About me I am a curious, outgoing and meticulous person. Normally I try to be al the time learning and looking for new interests, so I like to investigate. Color and composition is something very important in my architecture. This has contributed to my trainin as an architect having a connection with my hobbies such as my sculptures or my painting. In the project a differentiation is created between the past and the present, where a new COMPOSICION Nº13 the architecture is in force. You enter into ANDREA GRELA REY conflict of chaos versus the rational, in which P03 Sin nombre the walls are sewn together by large beams ESC in an intuitive way. The image of the orthogonal walls of the past is amplified, facing the chaotic structural whim of the new architecture. the walls are traversed, showing off the old structures and thereby creating the illusion of a non-existent limit, and that everything is possible.

Based on this approach, the idea of a building divided into levels arises in which it begins with a Level 0 that would represent the Empty Canvas, following a first level in which the beams appear and are the ones that support that empty canvas, thanks to them, a semantic estrangement is created. The building could have a place just by reaching this Level, since in this way it would become a milestone, a monument of the confrontation of the architecture of yesterday, against the architecture of tomorrow. They appear with Level 2, the pure spaces, intimately related to the new play of the structure and amplifying the reading of the two buildings (the empty canvas and the new one). In a last place, the Third Level appears, which is linked to the services that the building will provide, having vertical communications or visible facilities, among others, that inhabit and meet the needs of those pure spaces. 3 4 PROYECTO Se quiere definir, manifestar, exhibir, el mundo agrícola gallego y sus productos manufacturados en un contexto productivo y didáctico y en un lugar que quiere arquitectura del Paisaje…Ello nos ha llevado a afirmar una idea rotunda y expresiva: un aro elevado sobre el suelo que representa, sugiere, simboliza, una señal, monumento, símbolo, en un paisaje agrario, forestal, vacuno, extensivo y sin antigüedad que se somete al inesperado relieve del pico Sacro, cuarzo antiguo. A la vez, el aro quiere unir, dar cuerpo al desorden edificado del Centro con un gesto único que proclame el valor expositivo del nuevo conjunto al tiempo que funcione relacionando físicamente tantas y tan diversas funciones: residencia, enseñanza, talleres, muestra, producción almacenamiento… Así, su composición circular permite comunicar zonas de suelo que se conectan en primera planta, aro, liberando aquel del aire de parque urbano que tiene – calles, parterres, aceras- , para poder llegar a ser una clara alfombra topográfica que asume la llegada de los terrenos de la finca al centro del aro. Se disponen las piezas, (las viejas, las nuevas ,las reformadas) tal que abran al máximo el círculo al cuadrante Noreste de la finca, esa vaguada hacia el rio que contendrá huerta y agua. En el lado opuesto, Suroeste, se proponen los accesos exteriores desde la carretera inmediata, aparcamiento en la actual área equina, acceso al aro que posa allí en el suelo que moldeamos para, guiados por el muro que contiene el nivel superior Sur, +8,00, discurramos rozando el aro o pasando bajo él para alcanzar un a modo de poblado, limite sureste de la intervención. Arriba, en el nivel 8.00, se repropone otra gran nave renovada d maquinaria de 110m. de largo (diámetro del aro) a pie de la cual se formaliza una gran plaza- un “largo” dirían los portugueses- que domina el conjunto . Desde esta plaza se accede a la cubierta del aro, una pista deportiva de 400m. sobre la nueva tapa del edificio nº10 modificado, que contendrá una de las construcciones temáticas. El edificio temático que exige el programa se descompone en unidades de oficios queriendo emular la geometría urbana de los núcleos rurales gallegos con voluntad de unificar etnografía y abstracción, función y forma, a día de hoy reinventando tipología

5 Se limita al Norte este grupo de edificaciones por un gran taller, encajado igualmente en el suelo y cuyas funciones son mixtas e inmediatas a la gestión docente, siendo su cubierta accesible y ligada, como sitio de ocio hostelero, a la zona que tiene encima, en el aro, destinada a gastronomía. Esta pieza en conjunto con las del colegio arman un diedro de apertura al área de huerta y agua opuesta a la penetración triangular del acceso existente. Ella sustituirá a la larga nave actual de talleres cuya presencia impide incorporar la finca al centro, girándose radialmente hacia el aro a la vez que cruza como puente los estanques de agua de escorrentía de la finca en su descenso hacia el próximo rio Seramo, límite Norte de la finca. Los edificios colegiales, al norte, se conservan , modificados , a saber : la residencia , de tres plantas, se estira y esponja queriéndose involucrar con la corona protagonista del que está desprendido mientras que su vecino, aulario, se empotra en el aro compartiendo núcleo de comunicaciones que permiten la necesaria ampliación de aulas .Estas se colocan en primera planta de la corona circular ocupando dos amplios cuadrantes de ésta , hasta la zona gastronómica a naciente y hasta el centro de interpretación del banco de germoplasma a poniente, cuya área conforma un potente dintel curvo sobre la explanada triangular de acceso. Este centro de interpretación comunica por un núcleo estructural con la planta baja donde situamos laboratorios y almacenamiento de los tesoros genéticos del agro gallego, disponiendo de un área de expansión futura de 3000 m2 y construida transformando las dos viviendas unifamiliares allí existentes. En el centro, el pazo de Quian se adapta a lo demandado de zona representativa, acentuándola con la aportación de un estanque trapecial que dialoga con otro, que en el lado opuesto recoge escorrentías que vienen del sur y del este y reparte agua a la huerta. Se rediseña la vaquería en la cota actual +12.00 m , manteniendo su situación alejada pero presente, por su proximidad a las praderías, haciéndose un hueco para los purines con una pieza prefab cilíndrica que actúa a modo de rotonda de las circulaciones rodadas de servicio a nave de maquinaria ( +8.50 m) y granja de vacas. Se rediseña esta modularmente a modo peine y se coloca el gallinero más arriba.

CREADO CON UNA VERSIÓN PARA ESTUDIANTES DE AUTODESK

La intervención que proponemos en el conjunto de Sergude se ha determinado en aprovechar en lo posible las edificaciones existentes por economía y por ser áreas sin árboles, para responder al programa con recortes de edificios, ampliaciones, demoliciones y nuevas construcciones. Estas tienen como principal y acento de todo el proyecto, un aro en primera planta de 12m. de cuerda radio interior de 50m. que , apoyándose en dobles pilastras de hormigón que contienen accesos generalmente, distantes 30m. entre sí, soportan una corona circular 4 donde se encaja en cota 5,00m una buena parte del programa expositivo y didáctico.se obtiene un espacio circular y continuo con dos circulaciones genéricas, aro adentro es abierta, aro afuera semicerrada. Será una losa de hormigón que puede ir apoyándose en vigas cajón pretensadas, curvas, o losa postensada hueca para 3 5 instalaciones desde abajo. Tabiquería radial en costillas de hormigón prefabricado soportan la cubierta, otra losa de hormigón aislada en terraza invertida. (Sigue, enumerando uno por uno los edificios preexistentes y cómo y cuánto se recorten, amplíen… siendo constante la retirada de tejados para la obtención de terrazas.

BECOMING Place : GAZA 2018 , WORKSHOP

ANDRE The intervention starts from a strategy based on the principles of agriculture and self-management. Through the construction of the wall that emerges from the main street of Gaza as if it were a monument, it will become the regenerating tool of the place. Between the tower of Hercules and the end of the urban layout, there is a gap that acts as a catalyst between the nature of the cliffs and the end of the urban fabric. In this way, a totally open area is created where the sports center is buried, saving the difference in elevation between the promenade and the project area and marking the entrance to the enclosure.

The importance of the program, for each place there is an ideal use and for each use there is an ideal place. Thus, the program is broken down by levels, creating a route that is supported by the reticular structure that emerges from the concrete sheet. This sheet in turn rests on the existing dividing walls, thus blurring those unfinished blocks.

Taking as a reference the rhythm of the medieval towns and attending to the topography of the plot, a volumetric game is created that meanders through the plot, trying to be a singular element but respecting the plot of the historic center of Combarro. It reflects on the necessary width of the new volume and the need for a â&#x20AC;&#x153;Hotel-Combarroâ&#x20AC;? connection, coerced by this, the volumes are raised for the creation of covered and open spaces, thus producing a symbiosis with the public space.

Through a rigid core made up of the HA-25 circulation core, a HA-25 wall, a lattice made up of HEB300 supported on the previous elements and older, a HEB300 pillar, they form a structure with the help of HA-25 slab floors. completely rigid monolithic. From this “monolithic” element will emerge the “boxes that make up the rooms and make a completely openplan multipurpose room possible.
