New Boat Customisation and Commissioning

Purchasing a boat is such an exciting time. Once the contract is signed, there is still a huge scope for customisation when buying through the Ancasta Group. AYS takes care of the complex organisation required to finalise the specifications, arrange boat transport or delivery, order parts, book sub-contractors and manage the whole commissioning process. Our dedicated team will guide you through the process and deliver your boat to your exact requirements.

New Boat Aftersales

Buying a new boat from Ancasta has many benefits, but what really makes Ancasta stand out from all our competitors is the strength and support of our Aftersales department. Our team of experienced technicians and engineers are dedicated to ensuring that your boating remains fault free for the duration of your ownership.

Approved Parts Service

With direct access to the Beneteau, Lagoon, CNB and Prestige original parts databases, our Parts team can source and order original boat parts and have them shipped out to you, wherever you are in the world. This service can be accessed by Ancasta customers as well as any owner sourcing parts for boats built by the Beneteau Group.

Lagoon 55 Commissioning and Customisation

We have recently completed the commissioning and customisation of this brand new Lagoon 55. The new owner wanted a number of bespoke modifications to enhance his planned on-water adventures and make his time on board more comfortable.

A keen diver, our client wanted all his diving equipment to be stowed safely and with easy access. So, we modified his forward sail locker with custom-built storage and securely mounted the four dive bottles. We also installed a diving air compressor in the lazarette to refill the bottles.

Upgraded electronics included the installation of a 43” TV and Blu-Ray/DVD player, BRNKL boat alarm and remote monitoring system, offshore cruiser 5G wireless onboard Wi-Fi internet system, additional AC sockets and USB outlets for ease of running appliances and mobile chargers, a wireless autopilot remote, and a 4 Cell Lithium battery storage solution with 10KW inverter charger system.

In the cabins, we laid new carpet and added mirrors to the aft bulkheads.

On deck, we provided a full set of new covers and enclosures, including consoles and table covers. And, to make getting on and off the catamaran easy, we supplied and installed a carbon fibre passerelle with trapeze and lifting/support arrangement. A new Highfield Sport 420 RIB with 60Hp outboard allows the owner to transfer from mooring to shore with ease.

With plenty of offshore sailing on the agenda, we supplied a complete set of offshore safety equipment, including a life raft, EPIRB, fire fighting equipment, jackstays, flares, and first aid kit – hopefully never to be used but essential nevertheless.
