HABA: Cynthia Waruszewski, Head of NA Sales and Marketing

Cynthia Waruszewski is a visionary marketing leader with a proven track record of developing award winning products and leading disruptive marketing campaigns for the companies she has served. She has extensive experience in the juvenile and baby sector driving brand a nity and sales growth having led omni-channel marketing and product development across a diverse range of categories. Reporting directly to CEO and Managing Director Willie Wilkov, Waruszewski will be tasked with accelerating growth of HABA’s core toys and games business.

Bravado: Jesper Poulsen, General Manager

Bravado, leading merchandise and brand management company for Universal Music Group (UMG’s) , announced that veteran industry executive and Epic Rights co-founder, Jesper Poulsen has been named general manager. Poulsen joins Bravado’s executive management team and will play an integral role in continuing to develop the company’s global merchandise strategy in the ever-changing landscape of the music and fashion industries. He will oversee day-to-day operations of both Bravado and Epic Rights. Poulsen is based in Los Angeles and reports to Bravado’s president, Matt Young.

Dr. Seuss: Shannon Spisak, Chief Brand O cer

Spisak, who previously held the role of Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, will spearhead all marketing-related activities for the company. Spisak will report directly to the CEO & President of Dr. Seuss Enterprises, Susan Brandt, and will be involved as part of the DSE executive management team, helping to move the business forward while continuing to support its strategic vision.

Paramount: Pam Kaufman, President, Consumer Products and Experiences

In addition to leading the Consumer Products business representing well over $5.5 billion in worldwide retail revenue, Pam Kaufman will now have oversight across the Paramount global portfolio of Live Experiences including Hotels, Resorts, eme Parks, Tours, and Broadway, as well as VidCon and Gaming. By placing these consumer experiences within the Paramount global portfolio under Kaufman, the company is continuing to align its leadership with the strategy of further connecting its beloved and iconic franchises with fans.

Since being named Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial O cer in 2018, Totzke has been responsible for driving Mattel’s growth in markets worldwide and overseeing Mattel’s uni ed global commercial organization, and a key pillar in the Company’s strategy to transform Mattel into an IP-driven, high-performing toy company. With the e ectiveness of its transformation strategy and its turnaround now complete, the Company has evolved its strategy to grow Mattel’s IP-driven toy business and expand its entertainment o ering.

As a seasoned creative with over 35 years of experience in the toy industry, Lauble brings a rich history of toy invention and design, as well as directing global brands. As the new Director of Inventor Relations, Lauble’s collection of experiences bring forward an in-depth understanding and business acumen that exempli es the creative spirit of the inventor community.
