As a Real Estate Broker, I have spent over twenty years working full-time in real estate and have helped hundreds of people buy or sell their homes. MORTGAGE LENDER

Once your property is under contract, the escrow agent will contact you. Their job is to coordinate the closing.

Every property has a history of owners, liens, judgements, etc. This history is detailed on the title report. My title agent will deliver a copy of the title report and note if there is anything you should be aware of. They also provide title insurance.

If the buyer of your property is not paying with cash they will have a mortgage lender. who will have pre-qualified them. It will be my job to stay in close touch to do all I can do to encourage we close on time.

It is crucial that your listing shows up online with high-impact photos to make a lasting first impression and creates a desire to see more.

STAGING Staging a home makes it more appealing to the largest number of potential buyers.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY Vivid, enticing photos are very important to attract buyers who search online for your home. It is their first and sometimes only impression. My professional photographer takes the highest quality photos to ensure I highlight your home’s best features.

Open up the living room by moving furniture and removing unnecessary items

Patch holes and paint walls and ceilings where needed. Replace broken tiles and re-caulk sinks/tubs.

Think curb appeal! Make the front porch and entry area welcoming. Paint the front door. Pressure wash the driveway, sidewalks, decks, and patio. Add a few shrubs, flowers and fresh mulch. Put away garden tools, hoses, toys and bikes. Remove dead or tired plants.

Remove photos and personal items to make bedrooms feel more spacious.

BRIGHTEN

Replace low-watt light bulbs with brighter ones. Clean windows and open curtains. Leave all lights on for showings.

I will host a public open house at prime times allowing potential buyers to view your home without an appointment. If you agree, this will include at least 2 Sundays a month.
