/ return flights by less than 12 hours, changes to aircraft type, change of accommodation to another of the same standard, changes of airport between Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton and Stansted. If we make a major change to your holiday, we will inform you or your travel agent as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before your departure. You will have the choice of either accepting the change of arrangements, accepting an offer of alternative travel arrangements of comparable standard from us if available (we will refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value), or cancelling your booked holiday and receiving a full refund of all monies paid. 2016 EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNTS To qualify for an applicable early booking discount the full balance of your holiday must be paid by no later than 28/02/16.
The compensation that we offer does not exclude you from claiming more if you are entitled to do so. Advance registration. At the time of booking it may not be possible to confirm flight details, due to airline schedules not being finalised. Should this be the case, you will be informed at the time of booking and on your confirmation invoice. The deposit paid will confirm your accommodation only. If your chosen flights are not confirmed or a suitable alternative offered, a full refund of any money received by us will be given. Force Majeure: This means that we will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include, for example, war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity and its consequences, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions.

Once your booking has been confirmed, if you wish to change your travel arrangements, we will do our best to meet your requirements where it is possible for us to do so. If we can make the required alteration e.g. to departure airport, date or duration, there will be an administration charge which we will advise you of prior to the amendment being confirmed. You should be aware that such charges may increase significantly as you get closer to your departure date so it is best to contact us as soon as possible. No charge will be made, however, for amendments which involve solely the addition of car hire, insurance or additional arrangements if extra clients are travelling on the same holiday. All amendments must be notified to us in writing by the person who made the booking or your travel agent. If the
If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier) and our resort representative immediately who will endeavour to put things right. If the problem cannot be resolved you must obtain a Client Comment Form from the representative for completion. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to our Customer Services Department at Anatolian House, 81 Warwick Road, Solihull,West Midlands, B92 7HP giving your booking reference and all other relevant information. Please request a Client Dissatisfaction Form which the party leader must complete with full and final details of any dissatisfaction. If you fail to follow this simple procedure we will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint
9. Our liability to you If the contract we have with you is not performed or is improperly performed by us or our suppliers we will pay you appropriate compensation if this has affected the enjoyment of your travel arrangements. However we will not be liable where any failure in the performance of the contract is due to: you; or a third party unconnected with the provision of the travel arrangements and where the failure is unforeseeable or unavoidable; or unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised; or an event which we or our suppliers, even with all due care, could not foresee or forestall. Our liability, except in cases involving death, injury or illness, shall be limited to a maximum of three times the cost of your travel arrangements. Our liability will also be limited in accordance with and/ or in an identical manner to (a) The contractual terms of the companies that provide the transportation for your travel arrangements. These terms are incorporated into this contract; and (b) Any relevant international convention, for example the Montreal Convention in respect of travel by air, the Athens Convention in respect of travel by sea, the Berne Convention in respect of travel by rail and the Paris Convention in respect of the provision of accommodation, which limit the amount of compensation that you can claim for death, injury, delay to passengers and loss, damage and delay to luggage. We are to be regarded as having all benefit of any limitation of compensation contained in these or any conventions. You can ask for copies of the transport companies’ contractual terms, or the international conventions, from our offices: Anatolian House, 81 Warwick Road, Solihull, West Midlands, B92 7HP, Tel: 08448 75 76 73. Under EU law (Regulation 261/2004) you have rights in some circumstances to refunds and/ or compensation from your airline in cases of denied boarding, cancellation or delay to flights. Full details of these rights will be publicised at EU airports and will also be available from airlines. However reimbursement in such cases will not automatically entitle you to a refund of your holiday cost from us. Your right to a refund and/or compensation from us is set out in clause 6. If any payments to you are due from us, any payment made to you by the airline will be deducted from this amount. Complaints against airlines should be lodged by calling the CAA’s Consumer Advice line on 0207 7453 6888
10. Prompt assistance in resort If the contract we have with you is not performed or is improperly performed as a result of failures attributable to a third party unconnected with the provision of the services, or as a result of failures due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised, or an event which we or our suppliers, even with all due care, could not foresee or forestall, and you suffer an injury or other material loss, we will offer you such prompt assistance as is reasonable in the circumstances.
11. Passport, visa and immigration requirements Your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements. Non British passport holders must refer to the embassy of the country they wish to visit to establish what (if any) visas they require. We recommend that you check passport and visa entry requirements before booking your holiday.
12. Force Majeure We will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include, for example, war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity and its consequences, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, epidemics and pandemics, unavoidable technical problems with transport.
13. Your responsibility • Check-in for both outward and return flights is at least 2 hours prior to the departure times shown on the travel documents. The company can accept no responsibility for clients who arrive late for the check in and miss their flight as a result, nor can we accept responsibility for any loss by you of your holiday/ flight travel tickets, vouchers or coupons. • If you have booked flight-only, it is very important that you reconfirm your return flight at least 48 hours before departure. The company can accept no responsibility for clients who fail to meet this requirement and as a result miss their return transfer/flight due to a time change or similar circumstances. • All clients undertake to behave with propriety and in such a manner as in no way to cause or be likely to cause damage, distress, danger or annoyance to other clients, property and/or any third party. Please note that we reserve the right to terminate without notice the holiday arrangements of any client who, in our absolute discretion, behaves in a way which is disruptive and affects the enjoyment of other holidaymakers, or in a way which threatens to cause or does cause distress, annoyance, damage, or danger to Anatolian Sky staff, customers or to our suppliers. In the event of such termination no compensation will be paid and the client will be liable for any costs incurred as a result of their behaviour or of the termination of this contract. Airlines have the right to refuse to carry, at the absolute discretion of the captain, any passenger who they feel for whatever reason may be disruptive to fellow passengers or airline staff.
14. Flight delays If there is a significant flight delay, the airline should provide you with refreshments according to the time of day. Travel insurance does offer cover against extensive delays and it is a condition of booking that you purchase such cover.
15. This brochure This brochure is our responsibility, as your tour operator. It is not issued on behalf of, and does not commit the airlines mentioned herein or any airline whose services are used in the course of your travel arrangements. Please note, in accordance with Air Navigation Orders, to qualify for infant status a child must be under 2 years of age on the date of its return flight.

(iii) Changes in transportation costs, including the cost of fuel, dues, taxes or fees chargeable for services such as landing taxes, embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports and airports and exchange rates mean that the price of your travel arrangements may change after you have booked. However, there will be no change within 30 days of your departure. We will absorb and you will not be charged for any increase equivalent to 2% of the price of your travel arrangements, which excludes insurance premiums and any amendment charges. You will be charged for the amount over and above that, plus an administration charge of £1.00 per person together with an amount to cover agents’ commission. If this means that you have to pay an increase of more than 10% of the price of your travel arrangements, you will have the option of accepting a change to another holiday if we are able to offer one (if this is of equivalent or higher quality you will not have to pay more but if it is of lower quality you will be refunded the difference in price) or cancelling and receiving a full refund of all monies paid, except for any amendment charges. We will consider an appropriate refund of insurance premiums paid if you can show that you are unable to transfer or reuse your policy. Should you decide to cancel for this reason, you must exercise your right to do so within 14 days from the issue date printed on your final invoice. Should the price of your holiday go down due to the changes mentioned above, by more than 2% of your holiday cost, then any refund due will be paid to you. However, please note that travel arrangements are not always purchased in local currency and some apparent changes have no impact on the price of your travel due to contractual and other protection in place.
You may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. If you have to cancel your booking once it has been accepted by us, written notification must be sent to us by the person who made the booking or your travel arrangement on your behalf by recorded delivery post and charges will be applied from the date the letter is received according to the scale below. The charges are applied as a percentage of the holiday cost excluding amendment charges and insurance premiums which are non refundable in the event of cancellation.

We have taken every care to ensure the information in the brochure is correct at the time of publication. However, we are sure you will appreciate that subsequently minor alterations may arise. In such cases (and if we are forewarned) we will make every effort to advise you as soon as reasonably possible. This brochure was published in December 2015 and the prices within are valid from 1st December 2015 until the publication of any revised edition. Holidays in this brochure operate from 1st January 2016 until 30th April 2017.
